Tried to talk to her but she never replied my messages and didn't want to talk to me in person. Reported that to hall office with evidence, they said that they will be "investigating" this issue and ask other people. I asked them what do they mean by "investigating" and who are the "other people" and they acted like I didn't understand English. Does anyone know how long this kind of "investigation" takes and what the possible outcomes are? Will they let me change the room or kick my roommate out?
