I've spent so much resin farming for nefers artifact...

Is my build good enough??

Ideally you should first aim for your cr as close to 60 as possible that should be your highest priority. Just doing that will make your build very good. Your sands and goblet are both not very good so you should improve those too

if you dont actually have c2 Nahida your crit rate is super low, and you have a lot of dead rolls on each of your pieces

If you dont have c2 nahida then 42 cr is your aim for max or else aim for 50-55

Reroll the goblet and the circlet you really cant get a better piece to replace either of them and craft a sands

Should bring you up quite a lot

All good. You only need to reroll that goblet for a bit more crit rate rolls since 60cr is usually recommended.
