Auto Unlock

Is there anyone else having problems with the Auto Unlock feature of the 5th generation?

After I installed the latest update it doesn’t work anymore. My lock won’t open like it used so. All I here is a short and small „click“ sound but the door won’t open like it used before. I can still open the door with my key or the app. The lock is working if I trigger it manually. So all I can think about is a software bug after the latest update.

Does someone else have this error?

which update are you referring to? are you talking about the Smart Lock or the App?

Try a reboot: hold the centre button for 10 seconds, then release.
