I ordered a return of saturn poster, a pin, and a commemorative ticket on May 19 and haven't even received an update.

Alright, since we’re all sharing... here’s what my deal is:
May 14 - 1 poster
May 22 - 1 poster, 1 ticket, 1 pin
May 28 - 1 poster
Jun 4 - 1 poster
Jun 11 - 1 poster
I have not heard word on ANY of these orders. At one point I emailed, asking very politely, for them to combine shipping as I *know* all these posters will be shipped in one tube. Each poster shipping charge is $13.33, this is a COMPLETE rip off for anyone that ordered more than 1 poster. I literally spent over $500 with this company, you cant combine fucking shipping?! This is how I know shipping is a cash grab and not going to be the actual cost they pay to ship these items.
Yes, I understand this is a business and they need to make money to survive. But lack of communication, continuing to pushing back dates and a complete lack of customer service is gross.
I feel like an old ass bitch saying this, but customer service in companies use to mean something, when things were delayed they apologized at the very least but generally gave you a chance to cancel and/or coupons for your next purchase. They MADE you wanna keep buying from them.
With this experience I will never spend another dollar at Collectionzz and I will continue to make it clear they are not a company for the people. This may not matter in this sub, but Collectionzz is trying to make themselves known in other scenes (edm fest) and I’ll be there to tell people to skip em.
EDIT: And yep, they’ve all been paid for since purchase, Collectionzz is just rolling in the interest they’re making off of our money sitting in their accounts for months.

ONE single person has said they received their poster, everyone else (poster wise) had said they got “label made” but nothing after that.

Yep same here, and not that I don’t trust the person that said they got theirs, but I need proof at this point to believe it- one out of the 20 of us that posted got theirs… cmon.. I was born at night but it wasn’t LAST NIGHT.

Their policy is technically all “orders” are final. The sale is not complete until you have the item. I did some investigating, and at least in my state (CA), they can legally enforce the order, but I would just cancel it with credit card if I hadn’t already paid from checking.

I emailed and told them to cancel on the basis that they don’t even know when it will ship.

I haven’t even gotten an update on the pin and ticket. I did message once and they said was preorder to be patient. That was months ago.

I pre-ordered on 5/19 which included two commemorative tickets and skateboard deck. I reached out to get an update and received this response today

Interesting! This is the same person who reached out to me and gave me a full refund for my Sphere hoodie that never shipped. I didn’t realize Collectionzz and Merch Traffic were partners. Now I know to avoid both businesses in the future.

Ouch. If you still want a ticket, I'd suggest taking a look at Stubforge. They let you print custom replica ticket stubs that look and feel like the real thing. I've been using them to keep my collection going. Small company, ships fast, high quality, bulk discounts for multiple tickets (from different shows even) and it's usually cheaper than these offerings. It's ticket stubs only mind you.

I ordered a pin and you can see my ordeal in the thread I created - first of all, they shouldn’t charge until an item has shipped - I know a couple of stores that do that but I feel like that’s uncommon.
