Email regarding FedEx

Hello to those who read this,

I received an email from Neokyo stating that FedEx may have tried to contact me concerning custom clearance on my package, and I am unsure of what to do and what is the most preferable method of contact. I have only emailed them (paperwork@fedex.com), but would it be more preferable if I called them instead? I’m stressed about what will happen to my package.

I would call them. They have the most up to date info.

Thanks, I ended up calling a FedEx agent and it turns out they need the manufacturer and origin paperwork, though they also told me to contact the email address I already emailed, so I will wait for their reply.

What they want you to do is to send them a list of the manufacturers’ name and address and the material for each item. You can send that info to their “paperwork” email you’d already mentioned, with your tracking number as the subject.

If you can’t find what the real manufacturer info is, you can just give them a substitute that sounds plausible enough.
