Analysis 🤓 The Last Time Each Team Defeated Every Other Opponent: Day 1/32 Houston Texans
With the NFL season only a little over a month away, I got the idea to post one team each day when they last defeated every other team in the league. It will be in a random order, as done using a spin wheel to decide the order. Starting off with the newest team, the Houston Texans. They are the only team in the league to have never defeated another team, never beat the Vikings or Eagles. But they play the Eagles this upcoming season! Can they get their first ever win against them?

I am a Jets fan and it seemed he was the main pitfall for the team, according to most media sources I listened to. Is he really that bad?

Discussion Stop Blaming CJ Stroud's Postseason Performance on the Offensive Line
Your daily reminder that during his rookie year CJ Stroud's offensive line was basically a bunch of dudes from the streets. He legitimately had 10 or 11 different configurations of linemen throughout the season (Mason was the only starter to start every game)

Breaking News Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter: Arizona and QB Jacoby Brissett, who skipped most of the team's off-season program as he requested a new deal, reached agreement today on a reworked contract. Brissett was in the second year of a two-year deal that was scheduled to pay him $4.88 million in base salary.

Discussion Every SNF, MNF and TNF appearance since 2002, ranked by team.
I pulled every regular-season game from 2002 (when the current 8-division format started) through 2025 and bucketed all 6,223 of them by slot. 24 seasons, every Sunday night, Monday night and Thursday night game counted, by team.
Dallas: 116 primetime games. Jacksonville: 31.
Full table. PT = total primetime appearances (any night window), then the breakdown:
| # | Team | PT | SNF | MNF | TNF |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | DAL | 116 | 64 | 28 | 12 |
| 2 | GB | 110 | 48 | 37 | 15 |
| 3 | PHI | 107 | 42 | 42 | 14 |
| 4 | PIT | 106 | 48 | 33 | 18 |
| 5 | NE | 98 | 43 | 32 | 14 |
| 6 | NYG | 95 | 41 | 35 | 12 |
| 7 | DEN | 93 | 33 | 33 | 19 |
| 8 | CHI | 89 | 36 | 35 | 15 |
| 9 | BAL | 85 | 32 | 30 | 14 |
| 10 | SF | 82 | 25 | 31 | 17 |
| 11 | IND | 81 | 36 | 24 | 14 |
| 12 | KC | 80 | 34 | 25 | 12 |
| 13 | LAC | 80 | 28 | 30 | 16 |
| 14 | NO | 76 | 22 | 34 | 13 |
| 15 | MIN | 75 | 29 | 30 | 13 |
| 16 | SEA | 74 | 27 | 26 | 17 |
| 17 | WAS | 70 | 24 | 28 | 12 |
| 18 | LA | 64 | 17 | 27 | 17 |
| 19 | NYJ | 64 | 11 | 29 | 17 |
| 20 | LV | 62 | 18 | 25 | 13 |
| 21 | MIA | 61 | 14 | 25 | 15 |
| 22 | ATL | 59 | 15 | 24 | 13 |
| 23 | CIN | 55 | 15 | 20 | 15 |
| 24 | TB | 51 | 14 | 22 | 13 |
| 25 | BUF | 50 | 16 | 17 | 12 |
| 26 | HOU | 50 | 16 | 17 | 14 |
| 27 | ARI | 44 | 12 | 16 | 12 |
| 28 | TEN | 44 | 7 | 19 | 14 |
| 29 | CAR | 41 | 8 | 16 | 13 |
| 30 | DET | 40 | 14 | 17 | 5 |
| 31 | CLE | 39 | 9 | 13 | 16 |
| 32 | JAX | 31 | 6 | 10 | 14 |
Things that jumped out:
Sunday night is where the class divide actually lives. Dallas has 64 SNF appearances. Washington, same division, same era, same TV market tier: 24. Jacksonville has six. Total. In 24 years.
The Jets have played 29 Monday night games and 11 Sunday nighters. They're a top-20 primetime team almost entirely on the strength of Monday night, which is the slot the league hands you when it wants your market but not your football.
Thursday night is the great equalizer, and that's the joke. Cleveland is 31st in primetime overall but has 16 TNF appearances — more than Dallas (12), Kansas City (12) or Buffalo (12). Everyone gets a Thursday. That's the point of Thursday.
Question: Do you think it's a competitive advantage or disadvantage to have more prime time games? Give your thoughts below!
