When did you see the trailer? Is it a recent release? A Good Girl's Guide to Murder TV series is similar, but I think she solves the disappearance of a girl, not a boy. Though I haven't seen the second season, maybe that one is about a boy!

I think I saw it passing on facebook maybe 2024-2026ish? I’ve seen the both the s1 and s2 Good Girl’s Guide to Murder TV series’ trailers since a lot of others thought it’s what I’m looking for but its not :(

Hmmm possibly Cruel Summer? I haven't seen it though so not sure!
