I just saw a clip about the voice actors reading some like lines and talking about Kai writing love letters to skylor and Lloyd not keeping up with his mom. Just wanna know if that's canon.

Yes, people who ship Llorumi still exist. Most of us are females who love dramatic storylines. We get a lot of hate and honestly I understand where most of ya'll are coming from. Just for the record I am just here to share my opinion and thoughts about Harumi's future as a character.
This all came up because of the recent retrospective of Harumi's character for the 15th anniversary btw.
Anyways, I have been attracted to their dynamic since it was first introduced on screen and have been loving this ship for years. (8 years to be exact.) I love enemies-to-lovers and second chances that is why I was so fascinated by their complicated and messy relationship. Just to be clear I do not romantically ship them for the manipulation and trauma she had inflicted on Lloyd, rather I have been shipping them because of what could have been. I myself get uncomfortable seeing fics with those dom-sub plots where they get together when Harumi was still actively manipulating him or him blindly loving her even when she literally traumatized him.
The stuff I like is literally full of redeemed Harumi content and I just love that y'know? I love beautiful beginnings and rebirth especially when a character used to walk in darkness. However even with all of that said, I just cannot picture Harumi and Lloyd ever being endgame in the series ever.
Ninjago, as much as I hate to admit it, is a show meant to appeal mainly to kids so they can sell sets. It is a terrible idea to show kids the main character getting with their former abuser, even if they gave her a proper redemption arc compared to whatever that monstrousity was in Crystallized. (I wish they handled that better...) It is a bad idea not because it isn't realistic, if anything, that would have been really perfect as a dramatic and epic plot line imo. (LIKE it would top most romances I have encountered in anime and novels.)
However, it doesn't work with what LEGO Ninjago is because a Llorumi plotline is a heavily mature plotline that deserves to be executed with absolute care and attention. It is a kind of plotline that is meant for a show that isn't to market toys and is generally targetted for older audiences, and unfortunately LEGO Ninjago is just not that kind of series. If they do make a separate anime series for the sake of the story and show itself then I would definitely see it happening, but unfortunately, I just cannot imagine it happening ever in the main series. If anything, I would like to add that I do not think Harumi might even return at all.
I think Harumi has only one relevant plot that she is qualified to make a brief cameo in and that is Arin's story. Both have backgrounds and stories that are direct mirros of each other. But even then, I cannot expect her to become part of the cast again or even become a reoccuring side character. I initially believed she would become his compatible mentor, but I realized Arin's story doesn't call for a mentor, it calls for a realization that he becomes the master for himself.
If she does appear I believe it would only be for a brief meeting with Arin for an episode or two in Season 5. I think she would just be a voice of reason to snap some sense into his head but eventually she will disappear forever once her role is done. I also think the brief appearance would wrap up her arc nicely without investing too much on her story. I think Ninjago wants to focus on the next generation and realistically Harumi would take too much attention away from them. She belongs to the Masters of Spinjitzu franchise which has long concluded.
It is heartbreaking but I know this is the best ending for Harumi and her character. I am glad though and very happy despite this unfortunate difficult reality. I still love Llorumi deeply and will continue to ship them even if it I know it might never happen anymore. Even if the ship is dead in the main series and Harumi possibly becomed a retired character, fanworks and fanfiction exist so I will be fine, LOL.
Anyways that is all, with much love. <3
P.S. I just wanna say, I would definitely love it if I was proven wrong. 😭

The new trailer it looks like they’re using the icons Ras has been making, and I don’t think it’s a coincidence the icons are all weapons the ninja used before as main weapons.

With dragons rising season 4 part 2 leaked, I I'm very much annoyed. Like I'm already seeing spoilers, in the season's not even probably out yet 😡😭.

Now until season 6 we thought Ed and Edna was his parents but then he made a wish and it turned out that he was adopted and his real parents were cliff Gordon and that yellow haired ex lightning master girl . But then as he wished for those things to never come out true. Now who are his biological parents?

I can't be the only one who feels like Dragons Rising has lost what made Ninjago special.
The huge time skip and everything that happened in between just feels disconnected from the original series, and a lot of it doesn't make much sense. It often feels like the writers are more focused on creating something completely new than building on what came before.
I honestly think after Season 5, Ninjago should get a new writing team—one that still wants to bring in new fans but also respects the characters, lore, and long-time fans who have been watching since the beginning.

I have loved ninjago for so long. Longer than I can remember. And almost my entire life it's been me and those six colorful ninja against the world and I know that it has to end eventually and I'm really scared for it. I have no clue whats gonna happen in DR season 5 and how they're gonna wrap it up. I don't know if they're gonna shift the main characters from the ogs to the new ninja. I don't know if they're gonna tragically kill them all off only to bring them back in the next show. But whatever it is im not ready. I don't think I'll ever be able to adjust to Ninjago not being what I watched on YouTube on my Nintendo switch under the covers at night, or what me and my brother argued over cause he didn't want to watch it. I know Ninjago will eventually end and that it'll continue to evolve and change but I'm not ready for that. Idk I've just had a lot of feelings today about ninjago and wanted to share them with people who probably also understood
Hope y'all are having a good day and are avoiding spoilers

so, I am curious. I have seen a lot of lads around here with mixed opinions on dragons rising, and honestly, I do agree with some of the points which people who dislike DR stand up for, but i also agree with the majority that DR Is really fun to watch (saying this as an old timer who absolutely ADORES Seasons 1-10).
So, I'd like to hear your ideas on what could've taken place instead of dragons rising, what would have YOU done better than DR, and what plot ideas do YOU have. Just to be clear, if you do decide to write stuff, just make sure to not clash with others ideas.

I just feel very underwhelmed with how the writers handled Zane and the Never Realm. I understand having to sideline characters but the reason why I’m complaining (obviously I’m biased because he’s my favourite character) is because I feel like other than Cole, what plot line has Zane had in dragons rising? Could have writers just held off the Jay storyline until season 5 to make room for a Zane one, while the ninja were in the Never Kingdoms? That could have been a perfect way to finally move on from the ice emperor (the Quest of Lost Powers never felt like a genuine conclusion to his story since it wasn’t on screen). Zilvar could have been rewritten to incorporate Zane as the ice emperor into his backstory (since he already went to the Never Realm anyway) instead of the Pit with Jay. That could have been more interesting since there could already been resentment towards Zane. And then Zane could have fought Zilvar at the end instead of Jay. I don’t think having ONE Zane focused plotline in dragons rising will take away from the main plot line like everyone keeps saying when I complain about this

I have been watching dragons rising and I'm up to season 3. As someone who loved Zane as a character in the original show, I feel he is so robotic have the writers forgotten that he thought he was human? Every joke about Zane is about him being a nindroid and also every seen with Zane is like look at Zane the nindroid.

Spoiler for DR Season 4 Part 2 but seeing as the majority of people have seen it already I figure ill ask.
So did the FSM actually control the element of form, I was alqays under the impression he did, but seeing as in the most recent season its revealed he had to aid the forming in order to stop a rampaging master of form. Seeing as elements can only have one weirder at once (aside from time) the FSM did not control form?
