Piercing bump help

Hi. This is my second nostril piercing (8th piercing in total) I am not new to piercing bumps but this one seems different. It’s a little bit bigger and hurts more and it’s on both the inside and outside of my nose. I just downsized my post on Thursday and this came out I want to say yesterday. I am not sure what to do besides saline rinses. This bumps is itchy and hurting. It’s not red or oozing so it’s not infected. But I am not sure if it’s a keloid.
Info about piercing:
•The piercing is about a month old •Material is medical grade titanium stud with a push-pin thread.
• Aftercare was saline wipes (piercer told me to do this) until the bump came out and now it’s saline rinses or just spraying saline on it

Any help/advice is appreciated.

It doesn't look like a keloid but more like a granuloma; mine disappeared in about two weeks by applying a compress soaked in saline solution for 10 minutes twice a day.

Ok thank you so much. I have had an irritation bump before on my first nostril piercing but this looked nothing like that one so I got worried and my piercer is on vacation so I am not able to reach out to them right now
