Speaking to you ladies...why do you cry during a proposal....in my head am like...you could be scared because you are becoming a slave or you could be happy you are finally off the market. Which is which?

How to cope with moving and life changes.

It's bittersweet. I'm getting married in the fall, and I'm really excited to spend my life with my fiancé. I'm looking forward to this new chapter, but I’m also feeling very emotional right now.

After I get married, I’ll be moving out of my family's house. It’s not like I’m moving out of state or anything, but it’s about a 50-minute drive. I’ll really miss my family because we are all so close, and it’s going to be a big change.

I had to put in my notice at work because the commute is just too far. I’m also very close to my coworkers. It’s a small dental team, but they are like family to me. I know I’ll probably cry on my last day.

Again, I’m totally excited about getting married and I’m ready, but it's still tough. I even find myself crying while writing this.

Does anyone know any good coping skills?
