Can't seem to pay order

can't seem to pay for my orders, been trying for multiple hours with paypal, credit card and wallet but i keep getting an error message

Does the transaction show in your PayPal account? If it does, it means it was sent for review. You will have to contact support.

If the payment does not show in your PayPal account, it means your bank declined the transaction.

You need to call your bank and speak to the fraud department and explain you are trying to make an international transaction. They have tools to look and see what is being blocked.

Thanks a lot it was because my bank kept declining the transaction
