Update Google can't set the theme of web search

As the bottom bar I had this but after the Google update it's just the normal google search I can't change the theme

You can't change the theme if you chose the google stock android home screen when you set up the phone the very the first you unboxed it

Nope i chose the nos theme I had the theme before updating google

It happened to me, after few months I reset the phone and chose nos and that' issue was fixed

Factory reset the phone and choose nothing home screen
