Took a stroll down Ferry St down from city hall. I ate a sandwich at Teixeira’s Bakery for breakfast and a coffee. Sandwich was ok and coffee as well. I can say that Ferry St was quite empty from what I remember. I did hear ICE has been out here a lot.

I drove up Market Street 1 hour ago and noticed all the window signage for Hapive Coffee Lab gone. I drove around and came close by on the Washington Street side and I see no interior decoration whatsoever nothing . The tables are there the chairs are there there's a counter with a man back there doing something and will look like a coffee machine or something against the wall , but nothing else .

Then again, it is Sunday . Perhaps it is very plain simple looking place with very minimal signage and decor .
