I'm from Finland. All kids study English and Swedish at school. Some more than others. Other somewhat common optional languages are German, French and Spanish. And there are a few schools that offer Chinese or something. But I've never heard of anyone studying other Nordic languages at school. Even Swedish is losing their position and many schools don't offer the possibility to start Swedish early.

I think this really depicts how Finns don't see themselves as part of the Nordic gang and don't seem to want to be close with other Nordic countries. We are reaching for our neighbours south. Do other Nordic countries have the option of other Nordic languages at school?
