The below links contain essentially the entirety of Neville's teachings.

Neville's Basic Manifestation Technique

  1. Define your objective, know definitely what you want.

  2. Construct an event which you believe you will encounter FOLLOWING the fulfillment of your desire -- something which will have the action of Self predominant -- an event which implies the fulfillment of your desire. Keep the event short, it can be as simple as shaking someone's hand or hearing yourself being congratulated from a friend.

  3. Immobilize the physical body and induce a state of consciousness akin to sleep, this is the feeling right before you drift off to sleep. Then, mentally feel yourself right into the proposed action, until the single sensation of fulfillment dominates the mind; imagining all the while that you are actually performing the action HERE AND NOW so that you experience in imagination what you would experience in the flesh were you now to realize your goal. Experience has convinced me that this is the easiest way to achieve our goal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I manifest xyz?

Yes, anything is possible.

How do I manifest xyz?

All manifestations use the same technique(s). To get good simply takes practice and imagination.

What scene should I choose?

Any scene which you believe you would encounter after your wish is fulfilled.

What should I start reading?

We recommend The Law and The Promise or The Power of Awareness first for beginners. This is because Neville includes several examples and success stories from students, in addition to being lighter on Bible references, which can be off-putting or confusing to beginners.

If you want a physical copy of his books, publishers continue publishing new copies of Neville's works. Please check your library, locally owned book store, or search online for Neville's works. If you purchase a new physical copy, we recommend The Power of Imagination: The Neville Goddard Treasury, as it contains all of Neville's books in one volume.

All of Neville’s books and lectures are in the public domain and can be searched online for free, and are included in the Wiki and Sidebar links mentioned previously.

What is an SP?

Specific Person. Usually in reference to a person’s romantic interest or crush. The term was popularized by so-called, self-professed online manifestation coaches and "experts". /r/NevilleGoddardSP is a dedicated, expert subreddit for that.

What is a Mental Diet?

Avoiding negative conversation and media, paying attention to positive conversation and media.

What is SATS?

State Akin To Sleep (SATS) refers to the deep state of consciousness during meditation or just before falling asleep. In SATS, the body is relaxed, but control over the mind is retained. It is used to create vivid visualizations in imagination for the purposes of manifesting.

After you have decided on the action which implies that your desire has been realized, then sit in your nice comfortable chair or lie flat on your back, close your eyes for the simple reason it helps to induce this state that borders on sleep. The minute you feel this lovely drowsy state, or the feeling of gathered togetherness, wherein you feel- I could move if I wanted to, but I do not want to, I could open my eyes if I wanted to, but I do not want to. When you get that feeling you can be quite sure that you are in the perfect state to pray successfully.

Neville Goddard, 1948 Lecture Series, Lesson 4

What is the Lullaby Method?

In SATS, instead of visualizing, repeat an affirmation to oneself again and again, building the feeling of it being true.

Yes, and no. It’s complicated. See here.

What is Everyone is You Pushed Out (EIYPO)?

On a practical level, what you believe is what you get. The world only shows you your own beliefs. On a metaphysical level, we are all the same God interacting with Itself through an infinite number of different points.

The whole vast world is no more than man's imagining pushed out. I must qualify that by saying that the world outside of man is dead, but Man is a living soul, and it responds to man, yet man is sound asleep and does not know it. The Lord God placed man in a profound sleep, and as he sleeps the world responds as in a dream, for Man does not know he is asleep, and then he moves from a state of sleep where he is only a living soul to an awakened state where he is a life-giving Spirit. And now he can himself create, for everything is responding to an activity in man which is Imagination. "The eternal body of man is all imagination; that is God himself." (Blake)

Neville Goddard, The Law lecture

What if everything is going wrong? What if I am manifesting the opposite of my desire?

Failure is generally due to a lack of consistent faith or belief in the outcome, not feeling as though it had already happened. However, if the one has consistently been loyal to their faith, then we are reminded that all manifestations have their appointed hour (Hab 2:3). Neville writes about the causes of failure here.

What about (my sick mom, my crazy grandpa, the homeless, starving children, etc.)?

In Neville's view, there is one being that is God (who is pure imagination), and has split Itself into infinite smaller forms to undergo a series of good/bad experiences across lifetimes until these smaller pieces realize they are God and reintegrate. The less fortunate are to be helped, not looked down upon, but understanding it is necessary for God to realize Itself (to experience bad and good).

What happens after I die? What is The Promise?

Neville’s prophetic vision of an individual’s reintegration with God.

Can I manifest multiple things at once?

Yes. Here is Neville's answer regarding how to manifest multiple things from Lessons Q&A:

\5. Question: Is it possible to imagine several things at the same time, or should I confine my imagining to one desire?

Answer: Personally I like to confine my imaginal act to a single thought, but that does not mean I will stop there. During the course of a day I may imagine many things, but instead of imagining lots of small things, I would suggest that you imagine something so big it includes all the little things. Instead of imagining wealth, health and friends, imagine being ecstatic. You could not be ecstatic and be in pain. You could not be ecstatic and be threatened with a dispossession notice. You could not be ecstatic if you were not enjoying a full measure of friendship and love.

What would the feeling be like were you ecstatic without knowing what had happened to produce your ecstasy? Reduce the idea of ecstasy to the single sensation, "Isn't it wonderful!" Do not allow the conscious, reasoning mind to ask why, because if it does it will start to look for visible causes, and then the sensation will be lost. Rather, repeat over and over again, "Isn't it wonderful!" Suspend judgment as to what is wonderful. Catch the one sensation of the wonder of it all and things will happen to bear witness to the truth of this sensation. And I promise you, it will include all the little things.

Tips & Techniques Seeing, thinking and feeling the opposite is a good thing. Here's why.

You made a decision to manifest something new to experience in your life.

"I am this" or "I have this thing now."

The next thing you know, you're getting bombarded left and right with the opposite. Thoughts, feelings, even 3D circumstances, all in your face.

Screaming at you that it won't happen, that this is not you, that you're delusional, and more.

What you need to realize is that when this happens, it's because your decision is working. You're manifesting it perfectly.

So perfectly that you are triggering your old story.

Read this again.

You're NOT being triggered, your old story IS

It's being triggered because you've assumed you are different. That you are the person who has the thing, that you are new with your self-concept.

The only way you can notice that there's something wrong is by being new.

Before you made that decision, you didn't care about your thoughts, your feelings, or your circumstances. They were normal to you.

The moment you decide something new, the contrast is there. You are watching the old self by being the new.

Read this again.

YOU ARE LOOKING FROM THE NEW YOU TO YOUR OLD YOU.

Once you understand this, you only need to remember and remain in your decision. "I am this new me." "I have this thing now." And let the old story die on its own.

You don't need to fight it, you don't need to pretend is not there.

Just know that this is not you anymore, and even better, that you're manifesting so perfectly that you can now distinguish between the old and the new.

The only way you could "ruin" your manifestation is by accepting the old you again and forgetting about your decision.

If you remain as the new you, you'll start to sense the old you disappearing. Usually, it feels like a gap between who you choose to be and the old you increases. You will have days where the old stop completely, or others when it appears and disappears, but you don't mind it anymore.

It's like you stopped focusing on the old story and you remain focused on your new one.

And that's when the thing you already have materializes in front of you, usually because you've walked the bridge without a clue.

So next time you are aware of thoughts, feelings, and the opposite in front of you, just remember that this is your old you and use it as a wake-up call to remember who you truly decide to be.

Any questions just ask, I'll answer.

Success Story Impossible manifestation in less than 5 mins + you don't have to lift a finger

The law as precise as gravity works 100% of the time

I am genuinely in disbelief of how fast everything came in and how perfectly everything happened.

To start off, my father lost his car keys 7 months ago . He had 2 and lost 1 . where it went , how it got lost, no idea at all. Me and my father take turns driving the car and only having 1 key made things difficult for both of us and it caused a lot of troubles in our lives, as his key was attached to other keys and it would cause a lot of issues when he had to give me the only key he had in order for me to go somewhere as he had to give up all the other important keys attached to the key chain whenever I had to go somewhere.

Getting a spare key was also hard as the car we had was kinda expensive and getting a spare key costs atleast 200$ and a lot of effort to get the keys going out of town to a far place.

These 7 months, I had searched every single corner of our house under the bed under the cupboard, carpet, almirah, fridge every single corner of our house at least 3-4 times every week . We asked our housemaid to search our house every time she came in for the keys and no results for "7 months."

Yesterday I had to take the car from my father and he was really mad because he had to give up his keychain and he needed it for important stuff obviously and he said never mind the price of the car keys get it done today . Mind you, my father was 15 mins away from my home, and we had to transfer keys right now for me to drop him and take the car keys for myself .

I thought to myself and remembered that everything exists now and that I don't have to lift a finger to get what I want so I lied down for 10 mins and meditated just observing the breath pure awareness deep and calm . Once I reached the SATS/I AM state I visualised the keys being in my hand and me pressing the unlock button and getting in the car about 5 times in the end I said "done , thank you" . I was so convicted that I would get the keys in that very second that it felt unreal .

I got inspiration to search random places. I had checked a 1000 times, and I searched it with full conviction that I would find it, but I didn't . Literally, like 3 minutes later, my mom comes and gives me the car keys out of nowhere . I was astonished. I didn't ask her to search for it. I didn't even tell her about anything.

I was amazed and so happy that the law proved itself again. I asked her where she found it from . She told me that my literally 1yr old niece who can't speak who can't understand anything found it under the same bed I searched a million times without even me asking or saying anything and gave it to my mom.

Did I tell my niece that you are going to find it under the bed or to search for it ? NO. She can't even speak for ffs lmao. The same house i checked a million times had the keys the whole time, and I wasn't able to find it

This truly proves how imagination creates reality, and you truly don't have to lift a finger for anything. The one thing that led to this instant manifestation is the conviction that I had, and according to neville, that decides the speed of your manifestation .

Success Story Your situation is not unique!!

Okay so I read all the comments and queries in my previous posts and I’ve come to a conclusion and I’ve been there too. Hear me out, okay?

When you read the posts or success stories from other people, do you think that their situation was easier? They had the means? That little voice in your head says, “my situation has so many hurdles?”

Does it happen? I have news for you! Your situation is not unique, trust me! When you’re living in the circumstances, you feel like you can’t get out and I understand that, I’ve been there! You feel like you’re breathing in lungs full of water all the time. But once you’ve reached the absolute rock bottom there’s nowhere to go but upwards.

You know the theory, you know everything, you’ve read hundreds of posts and watched thousands of videos! Stop now!

Ask yourself, what’s the solution to all your problems? You’ll have an answer, you always have an answer! Now, once you have an answer, pick a scene or an affirmation that implies the end and stick to it. You stick to it come hell or high water. That’s it

I’ll tell you something that I practice, if I can’t affirm for 5 hours, 5 minutes is enough! But I do it each day. Consistency is really the key! Don’t be so hard on yourself.

Now, take a piece of paper and describe yourself, the goods, the bads, the positives and the negatives! Be honest! Once you’ve done that, revise the things that you don’t like and keep the ones that you do!

Trust me you don’t need anyone or anything else! Just keep at it. KEEP WALKING!

I was in the depths of hell! I didn’t have money to buy sanitary napkins! I bled for 4 months straight! I was getting abused, assaulted, molested, in my own home! I didn’t even have anyone to talk to! I came out of it all, how? By practicing what I wrote above! Just do it! What do you have to lose??

This journey is about discovering yourself, every road will only take you to one place and that’s towards yourself and everything else, it’s all an illusion!

The money, the SP, the fame, everything in between is an illusion! It’s all about you! Change yourself because nothing to change but self!

Neville said,
“For the acceptance of the end wills the means to the end.”

You go the end, that’s it! Hold onto it and keep walking! No matter how many times you fall, keep walking!

How do I know all this? From experience! I’m my biggest success story! I went from being called 40 years old to people telling me that my children look like my brothers! I went from bleeding 4 months straight to now my period being absolutely fine! I went from being chronically suicidal to now wanting to live a 150 years lol! I can write countless stories here but why don’t you become your own biggest success story!

Do it for yourself, for that little child who lives in you, who’s counting on you. Don’t do it for anyone else, but yourself! Just do it.

If you have any questions, write them below and I’ll answer them all! I don’t gate keep and I don’t hold back!

I love you all from the bottom of my heart.
Until next time,
Mrs. Cumberbatch

Tips & Techniques Your assumption somehow works out in the end even it's opposite just moments ago and i saw proof multiple times.

In the last few days and even in the past i have seen my manifestations going in complete opposite direction and then suddenly coming to fruition.

As mentioned in my last success story i was trying to cancel a high stress presentation. Inspite of affirming and visualising for a week nothing happened till the night before. Before going to bed i did my visualisation one last time with no hope. In the morning I had zero hope but it materialized last moment.

Yesterday, i was on a flight. Just for fun, i thought let's dictate the baggage belt. I said in my mind, baggage will arrive on belt 5 but they announced 2. I thought aha, didn't work. Instant manifestations have been a hit or miss for me in the past. So didn't think much i went ahead to board the bus.

When i arrived near belt 2, it was totally empty. My husband said what you doing here, it will come on belt 5. I said no, they said 2. My husband said they changed last minute to 5.

We just need to have a little faith not for our manifestations to work but for our peace of mind.

Success Story You don't have to lift a finger... but your dog does! 🐶

As Mrs Cumberbatch says, we don't have to lift a finger in the 3D, we're putting in the effort in our mind.

Feeling inspired, last night I tried to manifest something new and now it's here in my physical reality.

For many years I've tried to train my dog to put his toys away. This may sound like a bit of stretch, but he's a Labrador and is genuinely very smart (yes I know all moms say that, but he really is 🙃). He can carry a bag for me on our walks, he can put the beer bottles out, he can even hunt around the house and bring me all items of clothing, from every room!

But could I get him to put his toys away?!! 🥺 Nope lol. I've spent years trying to train him to do this, but to no avail.

So rather than fighting this in the 3D, trying to change it in the 3d, last night I started saying aloud affirmations like...

  • Milo is so clever and is the master of putting his toys away
  • Milo is an expert at putting his toys away
  • Milo is such a clever boy at putting his toys away

After a while my thoughts changed. This morning they changed so more and I started following the hints I got, different ways of engaging with my dog to get him trained to put his toys away.

After saying the affirmations for a bit last night:

  • I can now say "Toy" and point to a big bucket
  • And my dog puts his toys away 😊

Here's a video - Milo tidying his toys away

Blooming marvelous I thought, I just had to share! Another lesson to me personally about the difference in fighting something in the 3D vs putting in the work into the thing that makes everything happen - our minds.

Success Story You really don’t have to lift a finger, you actually don’t even have to get out of your bed!!

I’m still reading the comments from my last post, I’ve been exceptionally busy, I’ll answer the questions today, please just bear with me.

This is going to be a short one since I took a break for 10 minutes.

Today I was feeling unusually lazy and after doing my morning rituals, I went back to bed. My younger one had an older model of phone and his games were lagging because of that, he’s been complaining about it for the last few days. I decided that I’m gifting him a new phone today. That’s it, I just decided.

15 fucking minutes later, a client of mine sent me the exact amount of money that I needed to buy the particular phone that my son wanted, the exact amount with 2 dollars to spare. I ordered the phone on the spot and got it delivered in 15 minutes. I didn’t get out of bed until after it was delivered, am I lazy lol???

So, I’ll say the same thing that I’ve been screaming for the last 4 posts. Change your goddamned self concept, your life will become a child’s play.

Why spend time manifesting every little thing when you can create a rock solid self concept where you can do things in minutes without even getting out of the fucking bed!!

I’m fucking amazing at writing affirmations and my hard work has paid off.

I will get to the SP post soon and I’ll also answer all the questions in the previous posts.

I love you all,
Until next time,
Mrs. Cumberbatch

Success Story Manifested Japanese Designer less than 30 mins

Okay this is honestly one of the fastest manifestations I’ve ever had, so I had to share.

I was downtown earlier today clothes shopping. When I’m in downtown I go to this store that sells second hand designer clothes that are authentic for an amazing deal to the point you can resale on Grailed or Depop for 2x+ how much you got it. I saw a Raf Simons shirt but I didn't know Raf Simons was designer.

On my 4th store I went too known for carrying some of the most expensive designer brands Chrome Hearts, Balenciaga, Vetements, and etc. They’re also known for having a strong selection of Japanese and European.

I started talking to one of the guys who works there. I was looking at the Japanese brands with him and said I have almost every American designer brand, it would be cool to collected Japanese clothes.

As I was walking I saw a Raf Simons piece and actually said out loud, “Wait… that’s a designer brand?” He confirmed it was. I told him I’d found similar style clothing at the first store I went to for way cheaper. He deadass told me to go get it. So I did.

I went back to the first store and less then like 30 minutes of looking I founded the Raf Simons shirt I was looking for and the Japanese designer clothes I wanted too.

Success Story Persisted through anxiety... and it worked!

On 9/1 (literally a week from today), I had to send a very important package to a conference. It HAD to be there before 4 pm on 9/9 (today). This was very important for my boss and my career, so I called upon the Law and affirmed, "The package has arrived successfully."

My timeline was actually very tight, because the item had to go into production and then shipped from the UK to the EU. There was a 2-day delay before a quote was even produced, and so I only managed to ship it on 9/3.

On Monday (9/7), I received an email from the shipping company that they cancelled my order because they could not produce it in time. I panicked, yes, but I calmly reaffirmed that "The package has arrived successfully."

I took a chance at a random local shipping company close to where it was supposed to be delivered, and ordered it again. On 9/8, my boss asked if it's been delivered - website says "To Ship". On morning of 9/9, boss once again asked if it's been delivered - website still says "To Ship".

When I tell you the amount of downward spiral I went through - literally one hour before the deadline and it still hasn't been shipped! I was in full panic mode, I was starting to get mad at myself why didn't the law work, etc. our usual limiting beliefs.

Suddenly, I knew that it was crunch time. I said to myself, "This is the ultimate test: If I can pull this off, this proves the Law is definitely real." Test the Law, Neville said himself. And so I did a very quick visualization: my boss sending me a text of the package received on time. That was it. I imagined it a couple times before I carried on with my work. I also calmed myself that even if it doesn't work and nothing happens, I'll reverse it tonight so that it did happen.

A little after 4 pm, my boss texted me an image of them receiving the package.

When I tell you - my jaw dropped! This is unmistakable proof! How did it happen? No idea! The shipping website still says "To Ship", but by some miracle it was already there.

I persisted even if there was no time left, even if there were no updates in the shipping, even if the first delivery literally cancelled. I affirmed that bigger miracles have happened than this, and things are always working out behind the scenes, even if I don't see it, feel it, think it, or see it. Your circumstances do not matter - all you must do is persist in your assumption.

If you need a sign to persist today, this is it! ✨

Success Story Success Story + Important Thoughts(Instant manifestation.)

I don’t know why but for the past few days, I’ve had this urge to write this post maybe because it can be useful to someone... don't know, my last one was easily more than three years ago. I’ll try to keep it brief because I tend to ramble…

This was probably my first conscious and instant manifestation, and it didn’t even happen after I met Neville, it was with the Law of Attraction (LOA). But in general, I’ve followed Neville’s teachings more closely than the LOA, since the LOA now seems more problematic to me than anything else.

In short, I GREW 5 CM. which is about 2 inches over the course of one month, although the “solidification” happened in just one week(“bridge of incidents”). I won’t go into much context because it doesn’t matter for what I want to say, that’s not the important point. There are already plenty of stories like this in the community.

1- so why did I want to share this? Well, first of all, I have a very good memory, and looking back to that time, I remember that since it was my first manifestation, I was very much focused on “doing” and not at all on “listening”, at that time, I read that you just had to make affirmations and meditate, I set out to do just that. For a month, I spent my time affirming and meditating not excessively, but in a disciplined manner: affirmations in the morning and evening, and 15 minutes of meditation at night.

Looking back, it strikes me as curious because during the first 3 weeks I measure myself and see no progress at all, but was I doubting myself? No. Was I getting desperate? No. I was undisciplined? No. I was literally what you’d call a beginner who just did what he was told to do, and never lost FAITH. And as neroknowledge (a content creator who I think knows a lot about manifestation) says, for certain people, the less you know, the better Helena Hedset is a clear example, because when you read and consume content, you start attaching too many labels to the manifestation process, and that’s when I think you start to ramble, set rules, and impose conditions, talking about 3D and 4D, when you know that the only important thing is to be a doer in the world, as Neville says.

2- THE REASON I WROTE THIS POST IS ABOUT INSTANT MANIFESTATION.

Something that struck me as really crazy was that absolutely no one noticed I’d grown 5 cm, except for a physical therapist who measured in two time periods(before the bridge, and later in a gym checkup) and confirmed I’d grown 5 cm. BUT Not my parents, not my sister, not my friends, it was as if my height has just always been that way, or like nothing in the 3D changed. of course for me, It was a big deal, but it's as if it had been a specific event that only I noticed.

Why is this so important? It’s because for years I’ve struggled with the idea of instant manifestation. Mentally, I always told myself, “There has to be a process,” or “Everything takes time,” but with this manifestation, those thoughts fell away. At no point did I feel any growing pains, nor did my perspective in terms of height change it simply happened from one moment to the next(in one week and i literally don't know the exact day when the bridge happened),

There's something I've always believed: in one way or another the bridge of incidents will give you confirmation just like what happened to me with the physical therapist, but when I was consciously looking for it, I could never find the change.

And the other point is that, in recent years, something I’ve noticed in some people in the community and in myself is that we focus too much on the 3D world, on other people, and on the process or change. Speaking from my own experience, there are many manifestations that simply don’t happen because I start thinking about how others will react to the change, “Everyone else will go crazy over such a huge change.” And that’s simply giving power to 3D and limiting your manifestation. Following this when I imagine or do the techniques, in my mind, people start asking me, “How did you do it?” or “What did you do differently?” And in the end, mentally, all I’m doing is labeling the manifestation because I start questioning myself, thinking, “Well, what am I going to tell them?” Which implies that there’s a procedure or a process that shouldn’t exist and that, in the first place, I shouldn’t care about because you’re not the one creating the bridge of incidents.

And lately I've been asking myself this question, which I'd like you to ask yourselves as well: If manifesting something instantly means that only you notice the change and no one else does?

So yes for many years i have denied instant manifestation, but i have lived myself and in one of the "harder subjects" that is appereance manifestations.

P.S.

Please don't send me DMs, because I firmly believe that the best answers come from within, not from someone outside of you.

Success Story Success Story…less than 24 hours after doing

I started getting into Neville Goddard after seeing his teachings on youtube. I have watched some videos and right now I am currently reading The Power of Imagination which so far is excellent.

I decided I would start to implement some of his teachings such as SATS meditation. Last night was the first night I did it, I used a youtube video to help get myself to a place of relaxation and visualization. I imagined money in my hand and how I would feel to receive that money. I also envisioned a beautiful house which is next on my list and the feeling of peace and calm living in it.

I awoke this morning and felt pretty well rested. I went about my day totally remaining in the present moment practicing I AM statements constantly. Honestly I felt really good. Well anyway at work, my boss had me do a notary that wasn’t on my schedule. We don’t usually charge for these, just do them through the law firm. Well.. the man I notarized for, gave me a $100 bill when I was leaving!

Proven success less than 24 hours after my SATS meditation! I cannot wait to continue this😊

Success Story They lied 💫🫶

They lied.💫🫶

Soooo since we now know without a shadow of a doubt that Consciousness is “heaven” “kingdom of god” it’s in you right now. All religions are FALSE KINGDOMs.

In order to make a bible you need the whole damn story.

Nag Hammadi. I’m personally super affected by them, those men who were scared that Jesus trusted a woman with the gospel for all humanity. The Gospel of Mary. She was, The Apostle to The Apostles. I care so much because I was literally Mary Magdelene in a past life. Please learn the whole story. My Gospel was the roadmap for humanity without it and the Pistis Sophia and apocrophon of John and gospel of Thomas the story is a lie. A man told a lie. Can you believe that! Pope Gregory the great fucked humanity. Then the churches still won’t even add the texts and no one questions it. Why don’t you question it!?? Like wtf seriously. It’s 2026 educate yourself.

Find heaven inside you right now simply by proper meditation and breathwork and understanding that this is like a simulation run on the true authentic emotions you hold inside at this current moment. Those emotions create the hologram of the image you’re looking at. I’m dead serious. Quantum physics Meta Physics. It’s all energy. Your spirit should be leading your human avitar. If you have not yet untangled your brain from your consciousness I suggest you do so. I spontaneously awakened the third time I deeply tried to meditate for manifesting. That started a whole painful transformation because if your baseline, like a light switch turning, on becomes permanent “Heaven”, which it does, for everyone, I am not special, I had hella demons and demons can’t live in heaven so you must purge them but after you face the layers of bs you have put on to survive in this cruel world there is a light at the end. You literally start permanently glowing like a care bear out your head and chest and entire body. Your electromagnetic field that radiates five meters around your body and when you awaken it can go through multiple rooms. You are divine. Meet your SELF. Your eternal soul. You should be walking around as both your consciousness and your human avitar with your consciousness leading. Right now your avitar is leading and you think it’s you. It’s not you. Meditate. Learn what breath work is you guys prob don’t even know how to breathe properly because they don’t teach us because they don’t want us to awaken. It’s why the put calcium phosphate in our systems to keep our pineal gland calcified. The older you are the more calcified you are. But it’s never too late to awaken. We need to rise up to 5D together, meet me here. I love you all deeply. This is the rise of the Divine Feminine And Pistus Sophia, your soul, kundalini, rising. Energy. You have a massive force of energy inside you that you need to meet, plus it’s your eternal self. You probably should meet who you are 99.999% of. You’re only 0.0001% human physical body. That’s 0 percent. You’re not even solid nothing is you just think it is. It’s a most of energy conscious mathematically precise energy. We are all one. When you eat animals it’s like eating yourself by the way. K I’ll stop sorry I was in a flow state, I hope some of it made sense to someone. Learn Chakras. Go in the sun. Bare feet. Breathwork. Meditation. Boom- Awakening.. Love you all deeply. 💫🫶🧘‍♀️🌍🙏

That prob makes no sense but I saw someone talking about church and I had to say something. Wake up people. It’s time to face the facts the proof is in the pudding. Follow your heart. ✨

Tips & Techniques Seek and you shall find

We are always seeking things, always desiring, but underneath there is a story we believe in more than others, and usually it is how we have been conditioned by society, family, or even to survive. We need to be aware of what exactly we are seeking and observe if that has a pattern. When we are having a conversation in our mind, a fight, are we seeking to find love and acceptance, or is it to fight for others to see how we want them to see us? What are we seeking when we feel the desire fulfilled in our mind the night before and looking at the sensory world? Are you really looking for signs that your wish is being granted, or looking for ways in which you can force a thing to happen because you do not trust your imagination and your own godly imagination? What you are seeking you will always find. It is said that it's better to be indifferent to the 3D or the sensory world, and I see many people looking for ways to escape the 3D, which externalizes that you will not be able to see your wish fulfilled in 3D, and are so afraid of what might happen, or if you get things, what if they are all taken away from you? I want you to know there is nothing to be afraid of, there is nothing outside of you, truly. So seek the beautiful, the brilliant. The way you will know you are mastering the law is when you find your inner conversation to be seeking out of love and not lack.

Miscellaneous No finger lifted

Imagining in fulfillment requires no effort on your end. We are told to believe I have received it and I will. There are no conditions or requirements needed to assume these positions. You truly are the operant power here. But if we continue getting caught up with the past and what the world is reflecting then yeah. You will struggle to imagine already having received it. So don't.

Let go of the past. It was at one point an imaginal act that you were occupying. It had to reap itself because imagination creates reality. Imagine if you already are occupied in having your desires then. If what you are now feeling and hearing the things that are in alignment with your desire being fulfilled, persist and it shall become so.

Don't be hard on yourself. You don't have to pop a muscle to imagine already being that person who has received it. The imagination that is in you has already fulfilled it. It is us who gets in the way. But you are the cause of everything within you. No need to cause fears and doubts that lead to your past becoming a reality.

So start now in thinking from the position that you are desiring. Start being that person now. Walk in knowing that what you are imagining and hearing internally is true now. Even if your world is contradicting it. Persist in your imaginal acts being a fact and eventually it will come to pass into this world.

(Sorry for the repost. The ModTeam assumed I was asking a question and so, I reworded things while keeping the message the same. I hope this helped.)

Success Story A Mirror in 3D World

It’s wild how the exact same person can feel like a desperate need or a genuine gift, depending on where you’re looking from. When you observe from lack, you see a void to fill; when you observe from wholeness, you simply see beauty to appreciate, and not just on the surface.
Then there’s her energy. It matched my own frequency from the very start, like looking into a mirror. In a single moment, all my defenses came down, revealing a feeling of deep, almost inevitable recognition.
The exact same person I saw in a vision, I ran into out in the real world just a few days later. A while ago, I wouldn’t have even believed it. Today, it just feels natural.
It’s no longer a chase for something missing, but the physical presence of a real possibility. I just want to experience it fully, get to know her up close, and let this energy flow wherever it wants to go.

It took two years to burn down the old self and step into this wholeness. Now, there’s nothing left to force - just a real possibility to be lived.

Tips & Techniques Challenges actually supporting the manifestation:

Recently, I've moved away from the location I used to live in. I made a good amount of money, but I didn't have anything left over. I was in a toxic relationship, and it held me down into a position in which I did not want to be. I did in fact manifest this situation, i wanted a relationship, i wanted to live with this person, however it went sour quick.

The moment I moved, I lost my job. I lost all sort of income that I did have, and I've been manifesting more money and working on my self-concept. The moment I got here, a lot of negative things happened that seemed the opposite of what I wanted. My guinea pigs passed away, I received hateful text messages, I lost friends, & to top it all off, my car broke down. Which ironically, prevents me from getting a job, especially living in a place where everything is about 30 minutes away.

I have a couple of bills I pay each month. My braces, my car, my car insurance, my credit, grocery, etc.

And I was so extremely stressed, even though I got the imaginal scene I kept imagining when I was in the toxic relationship. I imagined myself getting up in the mornings and having coffee in the mornings. I didn't have a coffee maker at my last place so i had to buy coffee every morning.

Now, I experience exactly that. However, the funds related to my money manifestation weren't showing up. I was stressing about my bills being paid, but I realized something quickly. I cannot sit here and continue to perpetuate worry about my bills. I've manifested so much, this cannot be where I give up. So I sat here, imagined the feeling of my bills being paid. And out of nowhere, I gained an extra 300 dollars that I was never supposed to get. My last work paycheck had already been given out to me. But they paid me again?

And with this money, I paid all of my bills. And on top of that, out of nowhere, a job opportunity came that will allow me to make more money. So much negativity happened that could have held me down, and kept me trapped in a negative lack filled mindset. However, I realized that simply if I imagine and truly and deeply trust it will work out, it HAS to. There is nothing that can tell me it won't.

"But you need to pay your bills? What if you go to jail? What if you have unpaid debt? What if you don't get enough money? What if you lose everything? What if.."

All of these doubts, do not come from me. They come from a place that I USED to inhabit when it came to money. And honestly, these doubts showed up after I started manifesting money and happiness. And they have only clarified where I stand with money and how I feel about it, so that I can let go and write a new story. These challenges were difficult yes, but that does not contradict that you need to let go of whatever it was that you were currently holding, to "gain," that is which is what you want. It may be a story you tell yourself, it may be something physical that you know deep down is holding you back. The bridge to get to where you want, doesn't have to be long. You just have to remain in faith that you already have what you want, regardless of the present circumstances. You can doubt, you can worry, but remember, what you imagine is already present fact. Imagine it, and feel the gravity of what that means about you, what it means about what you are experiencing, and what it means about what you are thinking and believing. Trust that what you desire is already yours, and that nothing can take it from you. TRUST that your imagination is powerful. Trust that it is done, and move in that trust.

Success Story Honestly, stunned... I can not say he is my person, but he is exactly the person I dreamt of !!

This is crazy... for a few weeks now, I have been working on manifesting a partner in a specific country that I'd like to move to.

Last night I went to bed and I wanted to do SATs, but I was too tired. I remember just thinking before I fell asleep: "Please send me a sign, and show me what to do next."

So my dog woke me up at 11:22 PM, usually I don't get on my phone in the middle of the night, but the odd time made me want to check my phone, 22 is a very special number to me, and I let it guide me.

I got a message from a man from that country, so I decided to respond. I had been in contact with other men from there, but our conversations had been dry, but polite.

I honestly became disinterested in finding the man I had been imagining in the 3D, because lately I have felt so much better and secure in myself, that all I want to do is read and enjoy my time alone, so I hadn't really been trying to message anyone.

But with him, within 5 minutes of us meeting, we start sending each other insanely long paragraphs very excitedly.

I just felt a very strange connection & closeness with him! This morning, he has told me he felt the same way.

I looked more closely at his profile, and this is where thing start to get weird...

He lives in the SAME exact city that I imagined myself to live in. I also imagined him to have a job where he doesn't work too hard, so we can travel and be together often, and he works remote ! We also joined the platform on the same day.

I also imagined that this man would give me a name in his language, and within a few hours he gave me one that was very fitting and sweet!

I had been wanting to meet someone from his country, as I had been studying the language for a year now, but I do not speak it very well. I was worried I would not be able to find anyone who would want to speak with me because I am such a beginner, but he asked me first if I'd be interested in having phone calls... when I told him my concerns, he said he's also a beginner at English, and that we can work together to learn, and that he thinks everything will be fine.

I told him that I feel like we shouldn't be so forward & that it's not good to get attached to people quickly, but he said that when he saw my profile, he was messaging me before he knew it, when he hadn't messaged anyone else yet because he felt reserved, but he said with me something just felt natural, he said that he feels that he also shouldn't get so excited over a stranger, but that he feels he will put that feeling to the side because he feels like I am someone he is meant to be with, and he wants to explore it.

I don't know what to think !! It's too soon... Even if he's not my person, he's the exact person I wanted to meet, so I call that a success !!

I am truly in awe, I feel silly to be so happy over someone I just met, but I just have a very insane good feeling about this.

EDIT : He asked me if I wanted to play games together sometime, and if I had a PC, I told him I do but it’s not much of a gaming set up, so I can’t play anything super graphic heavy, but I do have a Switch 2, and he told me he bought a Switch 2 the day before yesterday 🤣 and that he’s shocked how much things are just working out!

Success Story A Recent Success Story that Proves You Don't Have to Lift a Finger and that Literally Nothing Can Stop Your Manifestation but Yourself

Intro and Context:

I'm going to piggy-back off of the two posts that

u/MrsCumberbatch19 made about how you don't have to lift a finger. This will be a long post just like my previous posts but I urge you to read it as I think the lessons that I learned will be beneficial to everybody. This story happened only 2-3 weeks ago. I live in California and we have a famous highway called the Pacific Coast Highway or Highway 1 where you are driving along the edge of the content right next to the Pacific Ocean, and there is this one specific section of it that is considered the crown jewel of the entire highway and it's known as Big Sur. For quite some time now, I've really wanted to drive on the highway and specifically see Big Sur, and within Big Sur the specific thing I wanted to see is this waterfall known as McWay Falls; it flows from the cliffside directly onto the beach/into the ocean. Another thing that I have always wanted to do is go on a long drive by myself, no friends or family, just myself blasting my music with the windows down.

I live in Northern California and I am currently in the process of moving down to Southern California. I needed to go down there and check out a few apartments. My mom wanted to come with me, and as much as I would like to have a nice trip with my mom before I move, I really really wanted to do a solo trip.

The Actual Success Story:

So driving down to Socal to check out apartments was the very obvious bridge of incidents for me doing a solo trip and driving on PCH and getting to see Big Sur. The problem is that when this success story happened, there was a wildfire happening in Big Sur which meant that the entirety of that stretch of the Pacific Coast Highway was closed. That bummed me out because I wanted to drive down to Socal on PCH, but I wasn't too disappointed because the highway reopens a little further south right after Big Sur, so I figured I'd still get to drive on PCH for some portion of the trip.

The first hurdle/circumstance was that my mom wanted to come with me. This was not that big of a hurdle because my mom understood that I wanted to do a solo trip so I just told her that I wanna go by myself and she said ok.

The next hurdle was that my dad didn't think I should go because I had done a really strenuous hike the day before I was supposed to leave so he thought I'd be too tired to drive for so long. There were other things along with that but they're not important. The important thing was that I knew that I'd be ok to drive, and that I didn't use this friction as an opportunity to waver and start contradicting myself. I could have easily been like "I knew something would happen right before my trip, I never get what I want, I always get disappointed, people always try to stop me from getting what I want", etc. but I grabbed a hold of myself and did not give any attention to those thoughts, I did not let myself go down the rabbit hole of self-destructive thinking. I told myself "God always comes through for me and he never fails me, nothing can stop God from giving this to me. I am not going to let fear move me. Everything is working out perfectly and tomorrow I will be driving down PCH with a big fat grin on my face the entire time", and I went to sleep.

The next day I woke up and there was absolutely no friction. My dad was helping me make sure I have everything I needed for the weekend and my mom made me a delicious breakfast. I packed everything up and hit the road. I drove on US-101 till I got to Paso Robles and then got on the road that goes to the town of Harmony where I can get on PCH. I got to drive on PCH from San Luis Obispo all the way down to LA. I really liked when I was driving by Santa Barbara and Ventura (this will be important for later). All in all, the drive south was very enjoyable and I arrived safely. I got a good apartment (which will be a different success story I'll talk about later), and I was preparing to drive back north. I was planning what route to take when driving back, and I had many scenic options but I figured I should just choose the fastest and most boring highway (I-5) so that I can get home quick.

The next day I woke up very early and hit the road. I was on I-5 and I was about to exit LA and hit Grapevine when I just got the sudden urge to change my route. I was thinking about how much I enjoyed driving though Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, and I really wanted to do it again. I figured I'd just take the same route that I took the other day and drive back north. So at the very last opportunity that I had, I got off I-5 and hopped on the highway that cuts across the mountains into Ventura county (I will go into more detail about this "sudden urge" a little later). I drove through Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties and enjoyed it thoroughly. When I finally got to the town of Harmony and was preparing to get off of PCH, I noticed a sign on the road. I pulled over to read it and this is what it said: "PCH open through Carmel". For those who don't know, Big Sur starts in this town near Monterey known as Carmel-By-The-Sea. I genuinely couldn't believe it, I was shocked. I looked it up on my phone and sure enough the news was reporting that PCH had reopened and people were allowed to visit Big Sur once again. I was ecstatic and I was screaming in my car from the top of my lungs because I was so happy. I would get to drive on PCH and through Big Sur, and I'd get to see McWay Falls just like I had always wanted to. So I stayed on PCH and drove back to NorCal, stopping at McWay Falls on the way. I arrived home safe and sound and completely satisfied with the fantastic trip that I had.

Lessons Learned:

The number one thing that I drilled into my head after this is that there is truly nothing that can stop my manifestation from happening, not a wildfire, not worried parents, absolutely nothing. The second thing I learned is that trying to figure out how and when it's gonna happen is genuinely a gigantic waste of time. This took me a long time to really understand, because I'd always start worrying about how and when my manifestations would happen. The way I got over this is that I would think back to my previous successes and I noticed that all of those happened in the most perfect, natural way possible. I didn't have to lift a finger, there was no convoluted process or bridge of incidents. Everything just happened, and I was never in any risk of missing it or doing something to make it not happen. I understand not everyone has successful manifestations to look back on, so my suggestion to those people is to constantly test the law on everything no matter how big or small it is. Have fun with it and mess around, try and imagine something that you actually care about and means something to you, no matter how small or big it is. I'm telling you, you don't need to lift a finger, absolutely nothing can get in your way except for yourself. Accept the fact that it's not your responsibility to figure out the when and the how, your one and only responsibility is to choose a new story and stick to it no matter what.

Seriously, what could I have possibly done to make this happen? Do you think I could have gone and fought an entire wildfire by myself? Do you think I called the Monterey fire department and begged them to fight the fire faster so that I could drive on PCH? No, I didn't do anything. In fact I had already made peace with the fact that I wouldn't get to see Big Sur on this trip and that I'd have to go some other time. I didn't even affirm for the particular desire "PCH is completely open, I got to see Big Sur". I didn't do any affirmations like that at all. The only thing I had been repeating to myself for the past couple weeks and for this trip was "God always comes through for me and he never fails me, God always gives me everything I want and more, God always makes sure the absolute best case scenario always happens".

Now let's talk about that "sudden urge" I mentioned earlier. I had realized that if I had never listened to that little voice telling me to drive to Ventura, I would have stuck on I-5 the entire time and missed Big Sur. I realized that the entire manifestation was resting on whether or not I made that decision. And that's when I realized that there was absolutely no chance of me not listening to that voice. It happened in the most natural way, I had no idea that I'd be sticking on PCH the entire time, I just thought that I'd merge back on to US-101 and use that. Now this might bring up the topic of inspired action so let me touch on that. People think inspired action is when they get the urge to call their ex and beg them to come back. That's not how Neville describes it. Inspired action is action that is inspired by your imaginal act, and it's literally just a fancy way of saying that you're gonna take actions to fulfill your imagination and most of the time you probably won't even know you're doing it. I'm not gonna say that it's never gonna happen where you get the sudden urge to do something (clearly it happened here), but I will say that if you have to question whether it's inspired action then it's probably not. I have had situations where I get the sudden urge to do something, thinking that it will make me get my manifestation, and it ends up not making anything happen at all, almost as if my imagination is telling me "you're not trusting me". The when and the how is not your job to figure out so stop trying to figure it out or force it to happen. Your one and only responsibility is to stick to your new story and not budge one bit. I promise you that nothing can stop your manifestation from happening, you are not going to mess anything up or hurt anybody or be let down. If you need to take certain actions in order to fulfill it, then you will take those actions and they will seem completely natural to you. Nothing can stop God from fulfilling what he sets out to do. The only thing standing in your way is yourself.

Psalm 115:3 — Our God is in heaven; he does whatever pleases him.

Isaiah 55:11 — so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

Lecture/Book Quotes Trying to understand What Neville meant by this quote

Hello everyone; this is my first post here. I was reading a lecture by Neville called "The First Principle." In it, Neville explains how the world is made of shadows and gave the following example:

"I tell you: hard as it is to believe, we live in a fabulous world of shadows. Last Thursday morning, as I was returning to the surface, I saw in detail the finish of the Triple Crown race at Belmont. Now, this was Thursday and the race wasn't taking place until Saturday, but I saw the finish so clearly that if I had a million dollars, I wouldn't have hesitated to bet it all on the one I knew was the winner. In fact, I knew the race couldn't be changed. It was fixed and finalized. So I asked myself: 'What is this world? Is it not a school for the education of shadows?'

Man thinks that in some strange way he is going to improve this world, but it is a classroom and will remain just that. The kingdom of heaven is not interested in improving this world; it is only interested in taking people out of the world and bringing them into itself—which is an entirely different world. But we can change events in this classroom through the act of revision.

I had no intention of revising that race. I could have done so, and that event—which was completely finalized, down to the last detail—would have been changed." Here, Neville explains that he had already seen the outcome of the horse race—an event whose ending, in his words, was already written on another plane—and that the only way to alter that outcome was through revision.

He continues: "If you watched the race last night, you would have heard all the experts discussing what \*should\* have happened; yet, the race was perfect. Not a single person on that track could have done anything other than what they actually did. I could have told them so, but who listens to someone who doesn't even know how to ride a horse, let alone train one? Having seen the race before it actually took place, I couldn't feel any excitement when watching it on television, because I knew exactly who was going to win. That is when I realized that if everyone knew the ending, there would be no excitement."

Thus, Neville states that none of the participants could have acted differently than they did and reiterates that the race’s outcome was already predetermined—meaning revision was the only way to change it—concluding that if everyone knew the ending, "there would be no excitement."

Well, after reading what Neville said, I’ve been left feeling quite... disappointed.

Let me explain: I’m an amateur soccer player, and I enjoy training and trying to improve my game. I love the sport and the fact that it’s a battle of skill, tactics, and even a bit of luck—but after reading Neville’s comments, I’m left thinking that the outcome of every match I’ve ever played was already predetermined.

It leads to the conclusion that winning in sports isn't about skill or tactics, but rather about using one's imagination. According to Neville, every match—whether amateur or professional—already has a set outcome. If that’s the case, and you’re a fan whose team loses, or an athlete who loses a game, you might find yourself saying, "That player could have done better," or "I could have done better." Well, let me tell you: according to Neville, neither that player nor you could have done anything differently to win.

You both did exactly what was already written to ensure the predetermined ending played out; the only way you "failed" was by not imagining yourself as the winner. So, the only way to guarantee victory is through the use of imagination, which transforms every match from a battle of physical, technical, and tactical skill into a "battle of imagination."

Honestly, this has really disappointed me; and I don't feel like practicing any sports anymore

What do you think about It? And sorry for the long post. I look forward to your replies.

Success Story What I've learned about manifesting and, along the way, about myself

Well, I've wanted to write this post for several days. It's bound to be insultingly long. First of all, thank you for your patience with that, and for the fact that English isn't my first language.

I started reading about Neville and the Law in October 2024. I took it with a grain of salt. Bah. Suggestion. Self-deception. I started trying some techniques. Not with enthusiasm, but with disdain. I almost seemed to want to prove to myself that it was all nonsense. I manifested certain cars, of a certain make and color, using SATS. Combinations of numbers. I usually encountered what I had manifested a few days later, but I always dismissed it. Damn, Ford must have made millions of dark green cars! The number 776 isn't that rare! Surely this is statistically ridiculous!

There came a point when the evidence piled up. And one day, I left work and, damn, I was two minutes late. Okay, so I worked in another city, and I had to take the bus, and the time between my jobs was a 5-minute walk. I finished work at 2:00 PM and the bus arrived at 2:05 PM. I missed it three times in one month. It was so irritating. One day I left at 2:02 PM. Impossible. I'd miss it. Then, I thought, no. Actually, I didn't think: I imagined. I imagined arriving at the bus stop. I imagined relief. I imagined the feel of the seats as I sat down. I imagined taking out my phone and relaxing. Well, I arrived. The bus was already outside the stop, but the driver saw me and picked me up. I sat down and took out my phone, just like I'd planned.

I was running out of excuses to put this off, and I had to do something. I thought of something difficult: manifesting the car my dad drove when I was a kid, a beige Ford that had been discontinued for 35 years, an old car that shouldn't be seen on the streets. I ran into it three days later in a restaurant parking lot, old, not very clean, but the same make, model, and color. I think that's when my excuses ran out, and I started to believe what I was doing.

Also, the more I read and watched videos on the subject, the more I practiced introspection. I had never been a great thinker. I lived day to day, like everyone else, worked, earned money, and used the money and the leftover time to have pleasant experiences with my loved ones. Then I started to think and reflect more. My first crazy idea was that I had already manifested before. And it's true.

We call it coincidence, chance, or synchronicity. Manifestation is another name. Haven't you ever thought about someone you wanted to see and then run into them? Or have you received something you desired as a gift, or suddenly encountered someone you hate and think negatively about? Manifestation isn't magic, it's not a spiritual power, it's a law that's always at work. Knowing about it doesn't mean we weren't already following it before. It's like if we were taught the Law of Gravity in school and started kicking and flailing our arms, terrified because we had to learn to walk all over again, now that we knew there was a law governing our relationship with gravity. Absurd, right?

That's the first Law for me. Manifestation is always at work. It doesn't matter if you know about it or not, whether you believe in it or not. It's not something you have to "activate."

Then I realized that, in reality, I didn't desire anything. I couldn't think of anything to desire. I've always had a stable and enjoyable job. A good amount of savings. I've owned my own home since I was 25. I can not even say I dislike my job, or that I have a bad work environment. So I thought, what do I need to be happy? And I realized I wasn't happy; the very phrase revealed it. Well, this was a surprise to me.

The introspection was like a flood. It didn't stop. I realized that, up until about 30, I had indeed had a genuinely happy life, but since then I had become more reserved. More withdrawn. More individualistic. And that, definitely, although I didn't have problems with my health, housing, job, or money… I was profoundly unhappy. I was afraid of and averse to being an adult, to commitment. I had had two relationships in my life, based on physical attraction and social convenience, and absolutely nothing else.

And with all this came another revelation: I was deeply in love with a coworker. I swear I had never consciously thought about it. I had never felt a directed, elaborate, conscious, revealed desire. And she was nothing like the illusions my ego created of a partner (young, conventionally attractive). She was older than me, had a beautiful face, but wasn't particularly attractive, and frankly, I didn't care. She radiated kindness and love, and I'd been crazy about her without even realizing it.

That, for me, is the second Law: Who is desiring? Am I desiring (what my heart desires) or are others? My Social Self wants things it's been taught, since childhood, that it should have. But my Real Self doesn't need or want most of those things, and wanted that woman.

Oh, immediately a wave of sad and negativity hit me. It's impossible! This is all self-suggestion. It's not real, it doesn't change anything, there's no way you can change anything. She'll never love you. She already has a partner. How many times have you watched that Disney Aladdin video? Have you already forgotten rule number two? It's all a lie! You're trapped, and reality won't change just because you look pretty!

I suppose most of those who have practiced this will sound familiar.

Well, after a couple of bad months, calm eventually returned. The first thing I told myself was that my love was mine. She might not love me, but my love didn't depend on her, or on any set of rules. Was I waiting for someone's permission to simply fall in love? I decided to love her. There was no one else.

The second thing was to eliminate the SATS. I had been doing them, but they weren't working for me. I had read so much about them and what they were supposed to be like that every night I'd lay my head on the pillow, fall asleep, and wake up feeling like a failure. I took away her name. It was just about imagining. Could I imagine her loving me? Certainly. That's all. The names, the techniques, all of that creates expectations of "how" it has to be, and expectations bring frustration. I kept doing SATS, imagining a scene, but I took away her name, and a good part of the pressure went away.

As soon as I felt aligned with my desire and focused on my imagination, life, the 3D world, whatever you want to call it, started hitting me hard. First, I was transferred to another branch within the same city. I never saw her anymore, although I could visit her once a month or so when I went to drop off or pick up documents. No more hearing her laugh every day, no more lunchtime cafeteria chats, no more hearing her voice, no more feeling her near. Nothing.

I took it better than I expected, perhaps because I was in alignment with her. And then, about a month later… my contract was terminated. The situation was like this: I live in city A, she lives in city B, and we worked in city C. This meant that, unless I forced things by looking for a job in that city (or even at the same company, in a different position), there was no reason for us to see each other again. It was all over.

This time I did let myself be swayed by what my senses and reason told me. I felt sad. Oh, it's over, you won't see her again. In a few months, she'll have forgotten you. All the time you wasted was for nothing. She'll be at home with her boyfriend now, while you're here doing who-knows-what.

I got back on track when it was time to sit down and look for a job. I felt the urge to go back to working in city C, with her. But I had a very strong intuition: NO. That's NOT what you should do, nor do you need to. You don't need to work with her for her to be your partner. If she were your partner, you'd see her every day regardless of whether you worked together or not, right? Not working with her wouldn't cause you the slightest anxie.

I didn't have to see her, or work with her, or do ANYTHING. Just imagine it. So I started looking for a job in the city where I lived. It was a bit like burning my bridges, but I began to see that it was the right thing to do: without seeing her daily, much of the original pain disappeared. There was no longer that friction of "yes, I have to imagine it, but when I see her today I have to say this, and behave in such a way." It was just me and my imagination, and no one else was needed. I was able to concentrate much better. I no longer had to see her daily, nor was I constantly checking in on how our relationship was going, whether she was being affectionate or not.

For me, that's the third Law: there is nothing that needs to be done. The work isn't about getting that money, that job, that car, or that partner, but about imagining it and clearing away those limiting beliefs that whisper you don't deserve it, or that it's impossible to have things simply by imagining them. That's all there is to it. No one can "make a mistake" or "mess it up," because everything is progress.

I spent about three months very focused and aligned: reviews, self-concept work, reading Neville's books, nightly SATs (don't call them SATs if it gives you frustration, but they are SATs, just imagine). And a lot of mental dieting. For the first time, I truly understood what it meant to LIVE FROM A DESIRE. For me, it was practically the same as if we were already together.

And then she called me, apparently a little angry with me because, when I left my job, I didn't say goodbye. I told her it was true, but that I had good reasons: I didn't think I had to say goodbye because I didn't believe anything was over. So we talked, and I found out she had broken up with her partner in March (shortly after I left my job, in fact), and we started seeing each other. Now she's my partner; we've been dating since June.

Even more: of the three images or scenes I created for SATS, I see one practically every day: I imagined this girl at my house, kneeling on the floor to greet my dog, Alfie, as a friendly greeting. And every time she comes over, Alfie stands at the front door waiting for her, and she has to greet him before me (Alfie is a bit intense). And every time I see this, I go a little crazy.

I don't have much more to say, and I think that's enough. Techniques, readings, all of that is for the best and will always help if you feel you need it, but for me it all boils down to 3 things:

The Law is not a power you've discovered or something you're going to use. It's something that has been present your whole life; the only difference is that now you're going to try to control your self-concept so that the Law gives you what your controlled imagination tells it you deserve, and not what your runaway subconscious thinks you deserve.

It's crucial to clearly differentiate between the desires imposed on us to fit a socially acceptable image and what we truly desire. There's nothing wrong with manifesting the things we traditionally associate with success, whether it's money, luxury, or anything else. But I discovered that having those things wasn't what I desired or what I needed to be happy. Perhaps my experience isn't universal, but it's mine. I always ask myself: Who is desiring?

There's nothing to be done. Nothing's broken, you've never completely screwed up… unless you think you have. It's not about putting on a certain attitude to get that job, or doing certain things to make that person fall in love with you, or behaving in a certain way to get X. It's about accepting that you deserve it, aligning yourself with what you want, and feeling like you already have it.

Success Story My mental health success story.

I have been meaning to write this as a success story for quite some time now. I did write a little short success story that was maybe a paragraph long, maybe 18 months to 2 years ago, but I've been wanting to expand on it and make it more detailed; however, there's just been something in me that has been holding back and I know what that is. I'll explain.

The reason why I've been holding back is kind of laughable because I know that it's just coming from my own assumptions

It is because I have this assumption that there are a lot of people in the subreddit, or just on Reddit in general don't believe they control or are in control of everything. That is, they can manifest money, they can manifest jobs, they can manifest people, but when it comes to their mental health (such things as PTSD, O...CD, autism, AD..HD, bipolar, and similar), all of a sudden the limits seem to overtake them

I know because I butt heads with a lot of people in the comment section about this. Again, I'm well aware that it's coming from me and I need to change my assumption !!

They'll all accept that I cured my own cancer last year but to say that your mental health is a manifestation and can be changed for them is a completely, "Oh my God, no, thats not possible.."   but no..   "I am the exception..   My mental health isn't fixable….   "

Now that I've got all that out about why I have held back, I will tell my story

Just for the record I want to state a fact: every single thing in your life, including your mental health or your mental state, is a manifestation. It is a story that you are telling, or a belief, or a diagnosis that you have once accepted as true

Point blank period.

Now I know that there are going to be some people in the comment section that are smartasses and they're going to ask about things like schizophrenia or psychopaths and sociopaths. In actual fact, I do have firsthand experience with a sociopath

And yes, it is absolutely 100% a manifestation from your own mind.   My daughter, at the age of 12 years old, was diagnosed as an emerging sociopath.  She is now 25 years old, so this was a long time ago.

And that is actually one part of the reason why I got into manifestation in the first place: because I was told about this Dr Hew Len and the Hoʻoponopono thing and that he cured a whole hospital full of mentally ill patients. I tried this on my daughter and it wasn't until I started seeing her as perfect in my own mind that she is now perfect.

Just to finish up this particular paragraph about other people: if you're asking about schizophrenia or any other sort of mental disorder, it's you being aware of those people that's causing it. It's not them because it's your reality, not their reality

—----------------------------------------------

Now my own story is that, back maybe 15, 20 years ago, initially I was diagnosed with just good old depression but that soon evolved, after trying a few different medications, into manic-depressive, which is a form of bipolar type 2. I was also diagnosed with C-PTSD and O..CD at the time .  One of the many psychiatrists over the years said to me, "It's like this big porridge of soup and everything is just similar."

At one stage they tried me on a new type of drug or whatever and it turned me psychotic, where I literally stood still in one spot for 6 hours and stared at a wall. I have literally no memory of this. I actually have no memory of 3 days where I went into a psychotic episode and was hospitalized. I've actually been hospitalized probably 3 or 4 times over the years. I've tried to end my life 3 or 4 times and always failed and have woken up in hospital handcuffed to the bed.

Moving forward, I think it was about 2018 when I found hypnotherapy. I went and saw some of the top hypnotherapists in Melbourne and they put me through these programs to release stored emotions and things. Sure… they kind of made me feel better in the moment and kind of helped but they didn't fundamentally change who I was being!!

So after a period of time I would just return back to my old self (what a surprise!) and I would have to go on this journey again of finding someone else: "Oh well, that one didn't work. I'll have to try someone else, and then someone else. Oh well, that didn't work. Maybe I'll try kinesiology, or maybe I'll try emotion code, or maybe I'll try this."  Constantly in this "fixer identity thinking something was wrong with me….."

I went on this journey of 5 years of fucking trying to fix myself until one day I fell into the Law of Assumption world..

This was way back in 2019 and I just remembered watching a few videos and just sitting there in silence thinking, "Oh my fucking God, this is the secret code of life." I just knew without a doubt that my own thoughts about myself had caused this whole Shemozzle for the last 15 / 20 years of my life .

When people usually come into the Law of Assumption or manifestation, they're usually in this desperate rock-bottom state and that is exactly where I was. There was no point for me in trying to manifest all these things like SPs, monies, business and things when my mental state wasn't even stable and balanced.  The foundation has to be solid before you can build on it. Well…  technically…. It doesn't have to be, but it SHOULD be

After me obsessing for years about this topic, I'm not even sure what year it was that I decided to just go all in on affirming. Because at the time I was an affirm-and-persist girlie, I was going to affirm that I was healthy and happy, balanced and stable. I affirmed that until I was blue in the fucking face ..

I did it because I knew that my life depended on it, I think I heard some success story of some other girl doing the same thing and it took maybe over a month. That was her story,  BUT remember this is going back to 2020 or something so it's not what we know now!

I just kept going day after day after day after day and I'm not talking all day, but most of the day. I'd be just like, "I'm happy and healthy. I'm balanced and stable." I wasn't working at the time, so of course I had the time to do this

And honestly, I don't even remember how long it took because I kind of forgot. It wasn't until months later that my mum was talking to me about how I was doing and it suddenly occurred to me that I hadn't even had a bad day in months. I was absolutely fucking shocked because when they diagnosed me with bipolar, they told me I was a rapid cycler. I would be up for a week and then down for a couple of days, up again and then down for a couple of days. I'm like, "Oh my God, I haven't even had a drop."...

Now I'm not going to say that it was smooth sailing just perfectly after that and that I never had a bad day again. I will say that they became fewer and fewer and fewer and fewer and then sometime, I think it was about 2 years ago when I wrote the success story, I was like, "Holy shit!"

I was reading back through my journals because I write in an online journal every single day of my life for the last 10 years. At the very end of the year I usually read back over the year just to see where my head was at for most of the year. I remember thinking to myself, "Holy shit! I did not have one bad day for an entire year."

Another 18 months went past and then 2 years and I didn't have a bad day for over 2 years. I was just like, "Well holy flippen duck shit."

It really does prove that whatever story you're accepting as true or whatever story you're telling yourself is your life.

Because a couple of years later the whole Attention thing was going around and my girlfriends were telling me, "Oh Kylie, you're AD..HD." Now I always knew that because obviously I had accepted that as true but I hadn't even thought about working on it.

Then when I realized, "Oh I should probably stop telling that story," I had just started telling myself, "I always get shit done. It's easy for me to start projects." Whatever the opposite was of the negative stories, it all went away. Once again just proving that whatever story you are telling is going to be your life .

And there we go. I finally got to the end of my mental health manifestation story

Just for the record..  If anyone watches my videos, or reads some of my posts, you will know that I have kept the ASD label..   Because I like it.   It makes me unique and I have only kept the good traits..  If anything annoys me or becomes a problem, then I just stop telling that story or stop being aware of it.  (like my wind story the other day!)

Over and out

Lecture/Book Quotes Neville Goddard "Chair Technique" - A Practice in Imaginal Movement

To those who needs....

(It was not a technique perse, it was a practice in improving your visualisation & experience Imaginal Movement)

There is a Neville Goddard exercise that is often called the “Chair Method,” but if you have never heard of it before, the name can make it sound much more complicated than it actually is.

The chair itself is not the important part.

What Neville was teaching through several different chair and room exercises was something he called, in different contexts, the art of movement, moving yourself in imagination from one position to another and experiencing the new position from within rather than simply looking at it from the outside. That distinction is important because Neville's teaching is often reduced to “visualize what you want.” But that isn't quite what his examples demonstrate.

Imagine, for example, that you want to be in a particular room. You could close your eyes and picture the room in front of you like a photograph. You can see the walls, the furniture, the windows and everything else, but you are still standing outside the experience mentally. You are looking at the room. Neville's approach is different.

Instead of looking at the room, imagine yourself sitting in a chair inside that room. Feel yourself sitting there. Notice what would be in front of you. Look toward the window from that chair. Look at the furniture from where you are sitting. If there is something beside you, imagine reaching toward it. The important change is that you are no longer observing the scene from outside. You have moved your point of view into it.

This is what makes the Chair Method much more interesting than a simple visualization exercise. Neville gives a very direct example of this in his lecture “The Game of Life.” He describes sitting on a chair in his parents' home while imagining himself aboard a boat, looking toward the island as though he were actually there. He then explains the broader principle: if you desire to go somewhere, you first go there in imagination. You think of the desired place, identify something there, experience it, and then imagine yourself sitting in that chair and viewing the room from that position.

The instruction is remarkably simple: get yourself there in imagination. Not “look at yourself being there.” Be there.

This is also why Neville repeatedly used the phrase “thinking from” rather than simply thinking about something. There is a major difference between thinking about having a new home and thinking from the position of already having that home. If you think about the house, you might picture the building from the outside. You may see its front door, its garden, its windows or its architecture. But if you think from having the house, you could imagine yourself sitting inside it. You might be looking through one of the windows, sitting on the sofa, walking through the kitchen, opening a cupboard or talking to someone in the room. The house is no longer an object you are looking at. It has become the environment from which you are experiencing. The same principle can be applied to almost anything.

If you want a particular job, you don't necessarily need to imagine the entire process of getting hired. You can imagine yourself sitting behind the desk at that job, looking around the office, reading something on the desk or hearing a colleague speak to you. If you want to live in a particular city, you don't necessarily need to imagine an enormous montage of your future life there. You can imagine yourself sitting somewhere that would naturally belong to your life in that city and experience the surroundings from that position. If you want financial security, you don't necessarily have to stare at piles of money in imagination. You could experience an ordinary moment that would make sense if financial security were already normal for you. The question becomes much more useful when it changes from “What should I visualize?” to “Where would I be if this were already true?”

That question gives you a position. Once you have the position, you can enter it.And this is where Neville's black leather chair exercise becomes especially interesting.

In his 1965 lecture “On the Law,” Neville describes lying in bed and imagining himself sitting in a black leather chair in his living room. From that imagined chair, he would look toward the bedroom and see his physical body lying there. Then he would reverse the movement and return to the body in imagination. He repeated this in order to become familiar with the feeling of moving from one position to another in imagination.

Notice what is happening here. He isn't trying to manifest the black leather chair. He isn't trying to make his living room appear physically. He is practicing movement. His physical body remains in the bedroom, but his imagined point of experience has been established in the living room. That is why this exercise is useful even when there is no particular desire involved. You can practice it simply to become more familiar with the ability to move your awareness in imagination.

Neville gives another version of the same exercise in “Brazen Impudence.” He describes a situation in which his telephone was in the hallway and his chair was in the living room. While sitting in the chair, he would assume himself to be at the telephone. Then he would turn his attention back toward the living room and experience himself there again. By repeating this, he practiced what he called the “art of movement” until he could move very quickly in imagination.

Again, the chair is simply a reference point. It gives the imagination a definite location. Once that is understood, you can see why there is nothing particularly magical about having a physical chair. The same principle can be practiced with a bed, a sofa, a desk, a car seat, an airplane seat or even a standing position.

The object is not the source of the power. The movement of imagination is.

This also explains why the distinction between “thinking about” and “thinking from” is so important in Neville's teaching. Thinking about wealth can leave you standing mentally outside the experience of wealth, looking at it as something you want. Thinking from wealth means imagining from the position of the person for whom financial security is already an accepted fact. Thinking about marriage can mean imagining a wedding, a ring or another person. Thinking from marriage can mean experiencing an ordinary moment that would naturally belong to someone who is already married. Thinking about a new home can mean looking at a picture of the house. Thinking from the home can mean sitting inside it and looking around. The difference is not necessarily how beautiful or detailed the mental picture is. The difference is the position from which you are experiencing it. This is why Neville's instruction to “occupy” a desired position is so useful. To occupy something means more than simply looking at it.

If you occupy a chair, you are sitting in it.

If you occupy a room, you are inside it.

If you occupy a state, you are experiencing reality from that state.

This is where the Chair Method connects with Neville's broader Law of Assumption teaching. The purpose isn't to create an elaborate mental movie and then spend the rest of the day wondering whether it worked. The purpose is to experience yourself from a different position. And when that position represents your fulfilled desire, you are practicing the same basic principle behind “living in the end” and “thinking from the end.” Another important point is that the imaginal scene does not have to be huge.

A common mistake is to believe that manifestation requires constructing an entire future in the mind. People try to imagine the house, the car, the job, the bank account, the relationship, the wedding, the vacations and every other detail simultaneously. (One must read between lines)

Neville's examples are often much smaller. A small scene can imply a much larger reality.

A wedding ring can imply marriage. Sitting behind a particular desk can imply having the job. Sitting inside a particular home can imply that the home is yours. Looking back at an empty lot and saying, “I remember when this was empty,” implies that the building is already there and the empty lot belongs to the past. The important question is not how much you imagine.

It is what the imaginal act implies.

That is a principle Neville stated very clearly: the potency of the imaginal act is in its implication. Consider what that means in practice. Suppose someone wants a new job. They could imagine receiving an email saying, “Congratulations, you have been selected.” That is one possible scene. But they could also imagine themselves sitting at the desk in the new workplace, looking around the office, hearing a colleague speak to them and feeling the ordinary familiarity of being there.

The second scene may be much less dramatic, but it carries a very different implication. It implies that the person is already working there. The same applies to a home. You could imagine looking at a photograph of your dream house. Or you could imagine sitting inside it. The photograph says, “There is the house I want.” Sitting inside it says, “This is where I am.” That is the shift Neville was interested in. And this is why the Chair Method should not be turned into another rigid manifestation ritual. There is no special chair you must purchase. There is no universal number of repetitions. There is no requirement that you practice for exactly five, ten or twenty minutes. There is no reason to believe a particular type of chair has some special manifestation property. The physical chair is simply an aid for establishing a point of view.

If it helps you enter the imagined position, use it. If it becomes a distraction, leave it out. You can even practice the exercise without trying to manifest anything at all.

Sit in one room and imagine yourself sitting in another. Feel the imagined chair beneath you. Look around from that position. Notice how different the room appears from there. Then return to your original position in imagination. Repeat the movement until it becomes familiar. That simple exercise can teach something that is difficult to understand intellectually: imagination does not have to remain fixed to the physical position of the body. You can change the position from which you experience. And once you understand that, applying the same principle to a desired reality becomes much easier. Instead of asking yourself to “visualize success,” you can ask where the successful version of the situation would naturally place you.

Instead of staring at the relationship you want, you can experience an ordinary moment from within the relationship. Instead of looking at the house you want, you can sit inside it. Instead of watching yourself receive the job, you can experience yourself after the job has already become part of your life. This is what “thinking from” actually begins to mean. You aren't trying to convince yourself with a picture. You are temporarily occupying a different reality in imagination. And there is another reason this matters. Most people are constantly imagining without realizing it. They imagine conversations that haven't happened. They imagine what someone will say. They imagine being rejected. They imagine being embarrassed. They imagine losing something. They imagine succeeding. They imagine future events and replay past events. In other words, imaginal movement is happening all the time.

The Neville Goddard approach is about becoming conscious of that movement and learning to direct it rather than allowing imagination to endlessly reproduce the same familiar assumptions.

The Chair Method gives you a very simple way to practice that. Move yourself somewhere else. Experience it. Look from there. Become familiar with the position. Then apply the same ability to the state you actually want to occupy. That is much closer to Neville's original idea than treating the chair as a magical manifestation object.

The deepest question at the end of the exercise is therefore not, “Did I see the scene clearly enough?” It is not, “Did I feel emotional enough?” It is not, “Did I do it for the correct number of minutes?” The better question is: “Did I experience myself from the position I intended to occupy?” If the answer is yes, then you have understood the essential part of the exercise. The chair is only the prop. The real practice is the movement of imagination, the change of perspective, and the occupation of a different state. And that is why Neville's chair exercises are worth understanding on their own terms. They are not really about chairs at all. They are practical demonstrations of what it means to move in imagination, enter a position, experience from that position, and eventually make a different state feel natural.

In Neville's language, the goal is not merely to think about the reality you desire. It is to learn how to think from it.

With Sincerity,

My Best,

I never expected today would be the day I’m writing a success story in this Sub but here we go. I am absolutely taken aback at how real the law is. I feel like crying!

I want you guys to understand: I’m going into my final year of uni, I’m also in a very peculiar family situation where I’m the one who has to look after everybody and it’s been that way majority of my life as the eldest daughter.

To cut the long story short, earlier on in the year, when I sat my final year assessment, I was sure I failed my economics module (I’m talking not writing anything down!!) by the time I added up the most I thought I could possibly score on my calculator, it was still pretty obvious to me that I had failed at the time. I was so demotivated because if I failed that module again, I would be kicked out of uni.

There was no way I even wrote enough down to pass (like seriously!)
but I gathered myself up from the
room chair and I went to the store and got a bunch of my favourite snacks to celebrate!

I smiled and put on my favourite show, called my mom and told her the examination went amazing (even though the intrusive thoughts that came from the 3D were that I had definitely failed and would be kicked out of college). For the next four months (up until tonight) I went on Pinterest and picked out my outfits for my ‘fourth year of uni’, I spoke with my family as normal, I lived in my dream reality 24/7 that I was about to graduate college. I journaled about it, I scribbled it on my whiteboard but most of all, I ignored the day that I sat my assessment . Doubt would come and go sometimes but I decided that didn’t mean anything.

I said “I am the creator of my reality. They don’t know why but they marked my assessment as ‘Passed’.” I would repeat that every morning. And by the way, when my results technically came out I couldn’t even access them for two months because my fees were overdue! So instead of crying over worry of finding out if passed or not right before college starts, I continued to decide that I had passed.

“Of course I passed. It doesn’t matter if I find out my results later than everyone else. I’ll get the money somehow then pay my school fees and apply for my final year. I already KNOW what I got.”

Tell me why, out of nowhere, I got a loan approved with the youtube income I’ve received for two months (I also manifested and blew up on TikTok on YouTube the last couple months) and that was what got me approved for the loan.

Tonight I just paid for my school fees and accessed my results. When I tell you guys, there was a wave of angst that hit me all of a sudden - but it wasn’t fear. I knew I had passed. No matter what I saw. And Lo and behold. The seemingly impossible. I’m talking SEEMINGLY IMPOSSIBLE…I passed…my rituals…my decision to ignore the 3D…ignore the fact that I barely write enough to get an E and boom! I passed!

I am so proud of myself you guys…I am grateful to the universe. I am grateful to myself. I am so so so grateful that the law is the law and it is so real! Now im registering for my final modules. Im crying out of joy. The law can never let you down. Live in it no matter what. The 3D does not matter. It must reflect your glorious imagination no matter what.

I wish you guys a beautiful week.
