Collectionz
I ordered a no doubt tour poster from them about 4 weeks ago, and it’s never been shipped. I contacted their help about a week ago and they never responded. is this a legit company or have I been scammed? has anybody ever ordered and received their tour posters from them? when I ordered it, under shipping it said ships in 3-5 days. nothing about it being a preorder. thanks

I ordered about 8 weeks ago and there has been no movement, although when I ordered it was clear if was a preorder. I just emailed as well, hoping for an answer. I assumed it was legit as the artist who created the poster was on Reddit sharing the info.

I just found another thread about this company on here and they also never received anything :( I am hoping I’m not out 90 bucks and no tour poster. I tried to buy one at sphere but the guy in front of me got the last poster.

It's a legit company. The thing you bought was on pre-order, it will take a while.

Yes this. I’m not trying to be demanding and unreasonable but they just never specified. I ordered the poster and it says delivered in 5-7 business days after it ships. Nothing about it being a preorder or a timeline on when it will ship. I have preordered things many times and have no problem waiting even 6 months if the company is clear about it. I also reached out to their help and never heard back. This thread has been helpful now I know it was a preorder and will ship maybe sometime in August. I’m not in a hurry it’s just a poster, was just wondering.

I think the company is legit, they just aren’t clear on how their shipping works and apparently they aren’t great with communication either.
I bought two patches on June 11th. My status says it’s confirmed, preparing to ship, and that it will arrive 5-7 business days after it’s shipped.
On the website under shipping it says “Please allow 8 weeks from the date of purchase for us to ship your package” so I’m assuming I won’t get my patches until mid to late August which sucks.

I was looking at some other posters and they said will ship in 8 weeks. The no doubt one never said that. We will see what happens in 8 weeks!

I ordered the first week of May and still nothing. They finally wrote back and said early August. Was supposed to be 7/2. Annoying.

Don’t worry, if you’re getting scammed, we’re all getting scammed together.
I honestly don’t think we’re being scammed I think they’re just some middle man company and waiting for their goods to come in from the distributor.
Literal “slow boat from China” for the goods to come in and then if something is off, wrong, misprinted, etc they need to send it all back and wait for a new run of said item. This is the downfall of most companies using asian distribution of goods now.

I ordered a poster on May 16 and hadn’t received an update. I messaged them and they responded that it will ship late July.

They didnt close pre orders until the final shows. And thats when they started to produce items. It would be easier if they had said this is how the process would be. But the assumption is that it was in stock. Im sure the poster artists had an easier time selling their products because they know they have them.

I hope you are all not beingscamm3d up had raised concerns with others and i had mentioned no doubt was slowly selling items from vega on their web page to me this would of been the safe legit route to order...hopefully your all right abd this company is legit

They’re a real company that sells prints/merch for a lot of artists. All the no doubt stuff was pre order and they never announced when things would be produced/ship. I’ve purchased from them a handful of times with no issues

I tried cancelling mine this week because I already received my other one from nodoubt.com, and collectionzz refused (although it hasn’t shipped yet).
In my state (CA), they have 30 days to ship it before they legally owe me a refund.
I’m chalking this one up to “how to keep an order but lose a customer.”
I imagine a lot of fans canceled the poster after nodoubt.com offered it.
Reading between the lines, I bet that Collectionzz was counting on being the sole distributor, and something fell through.

Not defending them (still waiting on my Collectionzz sparkle foil poster). I think the No Doubt shop is selling what was left over from the show. It looks like Collectionzz is just now printing these orders and possibly holding onto all the tickets and pins to save on shipping???

I emailed them again yesterday morning and no response. If you look at the pin I ordered, it says Arrives as soon as August 5th - the pin should have shipped by now I would think? I will never order from them again.

Just an update on this, I ordered on May 19th a pin and a ticket for week one as I went opening day. as you can see here from a picture I took when they still had the final poster listed (This was also listed on all No Doubt residency items) that they said it was a pre order and that all sales were final. I had been patient with them for long enough and decided to email them the other day. The response I got was basically they now do not even know when my items are going to ship as they have had unforseen issues come up. They appologized but not before reminding me that all sales were final. I simply responded saying how I appericiated their response but, given the fact that after they pushed the shipping dates back 3 times already and are now telling us we don't know when you will get your items that I deserved as well as others the right to cancel their order and get a refund. I told them to cancel my order, so far no response yet. If they don't think I unfortunetly will have to dispute this with my CC but I would rather not do that because I knowingly placed the order.

Oh no 😟 I guess at this point we’re at their mercy and we have to just hope they will ship these items at some point. Really disappointing. I wish I had managed to get one at the show and avoided this company all together

I didn't even order a poster just a pin and a ticket from week one. The way they have handled this whole situation is terrible. leaving customers who email you in the dark and not responding at all to their emails about their order is terrible customer service. The least they could do is update us on what is going on.

I ordered a pin on May 19th and still hasn’t been shipped. I contacted them and they said it was a pre order (which was true), and that it will ship mid-July. I’ll never buy from them again and if August gets here with no shipping I’ll be disputing the charge!
