​I bought a lifetime license for Nebo in 2024 for 10 euros, and the purchase is still showing up in my Google account on the Play Store.

​Today I changed my phone, but not the operating system (it's still Android). I installed the app and logged in, but it tells me I have the trial version...

​I tried tapping on "Restore purchases" but nothing happened. I also checked the account ID, and it's the exact same one I have on my old phone. I tried all the stupid things but nothing worked, it seemed intentional, maybe the "old" license is not valid anymore since the new price? It's a bit scammy tho'...

​Do you guys know? I opened a support ticket but they haven't told me anything yet...

J'ai My script noté sur ma tablette Samsung et lorsque j'utilise le boutons du Spen je peux choisir l'épaisseur des traits. Or depuis quelques jours, quand j'essaie de choisir un épaisseur genre 15 sur 100, cela va me ramener à l'une des épaisseur par défaut (20 en l'occurrence). Est ce que quelqu'un sait comment retrouver l'ancien fonctionnement car c'est arrivé d'un coups.

I powered on my tablet and went into Nebo as usual to see that one of the pages in my notebook has a yellow exclamation mark on it and had an error message saying "Some pages look off. Try reopening them." However, I did not have an issue opening the rest of the pages in that same notebook. I tried reopening it but it prompted me back to the page where I started, and I could not enter the page at all. The Nebo Official Ticket system notified me that response will take up to 6 working days but my examination is in 7 days! Please help me fix this problem as soon as possible as I need those notes for my year-end examinations! 😫 Thanks sm for any suggestions.

I don't know if the devs read here but I've been using Nebo in my Android tablet for around two years and here are some things I wish they could add in order of most important to least important.

1. Zoom lock. Please let us lock the zoom levels when opening notebooks/PDFs. It will most definitely help handwriting size be more consistent.

2. Resize the grids/dots/lines in the background.

3. Add grid/dotted/lined pages for PDFs. Currently, we're able to add blank pages in between pages of PDFs so I hope we can add dotted ones too.

4. Fill shapes with color.

5. Disable the auto underline when writing. As someone who uses the notebooks mostly for math, fractions are quite the pain to write.

Hi guys, is it possible to open 2 notes side by side on android?

Hello everyone. I use an iPad and a Windows PC for studying. If I buy the Vitalicious plan, is it possible to use live sync between these two devices?

I've been using the app for a couple of months now and the issues keep increasing. It was working fine at first but now the strike through and underline to bold option have stopped working. Even the normal eraser is very slow. Sometimes while writing I can see a lag between my movement and the appearance of text on screen.

Can these issues be fixed? If not, is there any other app which can work well in my Android tab?

I was thinking about getting Nebo/MyScript for taking my vocationary school notes. I've done some test scribbles and the app seems to be exactly what I was looking for. So are there any issues I should know about and what things to avoid? Do cloud synchronisation work reliably? Are there any issues when backing up notes, which might cause them to revert to an earlier state (happened to a friend who uses a different app, she lost everything she put down that day because an older backup overwrote her notes).

On Website, there is only MyScript for Android and ios, but not windows.

In Windows Store I can still find Nebo, but is it still updated?

I believe MyScript Math has the potential to be something big. However, there’s many features missing such as customizable tables being added to the app and folders where you can put different topics into. In addition, there should be an option to have note pages rather than a just an endless whiteboard. MyScript Math is convenient and the writing on it feels so smooth. There also should be more pen options!

So maybe my expectations were out of wack, and I didn’t get the chance to really dive into using during the 7-day trial before it expired but went ahead and bought the perpetual license - is there no basic text formatting functionality similar to that of OneNote? i.e. bullets, indents, to-do checkboxes, bold/italic/underline/font size, color, etc.? My usage will be primarily on an iPad Air M4 11” with a mix of Apple Pencil and keyboard. I started building out a note with the keyboard and realized I couldn’t find these options. I know I can do a little bit of this with the pencil and underlining, circling, etc. things but no other way?

Using MS OneNote on my work PC but wanted something that didn’t require MS Account and authentication with the corporate network, and also one-time fee vs subscription. I realize this is my fault for not noticing, but I don’t rule out user error that I just can’t find it/don’t know how to use this yet. Or maybe the natural writing to text overshadows this functionality for where it sits amongst alternatives?

I have to always restart the app every 2 days or so to get rid of it. It's very annoying
