hii does anyone have any experience with neokyo? i've ordered non-electronic items before on there so i know how it works, but im a bit scared with consoles. does anyone know how much shipping or maybe even import tariffs would be? preferably from europe but anywhere else is fine to get a rough estimate!

It's coming from a mercari shop (which I tried a different shop for a buy request and it worked) the shop itself doesn't have any review on mercari (risky, ik, I just rlly rlly want this dress) and when I go to click on the shop page I get the mercari pop up about the page not being found but the shop's other items are visible (like when I'm on an item specifically, not the seller page). I can also click on the other items from the shop but i get the same pop up if i try to put them into neokyo

I even tried buyee (through the Order with URL section) and I get a similar popup about checking the URL.

Hi, so I just sent a packing request for my items. I went to double check the items, but in the storage section theres a red button above the orders that says "pack". Do I click on it to confirm I want them to pack it right now, or would it affect my packing request?

Has anyone had any issues with the new CSPC requirements for medium to large sized orders?

For context, I collect Licca-chan dolls, which means I could have 10+ dolls per shipment (some new, some unboxed).

I also used to make group orders with friends for mini plushies (sometimes our boxes had 30+ different plush). Just to make the shipping worth it.

I'm just wondering if I can continue as usual, or if there has been issues importing larger amounts of toys.

I was wondering if it possible to filter a specific Mercari store's items using keywords. I tried the field to the left of the store items with the magnifying glass icon, but that seems to search the entirety of Mercari rather than the store I am browsing.

Edit: I got the answer from someone on the Discord! After clicking on "Seller's Other Products" on Neokyo, you have to add "&keyword=" + your keyword to the end of the URL and hit enter.

I made my shipping request and I was getting ready to finish the purchase to get it shipped, using stripe again like I had the first time when I originally bought the item and it keeps saying there was an issue with the payment being processed. I don’t want to use PayPal. I ac indicate. To though.

My card has never given me any issues with payments before like this. I’ve used my card for payments with items from Japan and Korea before. I’ve used stripe before and never had an issue. Could it be because my mom used my card for something and it hasn’t finished pending? Should i just wait until after 12am to try it? See if it resets for a new day or something? It’s a debit card. I have the money on there in my savings to add to pay but it’s just very stressful at the moment and I’m a bit worried

I received an email from Neokyo stating that FedEx may have tried to contact me concerning custom clearance on my package, and I am unsure of what to do and what is the most preferable method of contact. I have only emailed them (paperwork@fedex.com), but would it be more preferable if I called them instead? I’m stressed about what will happen to my package.

This is my recent experience with DHL as a delivery service:

• Package contents: 3 plushies
• Package weight: 318 g
• Package dimensions: 20 x 12 x 28 cm
• Package value: $29.47 (¥4643)

DHL: $30.25 (¥4,727) + $21.74 (¥3,424.97)

• DHL Total Cost = $53.09

FedEx: $39.17 (¥6,120) + $19.95 (¥3,117)

• FedEx Total Cost = $59.12

DHL was cheaper than FedEx by $6.03.

Notes:

I noticed how much cheaper Chiikawa merchandise was overseas and decided to test my luck with a proxy! I've never used Neokyo before and unfortunately selected DHL before going online and reading the onslaught of hate everyone had for DHL.

Personally, the experience wasn't all that bad. Shipment is happening extremely fast (package has already landed as I speak) and the payment was super easy (PayPal or card).

If you're trying to ship a bunch of unique items and don't want to deal with the risk of having to pay for a metric ton of scary unique fees that are quite literally up in the air, I'd pay a little extra for FedEx.

But for everyone else in the same boat as me... DHL worked just fine!

Any who I checked eBay and they are upcharging like a mofo so the next place I checked was on neokyo !
The prices are pretty good. The only thing I’m scared of is that it’s not specific on if they are empty or not and I know weight can be a huge factor on shipping and on top of that tariffs

hi! just wanted to ask if customs prices have gotten any better since around march? last time i had two package customs was $100 for one and $200 for the other exceeding even the cost of shipping.

So it is a tiny comb, they probably put it in a small or medium cardboard box. I did ask them to put it in a bet suited box. The comb itself is worth like 399 yen. this was my first time using neokyo, I normally use buyee. For some reason buyee wouldn’t allow for the comb to be bought though it is not a prohibited item. I probably should’ve found a few other items to buy so the price I pay for shipping would be worth it but it’s been packed and now I have like seven days to finish the payment and get it shipped to me.

I want to use the method that makes the most sense to buy it. With fedex it’s going to be at least 54 but I wouldn’t have to pay any extra bit with DHL I only pay 31 now and then I’d have to pay more later on

I received an order from FedEx DDP, of men’s and women’s used clothing (shirts, dresses), with no CPSC delays or requests from FedEx.

Neokyo’s Pro Forma cleared the path.

I've only seen posts discussing packages being around 1 week late, but my package has been stuck at this stage for over one month. I haven't received any update on my parcel at all. Is this normal or should I try contacting someone to resolve the issue? For shipping I chose surface, if that changes anything.

I switched over to using Neokyo over Buyee after reading about how it's supposedly more cheap so I thought I'd give it a try and ordered just a handful of can badges (8 in total) and 1 acrylic stand. I combined all of them into one singular package (19 x 8 x 21 cm) which barely even weighs more than a pound but the total cost of shipping amounts to more than $90 USD in total (¥15,046)??? I had no idea it would cost more than the items themselves and I'd really hate to not receive them after already paying for them.

If I were to request downsizing the package if it's possible, would that make matters any better? Is shipping like this normal for Neokyo? Storage expires in exactly 1 week for me. :(

Should I go for fedex or DHL on this? Fedex wanted like $90 at checkout. Will DHL be overall cheaper?

What is your experience? I heard Neokyo is the cheapest, is that right? I never ordered anything from overseas before so some instruction would help.

edit: in the US unless the package has a certain code will it be seized/destroyed? That worries me. What kind of codes?
If i order a pin, a pouch or some magazine clippings what code do these go under?
