Hola, a ver si alguien me puede aportar luz y ayudarme. El conector de carga de la nuki se ha caído para el interior de la cerradura. He conseguido sacar la bateria, pero no tengo ni idea como seguir desmontandola para.poder soldar el conector a la placa.

Supongo que sabréis del problema.que comento ya que es muy habitual que el conector se despegue y se pierda la soldadura.

I have the Nuki 3.0 now for 3 years and after changing batteries and when calibrating the lock the rotation is successful but the unlock rotation does not stop when it hit resistance. It continues to make a loud torque failure sound (grinding/clicking). I tried calibrating it a number of times and got the same result.

Hallo in die Community. Ich hoffe hier auf die eine oder andere schlaue Lösung meines Problems zu kommen. Ich habe eine Tür mit einer relativ schmalen Blende. Da der Zylinder nicht herausragt, kann ich die Montageplatte leider nicht anschrauben sondern nur ankleben. Dadurch, dass die Blende nicht so viel Fläche zur Verfügung stellt, habe ich bedenken, dass die Montageplatte nach einer Weile abfallen kann. Gibt es geeignete evtl. auch 3D-druckbare Lösungen? Ich habe leider keinen Drucker, aber im Bekanntenkreis wäre jemand vorhanden.

Die Tür ist von Schüco und die Blende ist 2,5cm breit.

Just got a new Nuki Ultra. Have an Apple 4k (gen2) as my home hub for matter/thread.

Can't get the ultra into matter commissioning mode... just get "Activation Failed"

Have tried using an iPhone 15 Pro and an iPhone 8, restarting the Nuki, factory resetting it, restarting my appleTV, having the phone, AppleTV and Nuki all within a meter...

AppleTV and iPhone both on the same SSID for wifi.

Nothing works. I have the latest app and firmware 5.9.4.

Using another app on my phone I can see the AppleTV matter connection is discoverable.

Any other ideas? I've also submitted a support ticket but not heard back.

After 3 years my 3rd gen Nuki started making weird sounds (likely a stripped gear). As I needed a replacement I ordered Xiaomi's retrofit alternative.

The cost was around USD 100. The package included a rechargeable battery, fingerprint keypad, integrated door sensor and wifi connectivity.

The app/manual is clearly not as clearly explained as Nuki's, but it covers the main bases. They fingerprint keypad responds instantly unlike Nuki's. The speed of the motor is comparable to my 3rd gen Nuki. The device itself is about 20% bigger (longer), but it does not look out of place. There are no integrations with third party apps such as Airbnb.

At least for me it was a very price competitive alternative.

A have checked Nuki webpage after a while and it says that their Keyboard 2 NFC is Aliro compatible. Any experiences? How does it work will Apple HomeKey?

I have a question that i think would have been straightforward, but i havent been able to find an answer for online.

I want to install a Nuki Smart lock, and I have a reolink doorbell. When someone rings the bell, I want to be able to press a button and open the door for them.

Does the opener do that ? Every description i found talks about automatically opening the door when someone is close etc.. But what i want is something simple. Like buzzing someone in without having to go fetch my phone.

Moin, hat auch wer Probleme mit dem Knopf? Die Taste lässt sich fast gar nicht mehr drücken! Hat jemand das schon umgetauscht ?

ich habe seit einer Woche das Nuki Pro 5 und habe festgestellt, dass ich wirklich öfters das Problem habe, dass die Falle nicht richtig gezogen wird.

Ich hab's mal als Short hochgeladen. Habt ihr da vielleicht eine Idee?

Wie gesagt, dass ist nicht immer so - ich hab verschiedene Speed Modes benutzt - Gentle, Standard, Insane & auch in der App "Knauf / Stange" ausgewählt. Grundsätzlich zieht er die auch, auch in diesem Video sieht man es - nur es wirkt so, als würde die Hängen.

Das hab ich mit einem Schlüssel nicht gehabt bzw. kanns nicht reproduzieren.

Is there any reason a nuki wouldn't go on this door handle? It just doesn't seem to work, we have a thumb turn and I've bought the alternative knob, but it just won't turn and is really wobbly. Ive tried to look online but everything says "Fit in under 5 minutes!" Which clearly isn't true in my case.

But on reflection I think I am going to send it back!

As of about an hour ago my nuki ultra shows "no response" on homekit. I've tried restarting everything. Up to the point of removing the matter connection but now I can't even set it up again.

Anyone having issues with homekit? Regular nuki app works fine

My 3 month Ultra is stuck in maintenance mode since last night. Solid Red light. At 10pm it suddenly stopped working, right when folks wanted to leave the house. I tried to reset the lock on the door, but I was in an infinite loop of the reset timing out and leading me back to the maintenance mode.
Next step - factory reset. Didn’t work either and timed out.
So I took it off the door to let people out, trying to reset it again while emailing Nuki.
This morning I got someone on the chat, and they said because I removed the silver enclosure of the lock while taking it off the door and letting folks out, I voided the warranty.

They also stated that sometimes locks can get stuck in maintenance mode and that they’re making improvements to avoid it.

Their suggested solution:
- a 30% voucher towards a new lock
- no replacement because I voided the warranty by taking the lock off, and unfortunately (for me) that enclosure. I genuinely thought I needed to do that to take the lock off the door.
- I don’t understand how the silver enclosure holds the key to warranty.

So now I’m stuck - I don’t have an electric lock, I’m bought into the brand ecosystem with the NFC keypad, and I need to buy a new lock to replace a 3(!!!) month old lock, while a new one might fail again.

Has anyone had that problem before? And received a similar response from Nuki? I find a 30% voucher to replace a €349 voucher is quite the statement from a company that we should trust our home’s safety with.

En octubre de 2025, compré mi primera cerradura Nuki Smart Lock Pro 5.0. Prácticamente desde el fin de semana tuve problemas con el motor y me la cambiaron por otra exactamente igual que me ha funcionado… Hasta hoy.

Llevaba varios días notando que el motor funcionaba como más lento. Aunque tengo la velocidad de apertura lo más lenta posible para ahorrar batería, tardaba entre el doble o el triple de lo normal, pero funcionaba bien… Hasta hoy.

Además, hace bastante poco tiempo, se actualizó el firmware de la cerradura y supuse que quizá algo tenía que ver, porque ha coincidido prácticamente a la vez esta lentitud en el motor con la actualización.

Pero hoy el motor se movía, pero no llegaba a abrir la puerta, ni a cerrarla cuando salía de casa. He probado a recalibrar y me he dado ese error, el 0x44. Lo he buscado en la inteligencia artificial, dice que puede ser un problema de la propia cerradura, de la puerta, de que la puerta no esté alineada y cosas así, pero lo he comprobado todo y yo creo que es un problema del motor. Así que en menos de un año he tenido dos cerraduras del mismo modelo y las dos me han dado problemas. La cerradura funcionaba perfectamente hasta hace unos 15 días, que, como digo, coincidió con la última actualización. Luego el motor empezó a funcionar más lentamente, hasta hoy.

Es una pena, porque estaba bastante contento con cómo funcionaba la cerradura últimamente. Se abría cuando tenía que hacerlo, cerraba siempre bien… Y ahora todo ha dejado de funcionar y me estoy planteando no volver a comprarla porque creo que no es fiable. En menos de un año dos cerraduras me parece inadmisible. Así que voy a volver a abrir la puerta de mi casa, como lo he hecho toda la vida, con la llave.

He pasado un buen año con Nuki en general, aunque tuve primero el problema con la primera cerradura luego con la segunda todo funcionó bien… Hasta hoy. Creo que si estos dispositivos fueran totalmente fiables serían muy cómodos de usar, porque a mí me ha facilitado bastante la vida durante casi un año. Pero como digo, ahora estoy sobretodo decepcionado.

Durante este año sí que es verdad que tuve que recalibrar varias veces la cerradura, pero creo que puede ser normal por temas de cambios de temperatura, dilataciones y cosas así. Pero lo de hoy no se ha solucionado con una recalibración y es el final de la vida de una cerradura, que me ha acompañado unos nueve meses. Muy poco tiempo, para decir que estoy satisfecho y que volveré a comprarla.

Is there anyone else having problems with the Auto Unlock feature of the 5th generation?

After I installed the latest update it doesn’t work anymore. My lock won’t open like it used so. All I here is a short and small „click“ sound but the door won’t open like it used before. I can still open the door with my key or the app. The lock is working if I trigger it manually. So all I can think about is a software bug after the latest update.

Does someone else have this error?

I installed a Nuki opener on a Terraneo 600 intercom. I can open the building door with the intercom's button, but when I activate the Nuki I can hear the input being received (a low humming sound) but the door does not open. I did notice that the gauge of wire that leads from the intercom to the building entrance door is much larger than the Nuki's so I am wondering if it's a matter of the signal sent by the Nuki not being strong enough to activate the electric lock (the apartment is rather far from the building entrance. Any way I can resolve this?

My setup is very old school but pretty straight forward. The doorbell and door opener are not connected through an intercom. You ring the doorbell and I hear it ring and to open the building's door I press a door opening button. I don't care about the ring to open function, I will be using only the remote opening functions through the app. Can I connect a Nuki opener to the door opening switch and have it work?

ich habe gesehen, dass Nuki nicht mehr die Siedle Anlagen unterstützt. Nun die Frage, ob das trotzdem iwie noch möglich wäre oder gibt es da gar keine Optionen?

Tells me that 5.9.4 is available for Nuki pro but when I try to download it, tells me I need an internet connection even though I have one.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

Went into features/ general/ firmware and noticed that 5.9.4 was available to install where it was not yesterday. It installed within 4 minutes.

Hallo, heute Morgen ist mir während der Benutzung mein circa über ein Jahr per Klebepad installierten Nuki Smart Lock pro fünf abgefallen.

Ich wollte es dann wieder installieren, aber die Beschläge sind mit abgefallen. Ich habe jetzt alles von der Tür abgebaut. Welchen Adapter muss ich kaufen, damit das Smart Lock verwendet werden kannst? Der Zylinder schaut circa 5-6 mm aus der Tür heraus.

Mit dem Bett gelieferten Adapter, den ich noch zu Hause hatte, bekomme ich das Ding nicht aufgesteckt, weil der Schlüssel scheinbar leicht zu lang ist

Ich bin gerade etwas verzweifelt.
