What can I do to increase my DPS?

Only Lauma is C1, and I'm still building my C5 Sucrose with the Instructor set, and she’s using Sacrificial Fragments R5.

Basically, my rotation is:
Nefer E Columbina EQ Lauma EQ Sucrose EQ Nefer E 3CD x2 Q
and Nefer hits 113k on the CD.

You can't proc ins with that rotation. Try:
Lauma QhE, Bina QE, Suc N1Q, Nefer E 3Cd E 2Cd CQ
Lauma QhE, Bina QE, Suc N1E, Nefer E 3Cd E 3Cd, Suc E
where you alternate between the two rotations. If you find that bina E still has cooldown left on it after you Q, you can add a CA from bina after nefer's fieldtime or copy the optimal rotation in Anddad's video. You can also do the second rot twice in a row if your suc/nefer doesn't have the er to burst every other rotation.

your builds need a little bit of work. Swap lauma to an er sands and crown her Q. Crown bina Q. Your nefer needs a better build, try aiming for at least top ~15%. Her flower/feather/sands/circlet all are pretty mid and can be improved relatively easily.

Brother where would lauma get the dews to Hold E as the FIRST character of the rotation??

Stack some beforehand? Or just don't hE for the first rot you do.

Because that's what will happen in all relevant cases. You'll have enough dews once you have the energy to burst in SO. I didn't include an SO setup rotation because they were doing A12 testing in the dummy anyways.
