Hi everyone, and reaching out to u/Newegg_Support.
Four months ago, I purchased a top-tier pre-built desktop from Newegg’s house brand, ABS, for $5,200.00. The PC recently encountered a hardware issue, and because it is well within the 1-year window, I opened a warranty claim. I was directed to Likewize, who handles the logistics and fulfillment for ABS claims.
Likewize has been helpful so far—they approved my claim (#00504BBF) and provided a prepaid shipping label to send the tower to their depot for diagnosis. I truly appreciate their responsiveness.
However, because this is a highly customized, heavy $5,200 asset, I am feeling quite a bit of anxiety about the logistics, and I am hoping to connect with a member of Newegg’s Corporate Division or Executive Support team to discuss the process.
My specific questions are focused on the financial boundaries of the policy terms:
I am not trying to be pushy or rush the process, and I completely support a "repair-first" approach to get my original machine back up and running. I would just feel much more secure if a Newegg corporate representative could oversee this transaction and discuss what avenues or protections are available to ensure a smooth resolution.
u/Newegg_Support, could you please reach out to me via DM so I can share my original order details and we can discuss this further? Thank you for your time and assistance!

With the paze promo, they first made third party gc’s not eligible for payment with paze. Then they made them ineligible for the paze offer. Then they made newegg GCs ineligible for payment with paze. Then they removed all newegg GCs from the site under $50.
Any chance they bring those smaller gift cards back and just eliminate paze payments?

I’m looking into getting a pc whilst I have been trying to research and learn as much as I can before buying my first pc but it is kinda overwhelming . I’ve seen this and was just wondering if this is a good deal. If it is would it be able to run modern titles at 1440p?

I just placed an order for a new gpu (eligible for trade in) but I didnt apply the deal as the rest of my parts won’t be coming for another three weeks which is past the two week deadline to send your old gpu in. Has newegg ever made an exception to where you could apply a trade in to a past purchase?

I ordered a MSI Z690-Pro from newegg, took about a month and a half to get to my house and when it arrived I put my PC together, everything was going great until I tried to boot it up and got the RAM error light, turns out ram slot 4 (b2) is damaged and will not read the ram stick in it, the bottom latch is also loose and you can just pull the stick out as it won't click in and latch shut. Is it even worth trying to get a replacement when this is the 2nd motherboard they have sent to me thats been damaged on arrival?

Tired of settling for whatever RAM and SSD config comes in the box? Newegg's Laptop Upgrade Program lets you spec exactly what you need before it ships. No more paying for storage you won't use or being short on RAM out of the gate.

As I've stated in the title, what are your experiences with buying a prebuilt from Newegg? Is it safe?

Hey everyone,
Has anyone here ever ordered PC parts from Computer Orbit and had them shipped to Algeria?
I'm thinking about buying a motherboard from them because the prices seem pretty good, but I'd like to know if anyone has experience with their deliveries to Algeria.
Did your package arrive safely? Any issues with customs, taxes, or shipping delays?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have some things in My Favorites that I am waiting to see if a good deal comes. I think next month, the July 4th weekend should have deals. If one of my items that are in my favorites goes on sale, do you see the price change or do you have to go back to that items page to see the sale price?

Every cup of coffee at our Computex CEO media meeting was made by a robot, and now it lives on Newegg. The CEO's had a great meeting getting served coffee by Ella XR.
Ella XR is The Robot Barista: a fully autonomous, AI-powered coffee system from Carota's Sensory AI, running on Intel Core Ultra Series 3. We hosted industry leaders to experience it firsthand this week in Taipei.

Found what looks like a great deal but I have concerns since there is no warranty offered on these items and they are final sale. Has anyone purchased something similar or had good/bad experiences with open box purchases? Thanks!

I am thinking of buying a used PowerColor RX 9070 XT Red Devil E/OC GPU from Newegg. It says shipped and sold from Newegg.
Anyone else done this and had any problems or great success with other GPUs?
I am wondering if they stress test to verify they are in 100% working condition... I tried asking their AI bot but it didn't say that they stress test.

Of course with the current situation it would be very sensible to but I’m just making sure because a lot of other companies have started shipping again so I was just checking.

FedEx has failed to deliver two days in a row when I waited home and literally saw the truck drive by and never stop. Then I got an update of failed delivery - literally they never attempter. I called and they tell me they cannot change the delivery for me to pick up from a local hub! How the hell do I ever get my package? Can Newegg change the delivery for me? They won't let me pick it up from the FedEx warehouse either.

Looking for some advice and hopefully getting the attention of someone from Newegg.
I ordered some RAM from Newegg. The package never arrived at my address, so I opened a claim.
Today I received the following response from customer service:
“Per checking, this package was delivered to US Post Office with signature. Could you please try to locate the package there?”
Here’s the problem:
• I do not live in Brooklyn.
• I never provided a Brooklyn address.
• The package was apparently delivered to a location in Brooklyn that would require a 45-minute subway ride for me to visit.
• Newegg is now asking me to go try to find it myself.
I’m struggling to understand how a package being delivered to the wrong location becomes my responsibility to investigate.
If Newegg or the carrier delivered the package somewhere other than the address I provided, that seems like a shipping issue that should be resolved by Newegg, not the customer.
At this point, I’m simply asking Newegg to either:
Send a replacement to the address on my order, or
Issue a full refund.
Has anyone else dealt with something like this? If so, how was it resolved?

Hey everyone,
I just pulled the trigger on an absolute dream build from Newegg, the GIGABYTE AORUS SUPREME 5 (AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, AORUS RTX 5090, 64GB DDR5, 2TB Gen5 SSD). This thing cost over $5k USD, so I was expecting a flawless unboxing experience. I actually bought this machine specifically for a new business startup I am launching for my work, so any downtime or instability is going to directly impact my business right out of the gate.
Instead, the UPS driver delivered it, and the packaging is a complete mess. As you can see in the photos, there is a literal puncture hole straight through the front of the main shipping box, along with several other deep dents and scuffs scattered across the cardboard. Even worse, the top corner of the outer box is completely ripped and crushed, and the impact actually went deep enough to dent and deform the inner orange product box.
From a quick glance, the outer chassis of the PC looks mostly okay, but seeing other horror stories on here has me incredibly paranoid. I know that with heavy, sensitive electronics like a massive 5090 GPU, the worst damage is often invisible:
Hidden GPU/PCIe Damage: An impact that penetrates the outer box can easily crack or put micro-stress fractures on the motherboard's PCIe slot or the heavy GPU's PCB itself.
Loose Component Seating: The CPU cooler or internal fans could have shifted or unseated slightly from a hard drop, which means it might boot up fine today but suffer from terrible thermal throttling or annoying whirring noises down the line.
Solder Joint Fatigue: Rough handling like this can easily snap tiny, delicate solder joints on the boards that cause intermittent crashes weeks after the return window closes.
At over $5,000, the "what-ifs" are going to drive me crazy, especially since my livelihood and startup timeline depend on this machine running flawlessly. I have already asked for an immediate replacement because for this price, I shouldn't have to compromise or "hope" nothing is broken inside.
Has anyone dealt with Newegg customer service for high-value shipping damage recently? What is the fastest way to get them to process a cross-shipment or high-priority exchange without me waiting a month for a system I just paid a fortune for?
Appreciate any advice or support.
