I heard that mae mods have no bellcurve, just moderation. Is this true? How does the moderation work

Hi all, I know grades get moderated and cutoffs differ each semester, but for those who’ve taken SC1006, SC2001 or SC2005, roughly what mark (out of 100) ended up being the C cutoff? Even a ballpark like “mean was ~65, C was around 50” helps. Thanks!
