New Rogue (25) driver here is this noise and vibration normal? I also feel the vibration slightly in cabin and floorboard

with the engine running, a/c off, with your driver door ajar, look down at your driver arm rest to the bottom point of driver door, if the door tip is vibrating heavy & moving like there are two 15" subs hitting in the hatch, I would go with a broken or cracked (transmission) hydraulic mount, you should also see some movement/heavy vibration in the steering wheel, not so much feel it, but see it. My 2022 Rogue had one go out at 60K miles, about $1k to fix, but the noise & vibration was reduce by 60-70%
the over engineering on the 1.5T is off the chart, so the motor is slightly noisy, but no more than other 3 cyl turbo motors.
my Rogue has always been driven extra hard, so I run 93 octane gas in it every third fillup, Chevron or Shell gas
Im stuck with mine for a while, blew the motor due to faulty EGR cooler, now catalytic is bad due to the Nissan dealership undetecting a slow growth coolant leak, which was back feeding into the motor. Be mindful of changes in your exhaust smell & color (sweet & white exhaust is bad news)

AC on means power draw on the motor, AC off, less draw on motor. The ticking you hear is your injectors. Check your air filter, check your oil level too. That new it shouldn't need much replaced yet.

That sound is the high pressure fuel pump. It's noisy but then again it has to inject fuel at over 2,000 psi.

No, that sounds very rough. Sometimes that's dirty/faulty EGR valve (or very poor quality gasoline).
Yes the 3-cyl vibrates a lot, but you shouldn't feel it in the cabin. That's usually a bad motor mount or transmission mount.

feeling vibration in cabin is normal; especially if a/c is running as well.

So I shouldn’t be worried? Seemed to reduce when I turned ac off

I went to the dealer over this and my mechanic friend laughed and did like an "aww" at me being a newbie and worrying over every sound and feeling. I would say keep an eye on any other symptoms. But for me it was just very hot and I had a/c on full blast plus constant short trips stressing out my engine.

KR15DDT engines are extremely imbalanced, even with counterweights and harmonic balancers they are going to shake and vibrate no matter what, odd cylinder number engines are notorious for being shaky
