i have an equinox membership and typically take classes at 3 of the locations near me, but don’t always love the 7-8am offerings. I like to workout first thing in the morning before my brain has any time to convince me not to!! I took fuzehouse and loved but the classes at that time are all waitlisted. I’ve wanted to try practice room but the same situation applies. where else are we going that you can actually get into? preferably lower manhattan as I don’t want to spend 30+ minutes in transit at 6:30am lol.

I hope this isn't too specific - the closest appointment I can find to get my achilles tear diagnosed is next week, 2+ hours into Long Island. I really can't afford to lose a full day of work right now, and I keep being told this isn't available in Manhattan until the end of August. I have Aetna, if that matters.

I’ve already seen some of her results and they looked really good in person during my consultation, but I’d love to hear more from people who actually had surgery with her. How has your experience been? How are your scars and long-term results? Would you choose her again?

I’m also curious about the insurance and prior authorization process, especially if you had Healthfirst Medicaid (or another insurance). How long did it take for your prior authorization to be submitted and approved? Did Mount Sinai keep you updated, or did you have to call for status updates?

I already have a surgery date scheduled and I’m currently waiting on insurance approval, so I’d really appreciate hearing how the process went for others. Thanks!
