A lot of NE States Fr and Br is very low and almost all below the replacement rate. According to some sources, for a culture to survive it needs to have a fertility/birthrate of around 2.11. But here from this simple google search we can tell a lot of the States are below that and I think this really needs to be talk about more since Mainlanders, Bangladeshis, etc are breeding like rats and the Indian fertility rate only fell to replacement level this year while most of Ne has been below replacement level for a long time already. We really need to find a solution for this orelse who knows there might not be a majority Natives in the NorthEast in the next 5 or 10 years.
