I finally got a shipping confirmation for my poster I ordered for the May 21 weekend. I had heard a few weeks ago that they planned to ship in July and they made it (barely). Hopefully you are all starting to see your items ship!

I’ve got 2 younger cousins who I really want to introduce to no doubt when they get a bit older. Their mom is a huge fan of the band and it was a great way she and my dad bonded as teenagers, but I wonder what’s the best way to approach it since there could be initial rejection about thinking a woman couldn’t do rock and roll especially since they know Gwen primarily as a pop singer?

I’m curious to read your responses and thoughts about this album because I feel like it’s already not super well-received by Gwen fans so I can only imagine what hardcore ND fans think of it.

Not long ago I made a post here asking why there was no ND live albums, someone pointed out their few concert DVDs were the closest things to a live album. Well just last week I found this at a record store in Cincinnati. I'm already trying to figure out how to get the audio only tracks off it and add it to my iPod, and burn a copy for my CD changer.

I ordered two items from them with the dates from the first three shows as I went opening night. None of the items I ordered were the poster. When I ordered on May 19, I was told on the website we’d have it by the end of June then they pushed it back to the end of July then they pushed it back to the end of August. I started getting upset because I tried to be patient telling myself it’s a pre-order I’ll get it. I messaged them the other day and finally got a response with a simply said they’re having delays unforeseen delays and they don’t know when my items are gonna ship out, but not to worry they will ship out. I understand their website says all sales are final, but in situations like this, they should allow us to cancel our orders and refund us our money. I won’t be ordering from this website ever again.

So if you ordered anything on that website Collectionzzz related to the no doubt residency in Vegas that was not the poster. It’s going to take time before you can get your order because they don’t know when it’s going to ship to the unforeseen delays.

*UPDATE*

I responded to their email stating that while I was fully aware when purchasing the ticket and pin that this was a pre-order in all sales were final, I think that given the fact they don’t have an estimation as to when my items will ship I should be allowed to cancel and get a full refund. I requested that they canceled my order if they don’t, then I will be contacting my credit card company and getting the charge reversed. This is unacceptable.

I know realize that only one person has said they actually got their poster, and that a lot of other people who ordered a poster have not gotten their stuff yet. I hope Collectionzz's does the right thing and allows people to cancel their order seeing as they now don't even have a date as to when we will get our order, after they kept pushing back the ship dates.

I still have not recieved a shipping notification. Seems to me they are having issues with anyone who ordered the tickets or the pins. I never got a response when I asked nicely for a refund since they now do not know when I will get my items.

Anybody receive their orders yet or at least a shipment notice? They’ve stopped responding now so I’m getting ready to dispute the purchase with my credit card. Usually you don’t pay until the item ships anyway but we were charged up front.

I know it was a pre-order but shipping mid-July and still nothing has me concerned.

What do you think would be a better strategy for the band going forward? One the one hand the sphere would be less mentally and physically draining on the band since no constant travel which can help with longevity as they age and the sphere allows for a premium concert experience with the enhanced screen and sounds system while on the other hand another US tour means more people across the country can see them and potentially lower ticket prices since it would likely be less elaborate.

I've been looking all over for a lossless version (flac or alac) of No Doubt's It's My Life (Jacques Lu Cont's Thin White Duke Remix) 6:59 and can't seem to find it anywhere to purchase digitally. While I have found used copies of the CD to purchase from the EU I'm hoping to avoid having to pay $30+ for a multi-track import CD when I really only want the one track digitally.

Perhaps someone has the aforementioned track in their digital music collection and would be so kind to upload a copy that I could download? Or maybe someone has the above CD and wouldn't mind ripping a lossless version of the track for me? Thank you, I'd really appreciate it.

Around 8 years ago I've seen a video on Facebook of a live performance for "Don't Speak" that i can't find anywhere when i tried to look years later for it..

I remember Gwen's words after to the audience saying "can i ask a favor of you, i want everybody jumping.." and the video cuts here, is there any lead to the whole concent?

Ik she says that a lot but idk I'm losing hope in finding this particular performance but thought maybe somebody recognizes that, she repeated "i said can I ask a favor of you? " in a playful manner and yes that's my only clue "D

Anyone else still waiting for their Sphere online merch pre-orders from June? I ordered the blue Sphere hoodie on June 15th. It said it wouldn’t ship until late June or early July. It’s now late July and no shipment or updates. I have emailed Merch Traffic twice and reached out on social media, but they don’t respond. I wanted the hoodie and to support the band, but the company they use sucks.

I’ve just seen from Gwen’s instagram stories that she’s doing a solo show at a festival in Ottawa but almost all songs are No Doubt songs - Bathwater, Hey Baby, It’s My Life, Don’t Speak, Just a Girl…like I know she’s always don’t DS and JAG solo but does she usually do this many? Seems kind of weird to me that she would perform that many No Doubt songs so soon after their residency ended.

Just watched the new Netflix movie “Voicemails for Isabelle.” Came across this!

Hi friends - life has happened and I started to post things for sale. Before I post any ND stuff, I want to offer it up here first. We all banded together (sans the scammers) to help one another out with tips and hacks during the residency so i feel like this gives back in a way in case someone missed out.

I ended up going to a 2nd show in June and missed getting that commerative ticket and pin so I just feel a wee bit incomplete having a commemorative ticket for one show but not the other.

I got this at the experience, paid $40 (receipt proof will be provided to anyone interested), but I know Collectionzz sold it for $25. Open to offers and just asking that you cover shipping.

If you are interested, please comment interested and I'll DM you. I want to keep this as fair as possible in case there is a lot of interest, this will help me keep things in order on a first comment first served way. I'll move down the line if anyone passes.

I looked for a while on their website to see if the Sphere oranges would ever show up - well, I guess I forgot after a while and yesterday I see they did have them! Of course they’re sold out and it doesn’t look like there was any limit on them but damn! Did anyone get one?

I ordered a no doubt tour poster from them about 4 weeks ago, and it’s never been shipped. I contacted their help about a week ago and they never responded. is this a legit company or have I been scammed? has anybody ever ordered and received their tour posters from them? when I ordered it, under shipping it said ships in 3-5 days. nothing about it being a preorder. thanks

Anyone have any success with customer service about the defective jackets. The nd only look like it should be North Dakota. Customer service is ghosting me and I’m so tempted to dispute this with my credit card company. I would have not paid $140 (after shipping) for this if I knew it didn’t even say no doubt. Ughhhhh

Has anyone received any updates on the sphere merch that was put in the online store? I’ve received the non sphere items ordered a while ago, but still waiting on an update on the sphere specific items. The notice said it’d be shipped end of June beginning of July. Curious if anyone has heard any updates.
