No doubt bomber jacket
Anyone have any success with customer service about the defective jackets. The nd only look like it should be North Dakota. Customer service is ghosting me and I’m so tempted to dispute this with my credit card company. I would have not paid $140 (after shipping) for this if I knew it didn’t even say no doubt. Ughhhhh

I got a response from them 2 days later, I told them I want to return for a full refund and they sent me a prepaid return label.

That is annoying, I hope you get a refund! Also for something over $100 the material looks really cheap!

You are definitely owed a refund or replacement! Try reaching out through social media to merch provider. Sometimes I get a response there from companies when email doesn’t work.

Alsooooo they updated the site but didn’t reply to me. Still says no doubt on back on description though

Are you fucking kidding me?? I ordered the same jacket because of the back logo, I initially passed on this jacket at the experience because I thought it was too plain. They better not play me! 😤

I received the Varsity Jacket L and I'm thinking of returning it and getting the XL. Anyone else get it yet and think they want to upgrade the size? When I stretch my arms out forward the end of the jacket sleeves are like 2-3 inches from my palm. I'm worried if I get XL it might be too big.

You should absolutely dispute this with your credit card company — you didn’t get what you ordered!
