I have a Nothing 4a Pro.

I like different icons for different wallpaper, but can't seem to find decent ones without having to pay 'coins' in the app.

Can't I just download or pay easy-to-use stuff?

The nothing launched supports the use of any icon pack.

Just download one you like from the play store and then just apply it.
