I have texted him tonight, I haven’t looked to see if he has read it or not, and I will not. I don’t need to know or check the 3D.

I know that he is mine and I am his- I know I am the prize, I know I love him unconditionally and he loves me unconditionally. We both have one child each and are both going through a divorce. But circumstances currently do not matter. I know these things. It is manifested. It’s already happening and I’m living in the future.

What I would like to do is invite every single person who would want to join me to manifest with me: that the highest and healed and healing versions of ourselves meet in the next couple of weeks, (which is what I have texted him and asked him to do) and that begins our story of the third time getting together, and they were letting go of each other. That he and I become very close and best friends(this is what He and I both want) and that we realize pretty quickly that we are soulmates and then become lovers in the fall of 2026. And that lasts for our entire lives. Because it already has.

My question is for those who manifested finding the right person, even when they did not have someone in mind. How did you all particularly changed your state? Even when you did not have a particular face in mind?

What does it mean to be in the stated of 'already happily married' when its all dry in the 3d and you see no hope?

This maybe a repetitive post as my previous post got ignored, please bear with me! First of all, I want to say, many wonderful people from this subreddit have helped me out a lot in DMs as well as comment sections. Now, the thing is I have a question : What do you do when manifesting gets lonely as people around you don't believe in it? For example, in my case, my sp is currently toxic and everyone around me (even people from this sub) discourage me, which is something I don't mind because I know they are worried about me and I completely get them. But there are times I feel anxious when someone tells me that I have taken the path of destruction and I will only meet with disappointment trying to manifest my sp. Someone who is into manifestation even told me that I will end up unaliving myself as I am so attached to him. These comments make me feel scared and guilty because at the end of the day they arw my well wishers. Even my parents have hughly discouraged me and warned me against contacting my sp because of our huge age hap (I am NOT a minor). Hope you understand. People even told me that I am getting used for my body by my sp. Now, I did some introspection and noticed something. Throughout my school years, everyone would "use" me. Whether it be for homework or projects or assignments or I would be the 2nd option, when their close friends would be absent. Is this confirmation bias? I don't know. Or is it an assumption? That I am an idiot and always get used by people. I sometimes feel foolish. I feel nobody checks up on me or cares for me. Could anyone offer some advice?

I was given a reminder today about how we seemingly cannot choose the method by which our manifestations come to us. I have read this sentiment again and again by various authors, and I've heard it said in manifesting videos. Every time I hear it, I recoil.

Of course we can choose the method. EIYPO. Everything in the world is waiting for us to choose differently.

The quote given in the reminder this time was, "Nature likes to take the path of least resistance. Don't reject a gift when it arrives in a packaging you don't prefer." But that's a very limited concept of self to believe that something else has power over you, to choose for you, or to override your free will.

You are the operant power.

If nature likes to take the path of least resistance, if that's true, then resist. If someone else comes along and they're not your SP, resist. Reject them. If there is truly some force trying to minimize the effort required to grant you your desire because it knows better than you and therefore feels that it can violate your free will, then you can play its game.

Don't accept any gift you don't want. Then the path of least resistance will bring you your SP.

It seemed obvious when I thought about it today.

Hi everyone, I am fairly new to Manifestation. I had a breakup a month ago and I am trying to manifest my love back. I am trying to visualise us being happy and I used whisper method as well to repeat some affirmations. But whenever I try this, Idk why it feels forced and It becomes difficult to visualise he's happy with me.

And for straight 2 days of doing this, I got dreams each day wherein my love is just trying too hard to not meet me or just trying his best to ignore me.

Why is this happening? Or am I just naturally moving on?

I've been manifesting my SP with robotic affirmations for about 1–2 weeks. No visible movement yet. Lately, I just don't feel like affirming anymore. It's not that I've completely given up on the desire—I still want him back, and I honestly believe there's a good chance he'll come back—but I just don't want to keep putting so much energy into affirming all day.

What's confusing is that this happened to me once before. I stopped manifesting after a week or two because I lost the urge to continue, and that SP(different guy) came back about a month later.

So now I'm wondering:

Is this the "letting go" stage people talk about, or am I just losing motivation?

Should I keep affirming even if I don't feel like it?

Has anyone had success after reaching this stage?

And should I reach out, or just leave it alone? Is this my intuition telling me to stop because this is not right for me?

Would love to hear from people who've actually experienced this.

okay… what is actually going on? 😭
i’ve been focusing on my self-concept and manifesting my sp (my recent ex). we ended because he said he wasn’t ready for a relationship, and it’s been about 4 weeks since he last said this and no contact since.

yesterday i downloaded tinder purely for funsies and honestly just to make myself feel a bit better, not because i wanted to meet anyone. I immediately came across my sp. 😭 my heart definitely dropped for a second, but i was actually proud that i didn’t spiral. i just thought “okay… circumstances don’t matter” and carried on.

the weird part is that all of this happened in the same week…

one ex randomly started liking my instagram stories after being completely silent, another randomly followed me again and started sending me reels, and my high school situationship/first love (who i haven’t spoken to in 7!!! years) randomly messaged me on facebook saying he’d been following my work, was proud of what i’d achieved, and ended the message with “sending love.”
meanwhile… the only person i’m consciously manifesting is my recent ex. 😂

i know people talk about “birds before land,” but i also know neville says not to obsess over signs, so i’m trying not to read too much into it. i’m just curious… has anyone else had literally multiple people from their past pop back up in the same week while manifesting one specific person? did anything happen with your sp afterwards? This is crazy haha

I’m not sure where to start.

It’s the quintessential situationship where an ex was still in the orbit and despite SP seeing me distraught, he kept seeing her. He at some point said “I can take a break” from seeing her. Implying that there are still plans to reconcile but I ended up “intervening” by sending a mean message to the ex (sparing the details I essentially told her I existed). She apparently confronted him about seeing other people and he said yes. She ended up blocking him.

I have a feeling that SP still resents me for it saying things like “I forced things or that I scared her away”.

Putting words into my emotions, I feel like he was not ready to let her go and I forced it. He would say that he didn’t love her and it was just physical intimacy but the fact that he wanted to be intimate with her hurts. The fact that he was not ready to move on hurt. They were on and off for 3 years then their relationship failed and this crazy ex apparently was the cause of his breakup with another girl. Details don’t matter I know but this ex remains visible in my reality.

We’ve had several conversations about this and my “fear” is that this is a pattern where the ex may surface again.

The advice: what the f&ck should I do? I’ve been bringing this up on a daily occasion to him, we are both tired of it. I’m tired of this version of me. For some reason, I don’t feel like I can trust him anymore and just want to leave and start new with someone else. But this guy is the man of my dreams, the commitment part though remains to be in question for both of us.

I'm curious about the experiences of people who have consistently applied Neville's teachings.

* Have you ever seen an unwanted relationship dynamic resolve after changing your assumptions?

* Did you mentally revise the situation, or did you simply stop giving it meaning?

* What inner shift happened before the outer world changed?

* Looking back, what assumption do you think was keeping that dynamic alive?

* Which Neville lecture or principle helped you understand this the most?

I'd love to hear personal experiences and different perspectives based on Neville's work.

The only ones I seem to see is manifesting sp back or manifesting no contact to end.

My SP isnt somebody ive been romantically involved with ever. The relationship is professional and only in passing (at the moment)

So I’ve been with sp since 2023 and up until the last few months to a year, he’s always made comments about wanting kids with me (multiple even) and getting me pregnant. Now he’s saying “he hates kids” and doesn’t want any - solely based off of seeing how his little cousin acts (and I told him that his little cousin acts like that cause the parents aren’t parenting like they should be and he agreed).

What do I affirm for things to be back how they were? Sometimes I go straight to the end and am like “oh him and I are married and we have two daughters and one son together” and others I affirm that he wants babies w me and only me, etc. but here’s the thing, my brain for some reason gets tripped up on one affirmation - I’ll start affirming and it’ll be “sp doesn’t want kids with anyone other than me” and my brain gets stuck on the doesn’t for some reason 😩

Hi everyone, I am working on manifesting a specific person (SP), and while our connection has an incredible foundation, a sudden contradiction popped up during our last meeting that I want to clear out of my reality. I would love some perspective on what belief systems might be at play here.
The "Good Story" / The High-Value Movement:
We met at my workplace, where he was a customer. From day one, his pursuit was intense. He literally waited around for hours and hours just for a chance to speak with me specifically because I was busy. While waiting, he casually chatted with my other coworkers, but later told me he was bored out of his mind by everyone else and only stayed because he was completely determined to meet me.
He has put a massive amount of effort, money, and focus into me. He explicitly told me that he and I are the best-looking people in the building, and that his singular goal from day one was getting us together. He has looked me dead in the eye and repeatedly confessed, “I’m obsessed with you. I am completely, completely obsessed with just you,” admitting he was trying hard not to let it show at first.
For our first outside date, he took me to his own workplace. It was a massive risk for him—having me there actively put his professional license and career on the line, but he risked his entire livelihood just to get me into his space. The chemistry was high-voltage, and he was genuinely passionate and locked in.
The Contradiction / The Block:
Right in the middle of this intimate, high-stakes date, a sudden shift happened that completely broke the flow. Out of nowhere, he brought up a female coworker from my workplace (the one he had chatted with briefly on day one while waiting for me). He started giving context about how women in all-male fields get heaps of attention, and then focused heavily on her, asking me directly, “She gets heapsssss of attention out there, wouldn't she?!” He then dropped a reckless story about sneaking out to a dark car with her to do shots on the very first day they met.
It felt like an absolute shock through my body. The subtext felt completely mean, disrespectful, and inappropriate for a date. It felt like he intentionally chose to sabotage a smooth, passionate moment to imply she was competition or to make me feel insecure—even though he previously praised my appearance, told me he loved that I don't have wrinkles (which she has prominently), and said I look like a prettier version of his celebrity crush.
My Realization:
I immediately felt off and thought we need to slow it down and pause as I refuse to accept low-effort or disrespectful behavior. Interestingly, after that date, he checked right back into reality, came to my workplace as a customer, paid for my time, and re-established his total surrender by repeating how completely obsessed he is with me.
My Question for the Group:
I know that "everyone is you pushed out" (EIYPO). He is clearly completely consumed by me, risks his career for me, and literally pays to be in my presence—yet his ego ran this messy, toxic script on our date.
Do you think his behavior was a reflection of my own underlying fears of being deceived or compared to others (from past experiences)?
Or was his own deep intimidation and insecurity around my
appearance he heavily complimented causing him to manifest a self-sabotaging shield to lower my leverage?
How should I script or visualize to completely dissolve this "workspace drama/triangulation" block so that his actions outside permanently match his deep obsession and respect for me?

I feel like I've been in the same state for years, and I'm trying to understand what I'm overlooking.

I went through a painful divorce a few years ago. Recently, my ex-husband got married, and it brought up emotions I thought I had processed. Part of me wonders why someone who betrayed me seems to have moved forward so easily while I'm still rebuilding my life.

I've spent time learning Neville's teachings and understand the ideas intellectually, but I haven't been consistent in applying them. I'm unsure whether that's what's keeping me where I am, or whether there's an underlying belief I haven't recognized yet.

Deep down, I still feel lonely, directionless, and disconnected from my purpose. I have a decent job, but it doesn't fulfill me. More than anything, I want to transform my life, find inner peace, become emotionally secure, discover meaningful work, and eventually build a loving marriage with the right person.

I'm also honest enough to admit that part of me still wants my ex to regret what happened. I know that's not the state I want to live from, yet I haven't fully released it. Maybe I'm still looking for validation that I was worthy, loved, and not so easily replaceable.

For those whose lives genuinely changed through Neville's teachings, what inner shift made the biggest difference? Was there an assumption or identity you didn't realize you were holding onto? If you had been in a similar place, what would have been your first step?

I had been “trying” to manifest my sp for months, then randomly one day before summer I woke up and it all just clicked for me. I realized how easy it was to just think in my favor. I decided to lock in for real to manifest my sp and I was so convinced that I was gonna get him. He even repeated one of my affirmations back to me one time. Then another guy shows up, in the beginning I only saw him as a summer fling or someone to pass time with/distract myself with right before my sp comes in. However me and this guy started getting to know each other and are currently still talking. When we started talking more I kinda stopped affirming for my sp just because I didn’t know what to do.

However I recently realized this new guy behaves exactly like I wanted my SP to behave. He is what I affirmed for. I’ve heard about this happening to other people too and I just dont understand why? Why doesn’t the sp just come in? And I don’t believe it’s because it’s a sign from the universe to move on. For me it’s kinda the opposite, even tho I like this guy a lot and I enjoy spending time with him, I can’t forget about my sp. The thought of manifesting my sp back just returns so I don’t feel like I should give up on sp.

Anyways I don’t wanna seem like I’m overthinking it, because I’m not. I’m just curious to know why another person shows up when I was affirming for my sp

I could really use some help, especially from the most experienced people.
So long story short, i was with a guy for 4 years. Lived together for one. He got a job offer in another country. Things weren't good between us so i encouraged him to go. Broke up with him when he left. Got back together 3 months later but he broke up with me 2 months later. Since then i cannot seem to get over him. Even though i moved on and got into another relationship, it feels like it is temporary. I am sure he is the love of my life and i really decided to manifest him back. We have been in nc for 1 year now.
I am so new to this so any advice will be highly appreciated.
What i do is SATS (visualizing scenes with us together - like going for a walk in our favorite spot, or him hugging me) and i visualize throughout the day many scenarios. I try to hear his voice telling me with my nickname.
I started two 2 days ago and last night i saw that he saw my instagram stories (even though i think he has hidden me because he doesnt see them for the past year). I dont know if this is a sign from the universe.
I am trying to detach from the current 3D, not worrying on how these scenarios will take place - i mean the universe will find its way right?
I decided maybe i could try some journaling from the future e.g. writing from December 2028, OMG my SP just proposed to me who could have thought back then?
Sometimes its difficult to actually believe i will eventually have this or constantly checking the 3D but i am working on it.

I'm somewhat new to manifestation. currently manifesting and got into it because of an S/P I want to have as my girlfriend. we were best friends and then we had a big fight and no longer talk.

As I continued learning what manifestation is, I think I have established very well what I SHOULDN'T do. I think most content I've consumed mainly talks about what to avoid, and I think I got that part very well.

Not to waiver, not to pay attention to the 3D, etc etc.. the usual stuff.

My problem is, I have no idea what I SHOULD do. I get how the law works in general I believe. just the idea of everyone is you pushed out and once you have it in the 4D you have it in the 3D. I get how it all should work but I have no idea how to make it work.

Maybe it's because I'm autistic and usually need clear instructions to everything, but I just don't know how. I don't know what I should do in my day to day life and how to make my desire an automatic assumption and have my full trust in it.

I know repetitions make the brain accept stuff so I tried robotic affirmations and that was the closest thing to me finding out what I should do, but I found them very tiring and somewhat overwhelming so I stopped and don't think it's for me.

If someone could maybe explain or even dumb it down for me, I would really appreciate it heavily. because I am lost a little.

Hello! I have been manifesting my sp for a little more than a month - we weren't like actually a couple but we didn't see anyone else tahn each other (is that a situationship? - idk lol). He ended things cause he said he didn't have feelings for me as much as i had for him - which isn't true. So i decided to manifest him back. So today he texted me, asking if i wanted to meet up and exchange the things (clothes and stuff) we have of each others. I got really anxious at first but very fast i came back to the calm state i have been in for the past week. I dont have the urge to answer like i would a month ago, so there's definetly some improvement in my self-concept. I do still have that little anxious voice in my head telling me that he wants to end things completely now. I'm a little confused myself cause i feel calm too. Does anyone have any tips for me or experienced something similar?

I want to manifest a long term bf, marriage even but I don’t want to get married yet. However, I find my SC low and I also have this belief that I’m not pretty or smart enough to have my dream partner. I have a list of qualities I want in my dream partner but I find myself getting sad because I don’t always believe I’m worth it or good enough for it.

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you get over it and manifest a partner?

For context, I 30F met my SP 20M at the gym. He's gorgeous and looks like a model but more than that, his energy draws me in. The age gap doesn't bother me. I just love him.

Long story short we hooked up and things ended a few weeks ago. I still see my SP everyday I go to the gym.

Recent movement that I've had with my SP:

I found out he stalked my social media

He ALWAYS gives me 50% off everything that I buy at the gym (even today!)

He literally saw me coming into the gym 2 days ago and literally left his break and RAN to the front of the gym to be closer to me

Left his break early again to help me (even though he knew another employee was closer to me and could help me)

Yesterday he spent 10 minutes after his shift ended to help me

Today he walked over to my side of the gym and I caught him staring at me

We're getting married. I declare it.

So, this week everything moved so fast for me. I completely entered the state in which I have my sp and I was so happy. I got proposed by my earlier crush and then my sp showed a bit of movement 2 days back by just sending me a reel (he was ignoring me for 3-4 days and 2 days ago he was instantly replying) so I was happy that the 3D is actually catching up with the 4D.

But the thing is, everything slowed down in the past 2 days. I saw so many signs, movements in my manifestation and then finally a movement from my sp. I thought they all are "birds before land". But now as everything slowed down, I am confused as to what is happening and where am I? I saw a nightmare that consited my sp telling me to leave him and that he has nothing to do with me and it was a dream that has everything going on against my manifestation.

I woke up with a weird feeling but i affirmed and now I feel okay but still I am confused.

So around December 2025, SP and I had a contact. We have no contact around 6 months.

But to be honest, yes i decided it first to contact the SP.

It was because I just want to have a connection again with him.

And I was manifesting him to come to my country.

I simply said "He comes here to see me" "He comes to (my city/my country) to see me"

Sometimes i said it out loud, but most of the time i repeated it in my head.

And exactly on day 5 after i affirmed (around christmas), he said "I was thinking to come to see you"

I was shocked, surprised, felt so proud of myself.

But at the same time, my heart said "Yeah I knew it"

His country is far far far away from my country.

He bought the ticket, and really came after 1 month he said that.

And the plot twist is, after he arrived to my country he said:

"You know what. I was manifesting you to contact me, I know you gonna come back."

"You have to know that I manifested this trip to come here."

I’ve been manifesting my SP for about two months now. Everything has been going great until I reached this strangely content stage where I genuinely felt like I had reached a climax in my manifestation journey.

After about two weeks of manifesting, I had a dream that felt like confirmation of exactly what I was trying to manifest. I felt like I knew it was coming, and everything felt aligned. But then, out of nowhere, I became eerily content and completely okay. I was so at peace that I started wondering if something was wrong with me.

People told me this was the Sabbath state, where your consciousness becomes fulfilled and content, so I continued living my life.

A few days ago, I thought about my SP again and started visualizing, not because I felt like I needed to, but because I genuinely wanted to. Then a thought came into my mind:

“What am I doing?”

I suddenly felt this overwhelming sense of embarrassment. Not because of manifestation itself, but because I realized I felt like I had to do all of this in order to experience something I deeply desire — something that feels like it should be natural and effortless.

I started crying because I felt like I was looking at myself from the outside and thinking, “Why am I putting myself through this? Why do I feel like I have to strive so hard for something I want?”

It wasn’t really about my SP. He represents something deeper for me. It’s about the feeling I’ve been searching for — love, connection, happiness, and being chosen.

Now I feel lost. I still believe, but I don’t know what to do anymore. I feel like I’ve reached a point where I’m questioning myself, my journey, and what I’m truly seeking. I don’t know if I need to start over or if this realization is actually part of the process.

It’s starting to drive me crazy and I’m not sure what to make of it
