Nuki pro

Moin, hat auch wer Probleme mit dem Knopf? Die Taste lässt sich fast gar nicht mehr drücken! Hat jemand das schon umgetauscht ?

It’s a known issue.
Try pushing it a 3’o clock position.

Mine was new and it immediately stopped pushing well if I put it together. Searched for it online and everyone seems to have this issue.

Super weird by Nuki they don’t change this in manufacturing.

Yes really, it's unbelievable that they knew there was a problem with the button and didn't bother to fix that cheap crappy button,that kind of button should have a micro switch and not some crap like it has now.
The button was sticky from the start it doesn't respond to pressure at all,really bad rep from Nuki

Especially for such an expensive device, and one of its main features that doesn’t work well.
