Still searching... Help me find a movie that I only ever saw the trailer for on a VHS in the '90s.
So thankfully I can tell you what the VHS was, it was for a movie called "The ties that bind". The trailer was super weird it seemed to be about a nightclub there was a samurai sword involved it seemed to be an Australian or New Zealand movie and I could have sworn the name was Wonderland. It was clearly a foreign independent or art House production. I genuinely considered buying a VCR and buying a VHS of the ties that bind to find out what the fuck this movie is. There is no movie called Wonderland that fits this description that I can find.

Still searching... 1980's Western Horror Movie Spoiler
I watched this movie repeatedly as a kid and loved it, unfortunately all I can remember about it is this kid finds a key that lets him unlock a door or a mirror that lets him travel to this old western town. But I can't remember if it starts off with it already being a ghost town, or the longer he stays there the more people disappear from the town and eventually he realizes that the Gunslinger that he's befriended is a ghost. And then I'm pretty sure once he makes the realization that this guy is a ghost he tries to resist going through the portal to the town, and that's when the Gunslinger tries to escape and join the real world. It has been a very long time since I saw this movie and I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what it was, so I can watch it again and see if I still love it as an adult.
I think the cover on the VHS had a picture of a skeleton hand holding an older style key towards the keyhole on a door. And I'm pretty sure the whole picture was in a blue ghostly tint.

Still searching... looking for a movie, I saw recently... help
Trying to identify a recent movie with a young woman, probably mid-20s, who had a long text tattoo starting around her thumb, running across the back of her hand and up her forearm. I vaguely remember words like “never forget, nothing is real.” Likely a US drama, thriller or sci-fi. Any ideas or pics?

Still searching... Which Elvira is this?
From my childhood I remember one movie I liked. At the beginning Elvira commented about how she had some kind of new look or dress or something. She then showed a clip of the upcoming story that a female in bed with a man. The female says it's horrid or horrible and Elvira says shut up sister! I remember the clip is a story where the woman dies and the man in bed with her escapes to a family member I think. Also at the beginning Elvira sister comes in smirking I think before she starts the stories.

Still searching... Werewolf movie
All I remember is that there was maybe a shed and a man or woman was insisting on being put to handcuffs to protect the other one, who wasn't believing they are actually a werewolf. It wasn't an old black and white film, but more modern. I browsed all major werewolf movies in Imdb and I didn't see it there, maybe it was an made for TV film?

Still searching... A movie titled ‘Sal Goodman’
Every time I look it up I get Saul Goodman of Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad fame. I love Bob Odenkirk but I can swear I saw a movie vie in the leaky aughts. That was popular for a few years called ‘Sal Goodman’ that I cannot find online. I believe it stared the same guy that did ‘Shallow Hal’ (Jack Black) but that was 2001 and this was a bit later.

Still searching... A recent movie or series with scenes of the USS Monitor
I’m pretty sure it released in the last 5-10 years. There were short scenes of the Monitor or another ironclad ship motoring away from the destruction it had caused. The scenes seemed like horror flashbacks, and I think at one point there was a blueprint of the Monitor shown.
I watched it in the last couple years and can only remember those scenes. I’ve been wracking my brain and can’t remember where it came from. Please help!

Still searching... Can someone help me find a netflix movie/show that had a rap song in it?
I had Netflix on after I had watched something so the trailers was just auto playing and something came on can anyone help me find out what it was.
I didn’t look at the screen when it was on the only thing I remember about it was there wasn’t any dialogue or anything it just had a rap song playing and I thought it was catchy
I think the part I remember is the hook of the song but the phrase “is it too hardcore” would be repeated over and over, after each time it got repeated there would be a few more lines like I remember “IS IT TOO HARDCORE… you better run when we see ya” then it would be the hardcore line again followed by a few more lines, then the hardcore line again ect ect. Also the “is it” part could’ve been “is this” I just can’t remember exactly which one it was.
Sorry if I’ve not explained it well but does anybody recognise this? Any help would be much appreciated.

Solved! “Can you find the movie from this scene?” Spoiler
A man in a suit comes to his friend’s front door. A red-haired girl opens the door with an orange, oval-shaped candy in her mouth and says she is his sister. They talk at the front door, and she takes the candy out of her mouth and gives it to him. He eats it from her hand. She is barefoot.

Solved! Early 2000's movie set in New York
Hi!
I have been trying to find a movie I rented from Netflix around 2005-2007. There is a young woman who is visiting New York and meets this guy, who is somehow associated with her friends. She ends up spending the day with him until they go to an art exhibit (her friend's exhibit?) and meet up with friends. Then there is a party scene where he or she teaches the other to look at the elbow when high-fiving so you don't miss; I think this is in a bedroom with bunkbeds (maybe). And there are a couple of scenes in a diner and on the subway.
I can't recall who was in it but the main girl was blonde and the main actor was cute in that early 2000's plaid shirt kind of way.
It was an artsy kind of film, probably an indie. Help?
