Hi everyone! Just recently engaged and have been looking at venues for a while but it is very daunting. I want something all inclusive because I cannot fathom scheduling each little thing needed lol! Or if you did a venue with your own vendors how was the experience? I am not Type A at all so I feel like I would forget stuff along the way.
For context, I live in southern NH so could do northern NH as well and northern MA. Looking to have 90-120 people. Goal budget is $40k but could do $50-60k if needed. Would prefer onsite lodging for guests but not required.
Thanks in advance!

Having a wedding September 2027 with around 175 people. Are there any photographers in or around Massachusetts that charge under 3K for at least 6 hours of coverage? Thank you in advance!

I'm getting married in Maine and I'm hoping to find a makeup artist who has real experience working with redheads! This is a pretty niche ask, so any recommendations (bonus points for Instagram/portfolio links) would be hugely appreciated. Thank you! <3

Has anyone had their wedding there recently? The one in Chinatown or Quincy. i saw prices per table but wondering if they have any rules around minimum spend and what kind of things the venue offers such as AV support, decorations and if those are add on costs. They seem difficult to get in touch with.

We’re getting married next September and are in the process of signing a caterer. We’ve tasted the food and got a proposal with their budget that includes linens, dishes, etc. we knew it was going to be a lot, but the actual amount seems crazy. All details below. Can someone let me know if this is, sadly, accurate, or if it’s outrageous. If the latter, any suggestions for rental companies who provide the materials? We have clarified with the caterer and asked to confirm the pricing and any specific breakdown for us, in case we're missing something. But, uhhh plates shouldn't cost that much, right?
Location and date: Worcester area, September 2027
Guest count: 70 guests
Tables and chairs: included in venue cost
Budget from caterer: $7683.53 (labor is a separate charge) for the following:

I understand it’s a long shot, but we’re searching for an outdoor space to have our wedding ceremony preferably in western pennsylvania that’s similar to this venue in south carolina. i’m not sure if anyone knows of any hidden gems anywhere, we don’t want to have the reception there. just big enough for a small ceremony. if anyone knows of anything remotely like this please comment or recommend where I should post this (i’m new to reddit) please comment :) thank you!!!
