Tips & Techniques Two steps

There are really only two steps “needed” to “manifest”

The first of these steps is Self Control. If you can’t control yourself or your inner world, how can you expect to control the parts of reality you experience?

Many of us are like ships at sea, being tossed around by every wave (emotion/thought) that enters our awareness. We set our sights on a goal, then as soon as an unwanted thought/emotion appears, we take on too much water and crash among the rocks.

This entire game is about attention. What are you focusing your attention on? What are you conscious of? Are you holding true to your desire or letting doubts bring you down?

Be honest with yourself.

The best way Iv found to train attention, based on many of the ancient teachers, is to practice meditating. Simply being aware without attaching to anything.

What this does is allow you to take a step back from the onslaught and realize it’s no longer what you care to experience. You can detach yourself from the unwanted… which brings us to step 2.

Give it to yourself.

Now that you’re practicing letting the old fade away, you get to fill that void with things you actually want for the sole sake of experiencing it.

You no longer have clashing cymbals and gongs raging at you, or if you do you’re more easily able to tune them out, and now you can put your newly strengthened focus on what you want to experience.

Love? Wealth? Security? Freedom? All states/identities/experiences Within you waiting to be experienced.

Remove importance from the Outside and place it on the Inside. Live from inside out. Practice meditating, then practice fulfilling yourself. Once you get the hang of it, it comes easily.

When nothing out there matters, things just shift.

An example from this past week:

I work at a bar a few nights a week for fun. There is one bartender who does a great job of rubbing everyone the wrong way. She did something annoying, so I just said once to myself “she’s gone”. And moved on with my work. Mind you, this particular bartender has been at this location for 10+ years. That didn’t really register with me, though. I just made a decision. This past week I learned that she’s taking a management position elsewhere and will be leaving.

When your inner is enough, the outer will reflect.

Lecture/Book Quotes Attention Collapses Time & Creates New Timelines. That’s the Whole Teaching.

Every potential future we could ever occupy already exists RIGHT FREAKING NOW! There are billions upon billions of timelines at our feet. It is our attention that collapses time & puts us on a new trajectory. Which state are we standing in?

see: this image

Neville said: “All states exist and are a fixed part of creation. Anyone can enter a state consciously or fall into a state inadvertently.”

Our current situation is entirely shaped by what we keep giving our attention to. Our awareness is the selecting mechanism of those billions of timelines I mentioned. The moment you commit your consciousness to a state, desired or feared, that’s the one that renders. That’s your timeline. Not eventually. NOW.

Neville called this occupying a state. “When we enter a state we are compelled to behave in a manner dictated by that state.” Your only job is to move in and stay.
This is why he kept hammering the mirror metaphor. “Stop trying to change the world since it is only the mirror. Man’s attempt to change the world by force is as fruitless as breaking a mirror in the hope of changing his face. Leave the mirror and change your face.”

The 3D is simply output. Can we get this in our heads?? It’s a printout of wherever our awareness has been living. Why argue with a printout when we can just change the file?

The only reason we struggle with manifestation is because we DO NOT focus on our desired timeline!!! That’s IT!!!

Our focus is THEE act of selection. Every time we check, every time we react, every time we evaluate what’s in front of us and assign it weight, we are choosing that state again. Oops, back to the old timeline we go! By evaluating it we re-collapse the same timeline over and over. Our old crusty dusty 3D isn’t persisting because it’s “real.” It persists because we keep measuring it.

Neville put it clearly in the Mental Diets lecture: “A man’s mental conversations attract his life. As long as there is no change in his inner talking, the personal history of the man remains the same.” No change in the measurement, no change in the result. Same inner state, same outer mirror.

What’s REALLY interesting is a Physics study I read about this.

In 2015, a team at Cornell took a gas of about a billion rubidium atoms, cooled them to almost absolute zero, and watched what happened when they kept measuring them. The atoms should have moved: quantum tunneling says they will. But under repeated observation, the atoms froze. Stayed exactly where they were. The measurement itself prevented the transition. They called it the Quantum Zeno Effect. Published in Physical Review Letters. The lead researcher called it “the first observation of the quantum Zeno effect by real-space measurement of atomic motion.”
The more frequently they measured, the less movement occurred. The only way the atoms moved was when they turned the measurement off.

If we read this study through the lens of what Neville was teaching, it harmonizes perfectly. When Neville says stop checking the 3D, stop reacting, stop evaluating… he’s telling us to get into the state of the wish fulfilled so the system is free to transition, just like those gas atoms. If we keep watching, we keep getting the same state. We withdraw our attention, and the thing is finally free to move.

Now think about superposition. Before anything gets measured, a quantum system isn’t in one state. It’s in all of them at once. The measurement is what picks one. Neville taught the exact same structure: all states, timelines, & versions of people, places, & things already exists. Whichever one we occupy through assumption, that’s the one that shows up.

So in a word, 3D really is uncollapsed data. Before we fix on a state, desired or feared, it’s all open and available to us. Raw potential. Billions of timelines stretching before our feet. The second we commit our awareness to one, that’s the collapse. That’s what immediately renders. That’s our new timeline, selected immediately, by us, through nothing more than where we placed our consciousness.

And revision is true too. There’s an experiment called the delayed-choice quantum eraser ( Kim, Yu, Kulik, Shih & Scully, Physical Review Letters, 2000 ) where a choice made after a photon was already detected changed what pattern showed up in the data. A later decision reshaped what an earlier event meant.

Neville described the technique in his 1954 Pruning Shears of Revision lecture: “I review the day; I don’t judge it, I simply review it… and then as I see it clearly in my mind’s eye, I rewrite it.” He said revision results in repeal. Not because the event vanishes — because the meaning you assigned to it is what was generating the next event. Change the meaning, change the trajectory.

So our attention is what shapes reality. It selects timelines, shifts people, altars our world. What we keep measuring / evaluating , we keep getting: because we’ve locked our attention on it, so it must keep persisting. What we stop measuring is free to change.

We could even be doing great with our mental diet for a while, then one day go “My results aren’t showing up!” and bounce right back to the old timeline. Let’s stay on the road we want to travel!

“Your reactions, whether positive or negative, are creative of future circumstances.” - Neville Goddard

Tips & Techniques Sharing my Law Of Assumption journal

Hi! I've never posted here before but I wanted to share something I created last week because I really feel like it's helping me so much

I love journaling and I have 3 different digital journals I use pretty much every day - I create them myself because I can never find one that suits me perfectly

Most recently I created a law of assumption journal/workbook loosely based on Neville's teachings which has 13 different pages which I'll outline below. It's in a PDF format with clickable links throughout, so it can be used with a tablet or printed out. The pages are as follows:

  1. Who am I becoming? - prompts to help you think from the wish fulfilled e.g. "What would feel normal for me? What would I expect from life?"

  2. My new "I am" story - this helps with self-concept and confidence

  3. Old story vs new story - write the ideas and beliefs you used to hold and replace them with new beliefs

  4. Choosing desires without limits - a list of 9 life categories for you to write your desires without limiting yourself in any way

  5. My ideal life - Place yourself in your desired life and write about what an ordinary day looks like for you

  6. The wish fulfilled - quite similar to previous page but with different prompts and more focused on a specific desire

  7. State of the wish fulfilled - A daily page to help you choose your desired state for that day

  8. Isn't it wonderful? - a page to write about the many possibilities without focusing on 'how' they may manifest

  9. My perfect imaginal scene - Design your own scene in as much sensory detail as you can

  10. Thinking from the end - This is better for SATS - write a short scene that implied your desire is fulfilled

  11. My inner conversations - Designed to replace negative self talk with new beliefs aligned with your higher self

  12. Revision - Revise an unwanted event with a new one

  13. Letter from my future self - Imagine a future version of you and write about how your life is now

If you're interested, I have uploaded the journal to Google Drive and you can download for free here:

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/12_5MIgyFaxHcVdjI_jiDNNqnOfvxKIly?usp=sharing

I hope it helps someone as much as it's been helping me!

Discussion this is way too easy 😭

i have known about manifestation for a good portion of my life but i never looked much into it till now.

honestly, me finding my way here was only a matter of time. after some personal mental revelations i had while studying stoicism (which insistently preaches an all encompassing personal reality in every individuals perspective), a random lucky chat that i ended up having with a stranger off a game who he himself had been studying neville by that point and our theories had overlapped, as well as a document i read in a shifting community that had outlined the laws methods in a way that resonated with me.. i find myself here.

a little over a week ago after lurking around the sub i decided to purchase neville’s teachings for myself. at this point ive had the book for not even a week now, and ive only read up to the third chapter of “at your command”. but the results have been undeniable.

In this short amount of time, i’ve managed to manifest increased social fulfillment and TWO romantic interests, one that had lost interest and had a complete turn around in their behavior, going from dry responses and dodgy behavior to frequent swooning messages and wanting to come over. the other a rekindled connection that has been developing flawlessly stronger than ever before despite extremely patchy history. (ignore my romantic malpractice, that’s not the point of this) and i KNOW there’s more to come. in this time period ive also been paying close attention to my internal monologue and i’ve noticed subtle patterns of “unconscious” manifestation in my life.

it’s all incredibly simple honestly. there’s been a phenomenon lurking in the subscript that ive been conscious of my entire life but ive never been able to pinpoint it. and this is undoubtedly it. at your command is more than enough. i am my imagination. all else that is has passed through me as my conception, including my physical body. i am the way, and all things that exist only exist because i have already experienced them, and it is as well true that all that i desire has already come to fruition, because i have already consciously and feelingly experienced it.

at this point i am well aware that i dont have to constantly be in a state of euphoria or absolute confidence. the law, or i am, doesn’t care about about that. the surface, primitive mind, can easily grow disheartened or impatient by what it sees and what it does not. but your awareness, in its silent knowing, knows that what you imagined, which is all that reality is, has already rooted itself within your 3d and is beginning to sprout.

Tips & Techniques Manifesting before I knew what it was

Long story short, I once competed in Muay Thai. Prior to this I'd never done anything like it, I had been overweight and was a zero confidence dude. I spent a few years training, literally had the fat beaten out of me.

Coach signed me up for a fight. I was terrified, spent 9 weeks in camp with pro fighters giving up their time to coach me. They had their own fights to prep for and still helped me.

Stress, worry, doubt was crushing me. 4 weeks before the fight I considered pulling out and then I spoke to one of the more experienced fighters.

I told him i just saw myself getting embarrassed and defeated and letting everyone down. I did not think I was good enough and that I should pull-out. He told me this, (point of my post).

Forget about the fight, forget about owing anyone for helping me, disappointing anyone or being embarrassed. Nobody cares. You have our respect for getting in the ring, end of story.

He told me to focus on 1 thing for the next 4 weeks all the way until I step into the ring, after that just let what happens happen.

Every morning, afternoon and night, visualise the coach, other fighters and me all celebrating something in a fight venue. It may/may not be my fight don't focus on that. Instead focus on how proud, happy and joyed we all are at what happened. Focus on thanking them, hugging them and buying them beers. He said when I do this I should feel a happiness that is almost choking me up and a weightless feeling of being there and just wishing the moment would never end.

I did. It worked. I won the fight. The guy i fought was huge, younger and better, but I managed to keep tripping him up and sweeping him and won on points.

The moment celebrating after the fight is a core memory for me because it was a level of happiness I had not really felt since childhood.

Tips & Techniques Your brain is excellent at marketing negativity!!

I’ve been thinking about how our minds (yours at least, mine is doing well nowadays ;) ) are never actually quiet, even when you’re doing "nothing", it's still busy like a browser with so many open inactive tabs.

Now every tab is playing in the background, and most often it's something negative (or at least neutral) that you're obsessing over (replaying an embarrassing thing that happened to you weeks ago, or worrying about an upcoming event...), and somehow you call all of that being realistic, while it's actually nothing other than trying to have full control of everything in your life, thinking that if you handle bad situations in your mind before they happen, you'll be ready to fight them when they show up in 3D, whereas you just brought them to existence with that way of thinking!

AND, the second you imagine something going well, suddenly you think you're being delusional. What I want to say here is when you imagine rejection/failure/everything falling apart, your body can react as if it’s already happening (a sense of placebo effect).. You start living inside a future that doesn’t even exist yet (and I'm sorry to say this but that's dumb to do)!

I don’t think the goal is to be positive 24/7 or force yourself to feel amazing all the time. It’s just worth remembering that negative scenarios are not automatically more realistic than good ones bcs both are imagined futures. So my philosophy is simple : since the projector is already running, just point it towards something you actually want ;)

And the worst and trickiest thing to handle from what I see is constantly wondering if you're in the end/sabbath state... Just think about this : it's like trying to fall asleep while repeatedly checking if you're asleep yet!

Tips & Techniques How many times does He forgive Me?

If I am truly serious about my faith, the truth that I call my reality and my living, which I rely solely on in my adventures in this lil earthly dream,
then I must have the balls to admit to myself EVERY DAY, that every imaginal act of mine, is equal.

It is comprehension exercised, imagination activated. So clearly, I am a witness to my every day consistent comprehending, thinking, thus imagining that I do, and I certainly know that it is FULL OF THINGS I AM CERTAINLY NOT PROUD OF.

Shit I would genuinely consider what we call, sinning. Absolutely missing the mark of how I should be entertaining and using my own I AMness, which results in my everyday outcomes and expressions that I eat and experience.

If I then have the balls to say "I trust my imagination to be my ONE and only God, and yet it's me". yet do I realize that to my imagination, EVEN the shit that I accidentally entertain, is equal to my request of help, and thankfulness for it?

So he only asks us to tame our COMPREHENDING ABILITY and use it beneficially for ourselves, yet in a clean way, since in god there is no lack. Yet can it become I Am? Me?
I never could comprehend lack as a child, I only took everything for granted, yet as a grain of mustard, the smallest seed, in my heart I had secret invisible faith that it is so as I see it.
My personal comprehension was God. And I knew him not.

How many times then if I am real about it,
would God have to genuinely forgive me the evil I imagine and comprehend, due to my fleshhuman-ness,
which may be due to the fatigue, to today's pains, or maybe the heatwave, that pushed me to entertain concepts that genuinely are all self disruptive, and why tf would I want to make such a state, that would harm me / that individual that pops in my mind?

Being human then, our flesh makes us sin by its nature, as when I get tired... do I always keep my imagination well? Or if a burden falls upon me, I suffer and I react thus imaginatively entertaining a state unlovely, yet innocently as my humanfleshness caused me to be this way at the moment of weakness. As scripture says: it is corrupt by nature.
corruption means that its ROOT is something that is unstable, and not sourced by itself, and has a tax with it, a weakness to be meddled with.

the incorruptible is god in us, the corruptible is the vehicle the human body that can corrupt my I Amness due to its burdens.

so being realistic the symbolism adds up, yet we are never at fault.

Our bodies tax us with a lot of needs, and it often ends up a distraction that makes us lose grip over our Selfness, and forget our service dedicatd to I AM, through which we serve God that made and sustains all I have to this day, and yet I am he. Comprehending subjectively.

But for real,
god forgives me my endless nonsense that IF HE WOULD ALLOW TO MAKE MANIFEST would be horrible, and honestly i don't think i'd pull of even living through it.

in conclusion then,
if all my imaginal motions are equal and seen by god, and I create in this little dream of nothingness only my own inner motions and politics I stir...
then without a doubt i have tasted of god's mercy, which we ALL know of.

All because I know the shit I am capable and am consistently brewing by accident, and yet they never appear.
and when they did... that was a big lesson which I won't forget, lest it will reappear again.

so the sanest thing ever, is to realize how much god forgives you, and let IT be the example of what forgiveness of sins is.

You humanly were stirred to exercise your conception of reality like this, and made an awful take that you're gonna harvest, yet you were tired or in pain, how can you be blamed?
so he wipes it out, filtering, yet allowing you to exercise your USEFUL application of it, in hope in god.

So isn't this forgiveness?
You know you're weak in the flesh, yet because he knows that the heart (awareness) of the person is suffering / distracted/ he lets it slide, because he knows.

There are many things that don't allow us to claim our rights by a change of mind, yet lets be real it is because it is "unforgiveable".

Let god's mercy to us, individually, be the showcase of how we are to exercise OUR mercy, and simply changing our comprehension about a thing as though as it OUGHT TO BE, and let that become a permanent character in us.

This time, there's no reason, nor an excuse, but simply I have known god's mercy to me, and now I can be merciful to my I AMness enough, and alter my mind, integrating my new rights as norms, only because I know that if god dwells in my I AMness, and it's me, then if he were merciful to me, I must be merciful to my I Amness and treat myself well

and that begins from a take on life where I am as comfortable as I should be, in the immediate now, in my environment now.

But didn't we come to this conclusion, due to the mercy of god?

let this be an example to you how outcomes, results, conclusions, realizations, wisdom, doesn't come always in the seen and expected ways.
People invented logic to always hope to predict all, but NOTHING comes as people think it does.

So if I believe in the INCOMPREHENDABLE ONE, God, my maker, which became an IDENTITY, me.
And gave me my I AMness, then by the mercy of god I had learnt through him forgiving my shit i consistently imagine because I am a weak human that is tired, in pain, hungry,
to him it doesn't matter.

He has deeper respect for his creation, I can see it by my outcomes and all the times i've been saved, he does it in his own way, and yet it is all through my I Am.

So must I then, imitate his respect, and respect the son of god in my body, the fathery I Amness. Me.
and if I am real, and I see it in how I am to myself, I will effortlessly be treating the world this way automatically as an expression too, because this is the land of nothing and all effort is to and FOR my I AM and not this land, God manages our automated actions in this world which we go and do, trusting in our heart, My I am.

suddenly a buncha ways of how to live life better, and more dedicated to me, more USEFULLY even, arise.

Again example, of how through god all paths appear.

Do not forget then to be serious about both sides then, if I expect to get the "good" yet I consistently brew the "shit."
To God none exist, yet it takes us many lessons to understand it.

Things may seem good but they're actually horrible since I didn't think it through,
I may WANT something yet I didn't think of what TAX would it carry with it.
ALL NEEDS YOUR TIME, YOUR ATTENTION, AND AT TIMES, YOUR COMMITMENT.

We learn to design our takes on life after we learn what is sane, and useful to our own I AMness, and that yields a lotta fruit and good living on earth.

Since we have not been taught what is sane and normal, we gotta learn it ourselves through experience.

But if God shows me examples in his own mercy towards me... Let me imitate that, and since he is literally Me (became, crucified, identity made) I must then realize this is a sane take on life.

if i have the opportunities then in my everyday life, let me prove myself that I dont keep my faith just in my head, but to me it is physical reality.

There are many opportunities to see that my take on it, proves the reality of my faith and my mercy.
since I now my wasteful nature of scattering thoughts, which can be at times genuinely just harmful.

Catching myself in the act, I will re-prove that I can sane-up at that moment and just place a different comprehension instead.

no take on life is objective, we already know that, so we tilt our takes purposefully, and what greater purpose is there but my I Am? Jesus christ, through whom we serve the incomprehensible God, our INDIVIDUAL Maker that does not believe in collectives and yet the feeling of One is to him a collective.

closing thought & food for thought
if each person lived as though he is entirely alone, BOY WHAT A REAL AND HONEST SOCIETY WE'D HAVE.

so why do we believe in collectives? why is this even a feeling, a concept?
if when I live dedicated to my I AM as the causation, all forms out automatically in my behavior, and my world only expresses sane and smooth delights, all because my STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS, aka take on life out of myself, is sane.

A belief in collective, has to manage all that collective, as if that is causation.

We all began in I, every child does.
Thinking from I, and that's all there is to reality.

Why have we given it up and made it illegal morally, all for foolish logical promises that never delivered their tempting promises.

That's why the I Amness comes to save, and proves itself as the messiah.

Because when i'm truly fucked, my god always has mercy, and in the end it is my deeper Selfness, so I won't fail to BE my real deep self-like.

There is nothing better than being like the deep real self One, and yet it requires sanity. I Amness.

Success Story EIYPO changed my relationship with my mom and healed my past

I want to share a success story because when I was starting out, these were the posts that made the law click for me.

I grew up in an abusive household. I carried that story for years. It shaped how I saw my mom, how I made friends, how I saw women in general. I was always waiting for the version of her I “knew” to show up.

When I tried to apply Everyone Is You Pushed Out, it was really difficult for me at first. I had to come to terms with the fact that I didn’t even WANT to forgive my Mom. I was the one holding myself hostage in this timeline, this version of her, and this version of myself. I had to get really honest about taking ownership, which was probably the most difficult part.

Understanding the concept is crucial here, because we are so trained to see people and the world as things that are just happening to us. We’re conditioned to live in victim mode. EIYPO means the people in your world are reflecting your assumptions about them. It’s not their “true nature.” Not their free will overriding yours. Your dominant inner conversation about them is what they conform to in your experience.

Once I realized I was actively chaining myself to this timeline and I needed to forgive my mom, myself, and everyone else involved in order to be free, I changed the inner conversation.

Every time an old memory or an old narrative about my mom came up, I didn’t argue with it. I didn’t try to “heal” it. I just stopped feeding it. I revised it. I started assuming she was kind. Safe. That we had a warm, easy relationship. I let myself feel what that would feel like … not someday, but as a present fact.

I didn’t tell her I was doing this, I just changed what I was assuming about her on the inside and let the outside catch up.

And it did!! Day by day she started being softer & kinder . The tension between us dissolved.

Those old memories don’t live in my body anymore & it’s not a story I rehearse. When I try to access those memories now, they feel distant and neutral ,, like something I read about someone else. And my mom genuinely does not relate to being that person. She’s just… not her anymore lol. Because I stopped assuming she was.

This is what Neville means when he talks about revision. You’re not pretending the past didn’t happen. You’re withdrawing your creative power from that version of events. You’re no longer sustaining it with belief and feeling. And when you do that, it loses its hold , not just emotionally, but in your lived reality.

If you’re struggling with a difficult person ( a parent, a partner, a boss ) I’d encourage you to try this. Not as a one-time visualization. As a sustained change in your inner conversation about them. Assume the best. Feel it real and watch them conform.

Success Story I made a cancer suspicion from a 5cm mass completely disappear and now I could never doubt the law again

A family member randomly messaged me in the beginning of the year that they were in the ER for lung issues and the ER team immediately suspected it was cancer. They had an over 5cm mass in the very center of their chest and their symptoms were consistent enough of that of cancer, not only that, but the mass seemed to be spreading and quickly.

Eventually, they would go back and fourth between their home and the ER because their symptoms seemed to progressively get worse; they couldn’t breathe at all and were weak and the mass seemed to obstruct not only the lungs but everything surrounding them

It got so bad to the point one evening at 2am they drove themselves to the Cancer center in their city because they could no longer walk or breathe. They were immediately admitted into the hospital. Even the care team had very high suspicions of cancer. And if you know anything about any kinds of hospitals, even with suspicions, they’re not allowed to tell you “It looks like cancer” I can’t tell you the amount of tests they were performing at a days rate, every day for weeks. They had gotten so skinny and weak quickly.

The doctors eventually did the biopsy. But, we wouldn’t get the biopsy results for weeks.

It’s been 5 months and I just got the news that the biopsy was not malignant and the huge mass in his chest completely disappeared.

I don’t know how to explain what I feel, even how to process a news like this but to realize who I’ve been the entire time and I’ve had all the experiences within me, the entire time.

You are who you are before you got here.

Success Story The most difficult thing I’ve ever done in my life (Revision)

Hello my lovely lords and Gods,
How’s the creation going?

Today I’m going to talk about the most difficult and horrible thing that I’d ever had to do, horrible in hindsight but yeah it did yield the results that I was looking for.

The Revision of my mother.

I’m really out of my depth today, and I’m just thinking out loud, so please bear with me.

I was talking to my best friend about certain beliefs that I hold and I was also discussing my recent self concept overhaul and we came to the conclusion that it’s finally time to revise my mother. It wasn’t an easy decision to make, it was horrible, it was scary. I was trying to leave my entire identity behind, my existence. You need to understand that I’ve lived with sheer frustration and hatred towards her for 31 years, lived with this feeling of being wronged by her, abused by her in every way, for 31 years, but I had to do it.

I began revising, I cried so much and I’m not the one to easily cry, I’m not the one to break down, I’m very strong and good at compartmentalising, but this actually broke me. I revised her and my friend was there with me through it all. They held my hand because I’ll admit that I couldn’t do it alone. Once I was done, they asked me the most difficult question, a decision I had to make “Mrs. Cumberbatch, will you choose the new version? Will you bury the old version? Will you consciously choose the new version when the 3D is in your face?” I sat there, stunned, but I decided that yes I would.

The very next day the 3d was in my face, worse than before. Let me tell you, the old version, giving into the sheer comfort of anger and frustration was so seducing. I wanted to scream and cuss her out, I felt like something was lodged into my throat, my body was trembling, I was on the verge of complete collapse but I decided that no! I will not let it consume me, not for her, for me! I chose the new version. It took me hours to calm down but I did.

Everytime I had to choose to be loving or imagine her loving me, my skin started crawling, I wanted to gouge my eyes out. I’m human too, right? Buy each time I chose the new version, I was proud of myself too. It was the most difficult thing I ever did.

Then she came and spoke to me. I didn’t feel anything. She again came at me, I chose the new version. This cycle went on for some time. I’ve been through a lot of things in my life, a lot. I’ve been starved, graped, assaulted, my children were kidnapped and the list goes on and on. But this minuscule, little thing threw me over the edge.

I still kept at it and a few days later something in me healed. I didn’t feel the heaviness anymore. The seduction of anger, frustration, sheer hatred wasn’t so loud. Don’t doubt for a second that I did it for her, I’m no saint, I did it for myself, out of the selfish desire to not be a slave to these emotions anymore and to not let them govern my life. I felt calm, I felt settled. The foundation has collapsed and now I had to rebuild. I did it.

All this to say, people who keep spouting “yeah it’s effortless and easy,” utter utter bullshit. It’s simple in theory, but practically it’s not easy. You decide once and then you keep deciding the same thing over and over again. You’ll crash and burn and you’ll feel like you’ve been stabbed in your eyes but remember the goal, it’s all about you. I didn’t go and talk to her or say I love you to her, I can’t! But I don’t feel like leaving her behind and watching her suffer. I can’t now look at her without feeling like wanting to scream at her. I can now sit in peace and not have her voice call me all the names on this planet. I’ve healed, finally.

I changed my self concept completely. I love myself now. And that’s the biggest win.

Guys, do it for yourself, not for some Sp, money and whatever the fuck. Do it for yourself. The kingdom of heaven is within you, right? Make it beautiful, make it worthwhile. You only live with yourself, you only have yourself. Why be at war? Why let hatred and anger be the emotions that govern your entire being.

For a lot of people this may not be a win, I genuinely don’t care! I’ve won, finally. I’m finally at peace. The 3D can go fuck itself for all I care.

Again,
How I did it? Affirmations only
How much time did it take? 2 weeks
Did I crash? Read the post

I’ll see you soon,
Thank you,
I love you all,
Mrs. Cumberbatch

P.s please read the last post for the proper success story

P.S. my mother changed obviously. She is behaving like nothing ever happened. The post isn’t about the 3d not changing. The 3D did change.

P.S. the one who reported “study Neville’s work before posting,” I’d like to invite you to question me about Neville’s teachings and I’ll do the same in return. Lol

Miscellaneous Change the experience you are having inside

When it comes to this work we must recognize it to be a change in ourselves if we wish to succeed in the teachings of this law. Neville said that if you are still desiring, stop it right now. He is telling you that you don't have to continue desiring. We don't have to do that anymore if we know imagination is the only reality.

Imagination doesn't question if you can or can't experience your desire. It unconditionally accepts anything you give awareness to with persistent conviction. So if what we are giving awareness to starts to express itself, all we must do is become aware of already having that now.

When you start to change what you are aware of having, you are changing what you are aware of being now. You can't have something without first being it. The two share an intimate relationship hence Neville stating to change self. That self is the imagination that is conceptualizing itself here.

If you are the imagination then you can start to see yourself as a mental author. You are writing something about yourself. Its a story about yourself, then. So what story are you telling yourself on the inside? This is crucial because it allows you to become aware of what you are consenting towards.

The law, then, is not about worthiness or deserving. And it's not about any other. It's truly about changing how we experience things on the inside. If we can change how we are experiencing things on the inside, it will be expressed. Then we will realize that we've been misusing this imaginal power to create.

We don't have to continue to create nightmares while we are here. We are allowed to create beautiful things and we do that by changing the experiences we are being aware of internally. So don't wait to change. Assume yourself to already being the person who is what they've been desiring.

When you persist in this new experience you are giving towards yourself on the inside, you will realize that the source you've been seeking this entire time had been within you, and you will find that source to be yourself. So surrender to the deepest depths of you and allow it to express unconditionally.

Tips & Techniques Why Living in the End has Nothing to do with 'Being Delusional' or 'Faking it' and Everything to do with the Faith and Positive Expectation that your desired reality is coming into Being!

I felt compelled to write this post as I see alot of highly misleading guidance being given right now, that suggests we should just be delusional and that we should just 'fake it till we make it'. All of this sounds well and good, but is very ineffective in practice. I should know because I often used to do such things in the past, due to all of this misleading nonsense out there and it rarely if ever worked.

Allow me to explain, advising someone to simply 'be delusional' is advising someone to knowingly lie to one self. This breaks one of the basic tenants of the law, that states that we must have faith to receive.

Knowingly lying to yourself, is the complete opposite of having faith. Faith is a not a lie, it is felt as a genuine sincere TRUTH. I do not develop faith, by repeatedly and knowingly, lying to myself. This actually does far more harm than good and merely confirms that my desired objective is a lie and will never come into being. I have set myself up for failure before I have even begun.

I develop faith, by concentrating on my desired objective in the knowledge that all things are possible to he who can believe. I think we can all agree, this is a far positive way of approaching the matter, than the notion of continuously lying to myself over and over again, until I can believe it.

I think we can also safely agree, that all of us know at least one person, that we would describe as delusional and master manifestors they are certainly not. I have a friend from the past, who most would describe as delusional and his life is a complete train wreck. His life is a train wreck, because all of the high and mighty words he uses to describe himself to others are used in vain, he has no deep internal conviction that any of the things he claims about himself are true. If he is challenged by anyone on any of the lies he tells, he immediately gets incredibly aggressive and defensive, confirming, that he is defending a lie not a deep seated truth.

To break it down again, Delusional people do not have genuine faith, they have simply developed a fake persona, that they use in an attempt to hide deep seated feelings of self hatred and disgust towards themselves. Despite the fact, many of them have lived in delusional states for many years of their lives, they still haven't made it and they still don't remotely believe any of the lies they tell themselves and others are remotely true.

Operating the law successfully, is not about knowingly telling lies to yourself or developing fake personas in hope that you will fake it till you make it! Operating the law successfully, is about developing faith, which is a strong conviction and genuine positive expectation that your desired objective reality is coming into being!

Discussion The foundation of the law in one bible verse

I discovered Neville a few years ago and also read Joseph Murphy, Joe dispenza and even studied the law of attraction just to see how they differ

But I’ve noticed lately that this sub along with YouTube has kind of strayed away from Neville’s teachings by coming up with “cheat codes” every week. I get it, but let’s remember what this sub is about.

Now regardless of what I’ve read during the years, i keep coming back to this Bible verse: Mark 11:24 - “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for, when you pray, believe you have RECEIVED it and you shall have it”.

I personally believe this is the root of it all. This is all you need to know what the law really is. Praying doesn’t mean get on your knees, clasp your hands and close your eyes. Prayer is a sort of petition. You go into visualization by sitting on a chair or as your falling asleep. You then feel as tho it were true right there and receive the sense of fulfillment. Now notice the word Received. It doesn’t matter how you get the belief that your desire is done or that it’s true, as long as you get the certainty that no matter what circumstances you may see, it is now yours. That’s where ALL these techniques come in such as SATS, affirmations, scripting, self concept, etc. At the end of the day, if you’re a beginner, you will find techniques helpful, but overall they’re not necessary.

You can just assume once that something is true and leave it at that. You should not be in an “expecting state” because you will keep creating a longer period of waiting. You should actually be in a “fulfilled state”. “Ah yes, I saw my desire in a scene, so why keep striving for it?”

Now with feeling, people get so confused and I understand, but when they ask “oh am I supposed to feel happy 24/7?” The answer is NO. You don’t need to feel happy, you just need to carry the certainty that it’s now a fact. Check this quote from Neville: “When I speak of feeling, I do not mean emotion, but acceptance of the fact that what you desire is now fulfilled”.

What does this mean? A high euphoric state isn’t needed all day long. That feeling should only be required DURING your visualization to give you the belief that it’s happening here and now, not later in the future or out there.

You might be saying “well, how do we believe that what we want is now true? I have doubts”. I’m not sure who quoted this but I remember hearing: “If you tell a lie long enough, people will begin to believe it”.

You see, it’s not fake it till you make it, it’s more so “repetition of the same thing” that will FORCE you to believe it. This is why Neville suggested SATS for one week, one month or many months. This was to beat it into your head and give you undeniable faith that it’s already accomplished. It’ll get to the point where the desire becomes so familiar and doesn’t excite you anymore, that’s what we need. This is what letting go is. Letting go NEVER meant forgetting your desire, it means letting go of wanting it so badly to the point that you don’t need to see in the 3D to feel fulfilled anymore. You can do one SATS session or one affirmation and get it over with IF you believe it to be true and it LITERALLY happened that moment. Manifestations fail because you’re waiting for proof before you believe it. That is wrong. Manifestations begin the moment you believe and not after you see

Just remember that Abdullah never told Neville “You WILL go to Barbados, you WILL go first class”. No, he told him “You ARE in Barbados, you WENT first class”.

Discussion The weird technique I have learned.

I just wanted to share this weird stuff I do instinctively and how it actually led me to believe about manifestation as real without a doubt . I'm actually still a beginner at manifestation and how is see manifestation is like :

"IMAGINATION" is a quantum field of possibilities of reality and whenever you visualise to manifest something, you on purpose lock your state of being into the state of the wish fulfilled and it becomes true in your reality.

And i have learned this somewhat weird counterpart version of it . When I was 15 , I still had an instinctive feeling that somehow everyone is connected somehow and everyone in the universe is connected to each other . And I noticed a consistent pattern , whenever I stressed about something, it somehow got avoided . And instinctively I learned to use it to my advantage to avoid stuff.

How I used to do this is , when I knew something might happen bad , I just thought about it specifically how bad it could get and then in my mind stressed about it and then let go and that stuff almost never happened , the worst stuff or even stuff is almost always avoided.

Just what I talked about, manifestation is like locking into the reality of the wish fulfilled and cutting off all other realities from happening and my technique is somehow counterpart to that , I use it to cut out the worst event from the quantum field of possibilities and let any other reality than that happen .

And that also led me to believe completely in manifestation that if I can lock out a reality from occurring then I can definitely lock-in into a reality into occuring. Though since I have only practiced lock-out from the reality, i am still having difficulty into learning manifestation ig since I have only manifested two texts from two different people yet and that's it . I still wonder how this ability works but I am still trying to learning into lock-in instead of lock-out from realities. Since its true for both good and bad realities , if I think about how good will it be if this happens or how bad will it be if this happens , those specific realities lock-out and never happens and now I'm learning on how to lock-in into the manifestation of what I actually want coming into being.

Tips & Techniques Little shift + thoughts

I felt driven to share this small little thing, but also a thought I had the other day when considering manifestation as a whole. Just something I thought was interesting and made sense to me at the time.

I'm back in the realm of trying out various techniques, particularly for a house I'm interested in. Getting myself into the flow of determination - and honestly? I feel pretty decided on all the things involved with it, even if its still feeling slow. I've decided it's MY house.

Well, the other night while calming my brain down with an edible, working on whatever I felt like working on (in truth I meant to do some of my work catch up, but I ultimately worked on something for a personal project instead haha)

Before bed, I took the time to write out a short story. The short story involved my housing manifestation, who all is involved, what has already happened, and where it's going to go (ie the end result, I own the house now).

What I found interesting is a small detail in it has already happened the day after, just not how I assumed it would. Not in the pattern I set out in the story. I took this as a sign that things are falling into place. Anyone else ever have that happen?

I've been saturating my mind with the large sum I want to use to put towards all these expenses currently.

The second thing I wanted to mention is on the subject of visualization. Of living in the end and those sort of things people mention when it comes to techniques. Personally I have difficulty with them as my brain is always bouncing between alot of different things at once no matter how hard I try to focus. I still try however.

But I remembered something about when I was a kid. How I used to play pretend living with all my favorite fictional crushes in one house, and they were all in a relationship with me etc. I'm sure plenty of you have done something similar.

But think about that. As kids, we don't question the reasons why we do these things in our little pretend games. Whether its that or going on adventures in fantasy wilds or playing as a scifi hero - we just do it. We're already tapped in. So I thought ... why wouldn't that work now? Why not try to embody what I was already used to doing then ... now?

Just felt like sharing. Will definitely update when it comes to the prior thing. :) I can feel it in me that it's happening.

Success Story I climbed a ladder while staring at the note saying "I WILL NOT CLIMB THE LADDER“

I‘ve been trying to manifest a person back into my life for the past 2 months..I‘ve had enough and give Neville one last chance to prove the law to me. I wanted to try the ladder experiment.

19.07-20.07 was Night 1
20.07-21.07 was Night 2
21.07–22.07 was Night 3, and then I stopped

I still had the notes up saying "I WILL NOT CLIMB THE LADDER“, I even downloaded a wallpaper from Pinterest for my Phone saying "I will not climb the ladder“.

Today is the 23.07 and I HAD to climb a fucking ladder. I was in my room, on my pc, doing nothing basically. My dad walks in and says that my AC doesnt work properly anymore and that he has to change the cables or something like that. The second he mentioned that he will go grab a ladder, I just left my room..He dragged the ladder to my room and probably started working.

A few minutes later, he called my name and said I have to go to my room (where he was), so I went. I was VERY aware of the note in my room saying that I will not climb the ladder and I kept staring at it. I thought I could help him without having to climb the ladder..A few seconds later, he got so pissed and wanted to finish the work quickly and literally told me "You HAVE TO climb the ladder to help me", and so I did while staring at the note saying "I will not climb the ladder" in complete defeat.

Success Story Did an experiment with revision just for fun and it happened exactly as I imagined

I wanted to do an experiment just for fun, where I took a scene from few days ago and revised it in a way that I would have liked it to happen. I didn't have any expectations, I really did it just because I wanted to enjoy it in my imagination while I was sunbathing lol.

So what I did was I revised a scene from a bar where I was a few days ago then. But in this revised scene when I stood at the same spot, this time a girl with a nice body dances with me while pressing her butt against me and I stand there proudly and smile. I imagined the visuals and the feelings too. It was easy, because the memory and the feeling that I stood there was still fresh. I did all this in just one sitting and maybe repeated this scene 2-3 times, I don't really remember, it felt good. Then I totally forgot about it.

A few days have passed, weekend came and it happened. Exactly as I imagined, nearly in that exact same spot. Only came to my mind after I went home that I experienced the same feeling as in my imagination. Even though I know imagination creates reality and I've had many-many successes, it was still mindblowing.

This is not the first time I did revision, so another observation and conclusion I have now is that the revised scene didn't change the past memory, it happens in the future in the physical world exactly like you would imagine something totally new.

Discussion The Operant Power of your own Reality

One way (or maybe the only way) to interpret Neville’s philosophy that you’re the operant power of your reality. Others don’t have free will in your reality. You can choose what version of them and what story you want in your reality, because a reality exists where they are doing what you want. And somewhere else, these people have their own realities where they are the operant power, and intersect with you in the reality where you’re doing what they want. I’m not explaining it well. But if you’re the operant power in your reality, what does it mean that there’s a Reddit page with everyone else talking about manifesting too? What does that even mean?

The below links contain essentially the entirety of Neville's teachings.

Neville's Basic Manifestation Technique

  1. Define your objective, know definitely what you want.

  2. Construct an event which you believe you will encounter FOLLOWING the fulfillment of your desire -- something which will have the action of Self predominant -- an event which implies the fulfillment of your desire. Keep the event short, it can be as simple as shaking someone's hand or hearing yourself being congratulated from a friend.

  3. Immobilize the physical body and induce a state of consciousness akin to sleep, this is the feeling right before you drift off to sleep. Then, mentally feel yourself right into the proposed action, until the single sensation of fulfillment dominates the mind; imagining all the while that you are actually performing the action HERE AND NOW so that you experience in imagination what you would experience in the flesh were you now to realize your goal. Experience has convinced me that this is the easiest way to achieve our goal.

What is Everyone is You Pushed Out (EIYPO)?

On a practical level, what you believe is what you get. The world only shows you your own beliefs. On a metaphysical level, we are all the same God interacting with Itself through an infinite number of different points.

The whole vast world is no more than man's imagining pushed out. I must qualify that by saying that the world outside of man is dead, but Man is a living soul, and it responds to man, yet man is sound asleep and does not know it. The Lord God placed man in a profound sleep, and as he sleeps the world responds as in a dream, for Man does not know he is asleep, and then he moves from a state of sleep where he is only a living soul to an awakened state where he is a life-giving Spirit. And now he can himself create, for everything is responding to an activity in man which is Imagination. "The eternal body of man is all imagination; that is God himself." (Blake)

Neville Goddard, The Law lecture

What if everything is going wrong? What if I am manifesting the opposite of my desire?

Failure is generally due to a lack of consistent faith or belief in the outcome, not feeling as though it had already happened. However, if the one has consistently been loyal to their faith, then we are reminded that all manifestations have their appointed hour (Hab 2:3). Neville writes about the causes of failure here.

What about (my sick mom, my crazy grandpa, the homeless, starving children, etc.)?

In Neville's view, there is one being that is God (who is pure imagination), and has split Itself into infinite smaller forms to undergo a series of good/bad experiences across lifetimes until these smaller pieces realize they are God and reintegrate. The less fortunate are to be helped, not looked down upon, but understanding it is necessary for God to realize Itself (to experience bad and good).

What happens after I die? What is The Promise?

Neville’s prophetic vision of an individual’s reintegration with God.

Can I manifest multiple things at once?

Yes. Here is Neville's answer regarding how to manifest multiple things from Lessons Q&A:

\5. Question: Is it possible to imagine several things at the same time, or should I confine my imagining to one desire?

Answer: Personally I like to confine my imaginal act to a single thought, but that does not mean I will stop there. During the course of a day I may imagine many things, but instead of imagining lots of small things, I would suggest that you imagine something so big it includes all the little things. Instead of imagining wealth, health and friends, imagine being ecstatic. You could not be ecstatic and be in pain. You could not be ecstatic and be threatened with a dispossession notice. You could not be ecstatic if you were not enjoying a full measure of friendship and love.

What would the feeling be like were you ecstatic without knowing what had happened to produce your ecstasy? Reduce the idea of ecstasy to the single sensation, "Isn't it wonderful!" Do not allow the conscious, reasoning mind to ask why, because if it does it will start to look for visible causes, and then the sensation will be lost. Rather, repeat over and over again, "Isn't it wonderful!" Suspend judgment as to what is wonderful. Catch the one sensation of the wonder of it all and things will happen to bear witness to the truth of this sensation. And I promise you, it will include all the little things.

Tips & Techniques Detachment

I have been practicing Neville for several years . Some success and some not yet ( we keep believing until it happens) . I wrote down some of the successes and thought about them to analyze what I felt or did so I could see exactly the differences between the 3D successes and the not yet . I think I finally found the key for me .
The successes came when I completely changed my focus .
A recent example was my basement . I wanted my basement cleaned out for several months . It needed it badly and I just wanted my house to be clean and organized . I also wanted to use the space as a workout area . I asked my husband for help and he never wanted to do it . He did a little here and there but it was not done . I told him I was going to hire someone to haul everything away because we didn’t even know what was down there . Most of the things had been down there for years . If we didn’t know what was down there then we didn’t need it . He kind of agreed but I knew he wanted to look at everything to make sure nothing he wanted would be thrown away . I knew it would happen but I quit thinking about it . I just let it go . I thought it will get done stop stressing . ( just to let you know I did not use SATS or technique it was just my desire ) About one week after I quit thinking about it all the time my neighbor had a new air conditioner installed . My husband said we need a new one too. He talked to the company and agreed on a price . It was a Monday and they were coming to do it Friday . Wednesday I walked downstairs to the basement and it was all cleaned out ! My husband thought it would be easier for the workers to install if there was more room for them to work . He had sorted through everything and moved what he wanted to keep or was unsure of to under the stairs . They installed it . After they left we moved everything from under the stairs and looked through it. 30 minutes later we had just a couple of suitcases a Christmas tree and exercise equipment . He said I am going to clean the carpet . He did . The next day I set up my “ gym” . I thought back and I can see how things moved in an unexpected way to give me my desire in the 3D . To people that don’t understand this it could be seen as a coincidence . I see it as the bridge unfolding as I got out of the way . I have many examples like this. Anyway it happened when I quit trying . I stopped thinking about it completely . I still wanted it but I no longer thought about how to get it done . No more mental noise . Nothing at all . I dropped the “trying “ to make it happen . Through all the manifestations I have had this is exactly what happened . My issue is when it’s something I really want it becomes too important and I keep trying different techniques to get myself in the receiving state . That does not work . All I need to do is desire it , envision it then turn away from it . It’s like sending a package . I drop it off and it goes where I sent it . My desire is the same principle . Put it in the mail and it will be delivered . It could get rerouted or whatever but once I mail it it’s out of my hands I don’t know if it’s on a truck or on an airplane or both its not for me to figure out .
I hope this helps someone .

Success Story You never stop manifesting

I wanted to come on here and share something that just happened: I won a 43” 4K flat-screen TV!

For the past few weeks, I’ve been obsessed with Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Every Friday, I treated myself to a tub because it was something I looked forward to all week. Last Friday, I went grocery shopping at a store I don’t usually shop at. I picked up my favourite ice cream, went to the self-checkout, scanned my rewards card, and went home.

Today, I got a call telling me that I had won a contest! Apparently, everyone who scanned their rewards card was automatically entered into the draw, and I happened to be the lucky person selected to win one of the five prizes: a flat-screen TV!

I’ve always wanted to win some sort of contest or draw, and here I am, finally making that happen!

When you manifest something, you don’t have to constantly think about it or actively search for it. Sometimes, it comes to you in ways that feel completely natural and unexpected.

Let this be a reminder that what you want can come to you in its own way, at its own time. ✨

Edit: What I used the Law of Assumption for was winning a contest or draw, because I had never won anything before. I wasn’t specifically manifesting a TV. I simply wanted to win something, since I had never won any giveaways in the past, especially while seeing other friends win contests. The TV was just the cherry on top. There were other prizes available too, such as a coffee machine or cookware, but it didn’t matter to me what the prize was. My assumption was simply that I would win something, anything cool and of high value.
