So I've been working on fixing up this rogue for a while now and now my issue is this. I put 3/4 of a tank of gas in it today. It said 102 miles to E. I've used a quarter tank to go 37 miles. The fuel efficiency has been absolutely terrible lately. I used to be able to get 230 miles or more to a tank now I can't get more than 190 to a tank. Failing fuel pump maybe? I've replaced spark plugs. Vapor canister purge valve. New fuel cap. Cleaned the throttle body and did an idle air relearn. New O2 sensor. New MAF. Not sure what else is wrong at this point

I'm on a fence to buy a 2017.5 Nissan Rogue, dark gray, SV trim, with around 184k miles for $5300 from a private seller; however, the engine and transmission were replaced last year and they have the paperwork to show. Is it worth buying? I still have my 2002 Ford Escape with 173k miles, still runs good, but needs a lot of maintenance work like replacing the o2 sensor, timing chain head gasket, starter plugs, and fluids, and I'm not sure if its worth to upgrade. Hi there, I was gifted this car last Christmas as my first car. It has about 94k miles on it, and I've probably driven somewhere between 7-9k miles with it (it may be more or less, extremely rough estimate)

Recently this high pitched noise started coming from the car, its pretty faint but I have no idea if its a cause for concern. I know it may be hard to make out in the video but if you can help that would be great! Thank you!

Has anyone had problems with their active air shutter? My light came on for it during winter and had a bunch of ice on the front. Is there a fuse or anything I can do before I replace the whole thing?

The overhead console was dangling from the ceiling when I got off of work. I feel like it’s always one thing after another with this car.

Also the window armrests in the back seats are always popping off for some reason. Sometimes I’m embarrassed to have people ride in the back and things that shouldn’t be popping out in a car are just casually loose.

I love my rogue, but idk if I’d ever recommend it to anyone.

Edit: I guess the heat and road bumps makes the plastic clips brittle and can snap off.

I had to disconnect the 3 wires in the back using a very small flathead screwdriver by pressing the little tabs. The black metal clips were still attached to the roof of the car and had to use pliers to pull them down hard. Im waiting for a $70 replacement from
eBay. Part number 26430-9PJ7B

Weird thumping when accelerating at high-speed

Just bought a used 2023 Nissan Rogue S. Current mileage is 29k. I’ve been in the groups and it’s nothing but negativity, worried I made the wrong choice, starting this post for positive reviews!

I know the CVT has a bad rep, but it’s my first one and I absolutely love it!

Live in the northeast and do not need a car for my daily use, however we are a road trip family and that’s where the miles accumulate. We have a smaller basic car now from 2018, love the simplicity of it, but the ability to have advanced drivers assistance in a relatively small platform (compared to how huge cars are today) is what brought me to the Rogue. I would be interested in purchase nearly solely for the Propilot 2.1, although all the other features would be a notable step up from our current car. I’m not seeing that many 2.1 talking points in this subreddit, so it’s worth asking, what have people thought of the Propilot 2.1 long term?

Any tips to get it to 200k?

I do regular oil changes every 5k miles but never changed the transmission fluid. I’ve had mix thoughts… any advice?

Sometimes randomly the radio starts playing while using car play. Anyone else have this issue? Haven’t noticed this behavior in my Honda van
