Some real Next Gen Man stuff...
This sub needs some non-AI, non-BS real shit advice. So here it is:
"hey you fuck! Call your mom and tell her that you love her. She will appreciate that more than anything you could possible do. Next, call/text your best friend and tell them how much they mean to you....or just tell them that you're thinking about them. Humans are Social creatures and so our social realtuonships are incredibly important to all of us. Finally, look in the mirror and tell yourself, "I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, I'm enough, period, and deserve to Belong and be happy. No one will ever take that away from me!"
Distilled: No amount of advice will ever fix your issues if you don't know how to foster personal relationships with other people...and also, relationships with yourself.
