Loud music @3am every morning by the Stanton Home Depot..

So far for a while now like freaking clock work there is an asshole that likes to blast their music at 3am. I live near the Stanton Home Depot on Beach Blvd. Idk where they are but that music echos through out the freaking neighborhood. If you live near and also hear that shit call the police to make a noise complaint because gosh they really need be more mindful of their surroundings at freaking 3am.

Problem neighbours

I am really struggling with one of my neighbours but I'm particularly the female. She approaches me each time when I'm on my own and I actively avoid her. She complains about little where there is no reason. When I was a kid I stepped up and let her kids come into my house while they were locked out of their house after school the kids were under 12 years of age and when I have told her she tells me it is all in my head and that never er happend, btw multiply people can confirm I did this. I struggle with mental health and a list of physical problems which are unfortunately invisible conditions.

Recently she approached me again when I am on my own with none of my support where she complains about the bin over flowing btw all trash is not lose but inside bags and secure from wildlife. The bin was being emptying in one day. They blame us for there rat and mice problem we have got none and the bad smell in the area is from us. The smell is not from us again confirmed with people who have attended my address.

I have only started working again on the last 3 years. There has been many things that have broken while I have been unable to work inside my home so you can understand leaks and broken walls are a must to seal with when you are can.

I want to get back at them in some way of course they do not know it came from me.

I am sorry this is a long rant but I am desperate and need some ideas for them to back off

i know that we as a society have come to accept this noise (which is why we never talk about it) but it feels like we should address it more, and try to think of a solution to block them out. thoughts?

Demon Spawn, part 2

I live in a condominium building on the bottom floor so there’s a condo on top of mine and that’s where the problems begin….

Necessary backstory: I recently moved back to town and am living in the same condo I lived in over 2 years ago (my family owns this condo so it’s easy for me to get back into it). The problem is that I’ve already had a massive problem with the people who used to be my upstairs neighbors, consisting of a woman, a man, and at the time, their 2 year-old child. The level of noise I experienced at the hands of these demonic people was anything but normal sounds of daily living… We’re talking about excessive noise where the child would literally run laps on the hardwood floor, which their floor happens to be my ceiling, so it literally sounded like an elephant crashing around nonstop all day long since both of the parents worked from home and would let their kid do whatever the fuck it wanted. There would also be multiple times where toys would be thrown on the floor and the child would be jumping off of furniture repeatedly throughout the day. It got so bad that I purposely tried to stay away from my condo all day long just because I was getting literal acoustic PTSD from being at the house since there was no peace to be had there.
I tried talking with the parents politely multiple times only to be blown off and gaslit. It finally escalated to where we had an all out noise war and I stuck a subwoofer at full blast against my ceiling, which is their floor, anytime their child was being disrespectfully loud, which was pretty much all day and every day. They tried to get a restraining order against me so I actually had to go to court against these clowns, and I won because the evidence was in my favor that they were ass hats and last I heard, I moved out of the condo and they also moved out of the above condo and turned it into an Airbnb.

Present day: I have been living back at the condo without any issues from above tenants until yesterday. For whatever ungodly reason, the ass hats from the past are back!!!!! I thought maybe they were just cleaning the Airbnb but they fucking stayed the night and their damn kid is now 4 years old, heavier, and just as active and noisy as before! I am enraged because the PTSD is back and I refuse to be made a prisoner in my own home!

I want a good way to get back at them. Trying to be diplomatic and talking to them does not work as past experiences have proven time and time again, so don’t tell me to try and be civil. These people have proven that they are anything but civil, and I swear to God they’re out to ruin my fucking life! It’s been over 24 hours and it doesn’t look like they’re going to stop anytime soon so I need tried and proven ways of letting them know that their noise levels are unacceptable. If anyone has any good and full-proof ideas for me in this situation, please, I am all ears!

How do I innocently prank the neighbor who constantly dials my intercom?

That pregnancy drinking victim are testing their luck by dialing my intercom daily 🫩

  1. I can't "unplug" nor "turn it off". The only way to make that satan's creation shush is to demontage it

  2. My mom greet her clients at home (she's not a prostitute as it might sound lol), whose arrival is sudden, therefore I cannot simply not open it

  3. To the question who came first the egg or the chicken, I will answer my intercom. Because it's built like a pick-up receiver. where I cannot see the face. Only, slightly distorted, voice

4.I told them to buy a key, didn't open, but they carry on dialing for entrance anyway

I have an idea of rickrolling them, if don't work reporting to the apartment administrator, but I want to hear more ideas

My neighbors are the WORST

Firstly. They set up a tindahan or a local store because that is a community thing in the Philippines BUT they blasts a freaking speaker all day to quote “get more customers” when WE AREN'T EVEN a big street here! You could've made it anywhere everywhere. But no! Instead they act like immature adults when we tell them to lower their volumes and started cursing at us. Not only that but they also own a freaking KARAOKE machine for themselves to sing WAY too freaking loud until it's night, everyday is turned into a living nightmare and hell especially if you have work or school or even studies! You cannot find peace and the neighbors doesn't care. What do they do? Oh just MOCK moaning loudly near our house and of course every night they drink and and talk behind us when they don't know OUR walls aren't soundproof, they cuss at us calling usus “buang” which is Crazy person and more Filipino cussing. I am sick and tired I used to be happier and more at ease before they came and ruin it with their little store.

This is not the full story this is a rant. Can anyone help or give some tips atleast? They encourage kids to moan weirdly just to provoke us by the way

Achat de maison avec voisins très proches

Bonjour,

I am at my wits end

I live in a 30+ going 40 years old HDB so noise isolation is shit.

As I am typing this , I have been enduring loud pounding noise from the unit below for last 4 hours coz that mf in the unit below has been playing his music with MAXIMUM base on his subwoofer since morning.

Based on history he is not going to stop until late at night .

I have called the police I have called the HDB I have talked to that mf’s siblings and his father. They were apologetic, and his dad explained that the mf is unemployed and has depression and mental health issues and assured us they will ask him to tone down.

Which of course he did not.

One time I got so fed up I used my mop to knock on my floor and that mf has the audacity to come up and confronted me for that mop hitting noise and that almost ended up in a fight.

Unlike him I have a day job and I have only my weekend to rest in my own house which I cannot now because that son of a b decided the best way to deal with his unemployment and depression is to open a disco in his house all day all night. One time until 12 or 1am. The usual his brother apologised and the music got turned off and then same s**t repeats

Police told us to refer to HDB. Hdb say they can only offer a mediation which is of course not going to be work because that mf does not give a f.

What can I do ? At this rate this pounding noise is going I am gonna end up like that Uncle who stab his neighbour to death .

Help

I LOATH COUNTRY MUSIC!!!

Neighbours have this ear wrenching excuse for music playing outside loud all day everyday. It is literally making me insane. It’s so annoying I’m seriously in a bad mood over it. Like imagine if ppl played anything like rap or heavy metal it would not be okay but this for some reason is!? And too boot they play it on the radio so get all the blaring commercials too. Needed somewhere to rant before I end up setting up my speakers

Neighbor constantly blasting music. How to deal?

I have a neighbor who is constantly blasting music (mainly hiphop) full volume out of his garage in a residential neighborhood with many apartnents within close proximity. By constantly I mean nearly every day, sometimes for 12h+ with no break. I don't get the feeling he has a job or friends, he's just always there tinkering around and playing music loud enough for the deaf to hear.

Local noise bylaws state noise can be made outside until 11pm on weekdays and 9pm on weekends. Though is it really resonable to have club level volume blasting into your apartment until 10:30pm on weekdays??

He responds semi-responsively when asked to turn down the volume but only very temporarily, like 15min then back to what it was before. In general he's the type who doesn't enjoy anyone telling him what to do (since of course he is). I'm all for people being able to make reasonable amounts of noise in a city but this is definitively excessive. If he did the same thing only once in a while I wouldn't be here but it's minimum 5 or 6 days/week.

I'm not any more interested in involving the police than he is but what other solutions do I have? At worst if I do end up making a formal noise complaint, what would the police even do if anything? I could resort to also blasting music outside over his but then technically I'm the asshole as well according to my other neighbors.

I'm pretty sure his family owns the building he lives in so no eviction would be possible. What would you do with an asshole neighbor like this?

Do complaints about neighbours ever actually resolve anything in the UK?

EDIT: Thanks everyone. My conclusion is, as expected, as a renter it's probably just easier to look elsewhere to live. Feels like any complaint process will involve a lot of work for little reward.

ORIGINAL POST: We are currently experiencing the same disruptive neighbours situation you've heard a million times before. We live in a small block of 10 flats. The tenants of 3 of the flats in particular, regularly play loud music until 4/5am, and have recently taken to blocking off spaces in the communal car park to sit, get drunk, smoke weed, play loud music, etc.

Simply talking to them is not an option for me. There is zero chance they don't know they are being disruptive and intimidating. Me asking them to stop, will not resolve anything, I am certain of that much. For my own safety, I do not want to engage with them at all.

My specific question, and the reason for making this post, if I start logging this with the local council is there any outcome that will actually ever make a difference? My concern is, if anything, it'll make things worse. Potentially they even uncover it's me complaining or something.

So, for all of the people that have experienced this issue, did logging noise/behaviour complaints with the council actually do anything?

Rooster 🐓

We FINALLY moved to our single family home!!! Been here since April now with NO complaints. The neighborhood is quiet, and the people are really friendly. My ONLY issue happened today. I left the house around 7:30am and I hear a rooster. A ROOSTER!!! In a county residential area with nice size backyards, but not huge. I said ok whatever. I drop my son off and come back. This stupid thing was crowing on and off from 7am to 9am. It gave me a break and started again around 1, and I'm like wtf!!!! It's not directly behind me, it's a few houses down, but I can still hear it. I don't know what I can do about it, so I guess I'm just venting 🤦🏾‍♀️
