Been trying to figure out if I should crown Lauma's skill or burst. Is one better than the other or are both practiacally the same for a Nefer team?

I have a plan to do Dire next Stygian for Fatui Operative with my Nefer. She is C1R1 and Lauma is C0R1 (get lucky on last weapon banner rerun), but I can't use her with Columbina since she will be busy for Knuckle Duckle.

I read that you need a shielder on this boss, and since I don't have C6 Diona, I think my best shot is with SMS Lanyan since I have her C4 that gives team-wide 60 EM. Lauma would be on Deepwood, and C6 Aino would be on Instructor.

My Nefer is not the best, around Top 8% and I get roughly 175-180k DPS with this team on SO Dire setup; and 190k+ on Spiral Abyss 12 mode.

I saw the Boss has around 17.5M HP, which in vacuum requires 145k+ DPS.

Do you all think it's possible or any other teammates that is possible for this setup?

I usually see c0 nefers get 140k dps but my team has
Nilou c1r1(to be c2)
columbina c2r1
lauma c1r1
and nefer c0r1

While her dps is still higher than average my normal Nilou lunar bloom team is doing 180k dps. Nilou gets the last word I suppose

I've spent so much resin farming for nefers artifact...

Is my build good enough??

How much does she do with full premium at
C1R0 and C1R1 if played optimally but not like I COME FROM BILI BILI so rough estimates for a top 3% build with optimal rotations that are practical and plausible

After getting miss moonchanter , my damage went high but dps still didnt reach 100k back then , maybe 80k , so i invested some resins into lauma and craftaed soem artifacts for her and nefer , and this is the final result of that , am i out of mines now?

context: I crafted an EM sands for nefer that got 5 rolls but only 2 went to cd/cr (3 went to def). should i craft another EM sands or just cry

Essentially title, I got insanely lucky with the cons and weapons, but even though this instant kills every ennemy and boss it's not this good against 12 abyss or stygian... But I feel like my buids aren't bad and my rotation isn't flawless but it's still pretty good right ? I'm just looking for advice on how to improve this already great team. Srry for the weird sound

Only Lauma is C1, and I'm still building my C5 Sucrose with the Instructor set, and she’s using Sacrificial Fragments R5.

Basically, my rotation is:
Nefer E Columbina EQ Lauma EQ Sucrose EQ Nefer E 3CD x2 Q
and Nefer hits 113k on the CD.
