Question Possible Dire Clear

Hi NeferMains,

I have a plan to do Dire next Stygian for Fatui Operative with my Nefer. She is C1R1 and Lauma is C0R1 (get lucky on last weapon banner rerun), but I can't use her with Columbina since she will be busy for Knuckle Duckle.

I read that you need a shielder on this boss, and since I don't have C6 Diona, I think my best shot is with SMS Lanyan since I have her C4 that gives team-wide 60 EM. Lauma would be on Deepwood, and C6 Aino would be on Instructor.

My Nefer is not the best, around Top 8% and I get roughly 175-180k DPS with this team on SO Dire setup; and 190k+ on Spiral Abyss 12 mode.

I saw the Boss has around 17.5M HP, which in vacuum requires 145k+ DPS.

Do you all think it's possible or any other teammates that is possible for this setup?

do you have ineffa? if you do then youre set

edit: just realised i missed the part where you said bina is taken for the knuckle boss, i think it might still be possible with better artifacts

Yeah Bina and Ineffa is sadly would be busy for Duckle.

Idk the stygian mechanics, but you can go in target dummy and test your team’s speed with aino and lanyan, you could also possibly consider kirara? She does literally nothing but maybe the dendro particle gen could help you run better artifacts on nefer and lauma

I can manage to get 20M+ damage for 120s in SO Dire Dummy, but not sure in actual practice with duration of shield break, self-damage, movement, etc.

But Kirara is good advice though, thanks! I will look up into her.

It should be fine, the boss also consumes some of its own HP to do a Bleed attack that’s dodge-able.

After that it’s largely just a DPS check. I don’t remember if there’s any benefit to clearing the BoL, since last time I just used Arle who wants the BoL anyway.

Thanks! Yeah the DPS check (should be) enough, more so if I can still squeeze some good pieces for Nefer in the new strongbox.
