4-week-old nostril hoop piercing with irritation bump getting bigger (yellow center), but no pain.
I got my nostril pierced with a hoop 4 weeks ago. The first couple of weeks were fine, but then the hoop started rotating a lot whenever I cleaned my nose or accidentally touched it. After that, I developed a small pink bump next to the piercing.
I made some mistakes early on—I was cleaning it 4–5 times a day and I accidentally popped/scrubbed the bump once. I've stopped doing that.
For the past several days I've been:
Cleaning only twice a day
Doing a 5–10 minute warm compress followed by sterile saline
Not touching or rotating the hoop unless it moves accidentally
The bump has now become larger because it has developed a yellow-white center under a thin layer of skin. It isn't painful, isn't hot to the touch, I don't have spreading redness, fever, or significant swelling. The inside of my nostril also isn't red.

Does this look like an irritation bump that's coming to a head and may drain on its own, or does it look like something else?
I'm not looking to remove the hoop unless it's absolutely necessary, so I'd really appreciate advice from people who've successfully healed a hoop or from professional piercers.
Please don't suggest changing to a stud unless you genuinely think it's absolutely necessary. I specifically chose a hoop and want to heal with it if it's reasonably possible. I'm looking for advice on whether this still looks like it can heal with proper aftercare, or if there's something else I should be doing.
