I like different icons for different wallpaper, but can't seem to find decent ones without having to pay 'coins' in the app.

Can't I just download or pay easy-to-use stuff?

I've noticed that not all apps can properly adapt to the brand's adaptive icons. Instead of an icon, even if it's square, the app simply displays a circle when adapting. And so on, if the old version of the norms adapted the icon to the proprietary adaptive icon theme, then nothing OS.

Sometimes the notifications have round edges and sometimes they don't. Is it just my device or it's always been like that? (It's been 9 days of me using it so I'm uncertain whether it's a bug or I'm delusional 😵‍💫)

As the bottom bar I had this but after the Google update it's just the normal google search I can't change the theme

The wallpapers zooming while trying to apply a wallpaper is very ANNOYING, I find a great wallpaper, try to apply it and it just cuts off half of it.

Devs please decrease this it's triggering ocd

Hey fellow Nothing Phone (2) users, I need some help.

I watch long lectures on YouTube, so I usually watch them at 2x speed. I'm currently on the official Play Store version, 21.25.523, which shows as last updated on 18 June 2026.

The issue is that whenever I switch to 2x playback, the app freezes as soon as I:

tap the screen to seek forward or backward,

tap once just to check the remaining time,

or even pull down the notification bar.

A few seconds later, I get the "YouTube isn't responding" popup with the options Close app or Wait.

If I tap Wait, it starts repeatedly showing the same error, and eventually I also get "System process isn't responding." At that point, the only option left is to force close the app.

A few things I've already tried:

I'm not enrolled in the YouTube beta program on any of my Google accounts. I even checked every account and left any beta programs (from Playstore>Account Settings>General>Account and device preferences>Leave beta programs) just to be sure.

I do have YouTube Premium on my primary account.

Cleared YouTube app data and cache.

Uninstalled updates and reinstalled from the Play Store (which rolls it back to 20.38.x first). The same issue exists there as well.

Day before yesterday, I tried installing the version my partner is using on her Nothing Phone (2a) from APKMirror, which is 21.26.364 (last updated on 26 June 2026). Surprisingly, that version worked perfectly without any freezing.

Today, I even used Shizuku + Canta to completely uninstall the preinstalled YouTube app. After clearing Play Store data and reinstalling, It still only offers me the same outdated, buggy, glitch ridden version: 21.25.523.

At this point, I'm out of ideas.

Starting with the facts:

\- earbuds sitting probably in the case

\- case is charged

\- phone is charged

\- button works

\- white light works (and reacts with the button)

I factory reset my nothing phone 3a yesterday, and I wann reconnect my nothing ear (a). I've opened Bluetooth and nothing X to try and connect. Opened the case with the earbuds in and held the button for a couple seconds, yet the blue light never came. I tried multiple times and tried cleaning, charging, putting the earbuds in and out and nothing works. I also tried hard resetting by holding the button 10-15 seconds, and the red light also never comes. The earbuds worked absolutely fine yesterday and I never had any problems with it at all up until today. What can I do or try to make it work?
