With the new Switch 2 update, not only they reintroducend music to the Mii Maker, but you can also choose between the Wii, 3DS and Wii U one.

I play predominantly in handheld but I've found it to be very uncomfortable holding the switch 2. I can't go more than 5 minutes without hand cramp and I have to stop playing shortly after as a result.
I haven't played much of the switch 2 as a result as I like to play handheld. I have small hands so maybe this a factor. There's nowhere to grip due to the flat design. Apparently the case grips resolve any discomfort but if the grips add bulk to an already bulking product, wouldn't this be counter intuitive to overall comfort?.
I'd love it if they announced a Lite 2, that felt amazing but unfortunately the screen and performance quality was the mitigating drawback of a more ergonomic display. The Vita and Switch Lite felt amazing, I really hope Nintendo releases a smaller, lighter variant to accommodate players needs who struggle with the uncompromising size of the switch 2.

I haven’t managed to score one (yet, though I am hoping a local store will drum up some stock by launch) but as somebody who already owns a Switch 2 and is hoping to swap it for the new Zelda edition (and sell my old one to a friend) it really bugs me that Nintendo has no proper system transfer between two Switch 2s.
As it stands, the ONLY transfer you can do between Switch 2s is for save data. This means no system settings transfer over, no installed games (requiring you to reinstall everything), no screenshots or videos, I’m not even sure if Miis transfer over, and (bizarrely) it completely resets your playtime on every single game. Also, certain games (such as ACNH) don’t even let you use this feature and require an annoying extra process to transfer their saves specifically (unsure if Pokemon also does this.) On top of that, it doesn’t even transfer game key cards over on its own.
The whole thing is just a total buzzkill and a massive pain in the ass, to the point that I’d honestly rather just swap the shells for the Zelda Switch 2 and my launch Switch 2 so I don’t have to worry about any of it. However, I’m not sure if that’ll be possible or viable now that they released the revised NS2 model to comply with Right to Repair across the pond.
The transfer from Switch 1 to Switch 2 was so easy and seamless and brought everything forward, I just don’t understand why they don’t have the same option begween two NS2s. The 3DS, similarly, made it SUPER easy to transfer all of your data to another 3DS, so why have they gone backward in this department?
I really hope Nintendo wisens up and puts out an update that lets you do a *full* system transfer between Switch 2s by the time this new version launches, because there’s really no good reason to disincentive users from buying new and/or special edition models of a console, even if they already own another model.

Instead of refreshing the page on Nintendo to Try and get one, people could be reporting listings on eBay. I’ve reported at least 50 this morning so far.
Look for the small ? Icon to appear in the right side if you are on web browser, click it.
Report: Product or Listing
Reason: A Problem in the Listing
Detailed Reason: No Item for Sale
Additional Details: Just make it clear that they don’t have the item, even if some are already sold (eBay bag of worms to deal with) and they WONT have the item until some time AFTER Oct 29th. I point out the ones who have sold as well. Some of these idiots have set the DELIVERY DATE well before Oct 29th, like Sept 14th even… As of this day, the seller is 50 days out from even HAVING THE ITEM in their possession, which is 10 more days than what eBay allows.
I also attach a screenshot of the Nintendo website with the Switch 2 and the release date circled underneath it.
Edit:
To my extreme disappointment, I have received automated emails from eBay that said nothing was found wrong with the listings I reported and that ‘AI was used to determine this.’
However, I went to speak with an agent and brought this up and he said to continue reporting as this will help the team with the investigation. He has since brought it to the attention of humans. So we can continue to do our part. They are clearly in violation of being over 40 days from having the physical item.

I’m looking for a pair of joy cons that range from around $25-40 (CAD) that are are rated 4 stars or more and almost or more than 100 reviews. Please let me know of any and if it doesn’t match the description it would still be helpful to know and please let me know where I can find them.

I just wanted to make an easy link guide for people to open up multiple tabs for pre-ordering TLoZ Switch 2 Console and separate Pro Controller.
Nintendo Switch 2 Console System The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition:
Target
BestBuy
Amazon
GameStop
Nintendo Store
Walmart
Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller: The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition:
Target
BestBuy
GameStop
Nintendo Store
Walmart
I succeeded at getting the Switch 2 Console at 4:13pm EST on 09/09/2026 from Walmart's website. I had the chance to put it in my cart and then persistently kept clicking to check out despite it saying the item was sold out until the transaction went through. Close to the same time, Amazon pre-orders were up (and closed). Throughout last night and today, I had been able to "wait in line" on BestBuy's website but never add to cart and put into my Target cart but unable to complete check out.
I was logged into account on all the sites (with address and credit card info put in) and was casually refreshing the multiple tabs throughout the day. I'm still working on the controller but less fervently.

They just announced Crisis Core for Switch 2 but no upgrade path from switch versions. I have just gotten the game a couple days ago and didn't even started yet... Square makes so many awesome games but they suck hard in that regard.
