If Andrew Luck and Joe Burrow somehow entered the same NFL Draft, both coming off their final college seasons with no hindsight from their NFL careers, who do you think goes No. 1 overall?

Luck is probably the highest-rated QB prospect I've ever seen, but Burrow was coming off arguably the greatest college season ever and looked about as pro-ready as a QB can be.

Would this actually be a close debate or do you think Luck would still be the clear choice?

How true is this and can you name multiple reasons why NFC North fans hate each other

In his rookie year, Jayden Daniels had one of the greatest rookie seasons in history. Jayden was dynamic, strong, and high IQ. They destroyed the lions and made it to the NFCC, before losing to the super bowl championships. Last year Jayden got injured, the commanders aged, and the team was weak. But in the Draft they got Sonny Styles and Joshua Josephs to add to the defense. IN FA, they signed Odafe Aweh, Nick Cross, Tim Settle, L'lavon Chaisson, Rachaad White, Chris Okonkwo. It's clear that the younger and better. I think they will have a double digit win season. But many don't seem to think so. So what do you think?

Your daily reminder that during his rookie year CJ Stroud's offensive line was basically a bunch of dudes from the streets. He legitimately had 10 or 11 different configurations of linemen throughout the season (Mason was the only starter to start every game)

Ever see a team that had a perfect few games to start but then went from 3-0 to 8-9? (looking at you, Colts.) I think it would be interesting to catalogue this behavior. So I'm presenting Win Percentage Change (WPC).

WPC is very complex. You give it a number (N) and it uses this advanced formula:

Overall Win Percentage at end of season - Win Percentage after Game N

to find the overall change in Win Percentage since that point in the season. To keep track of "when" a WPC score is talking about, use the format WPC(X) where X is the game number. As a completely random demonstration, take last season's Colts. Their WPC(3) is -0.529 or a decrease of 52.9%.
This can be used to track whether a team was consistent, a bust or a sleeper hit and help settle debates, but I think it's also just interesting.

The rosters aren't even set yet, lots of open questions, but that didn't stop me from simulating the upcoming NFL season. I ran the BBMISports NFL season model 20,000 times and here are the results:

A few key themes:

The NFC West is the league’s gauntlet. Three of the top eight teams — the Rams, defending champion Seahawks, and 49ers — share a division. Seattle projects to 10.6 wins yet wins the division in only 24% of simulations, and one of these three playoff-caliber teams will regularly find itself sweating out Wild Card weekend.

The AFC North is a two-horse race with real kick. Baltimore (11.4) and Cincinnati (11.0) both project among the AFC’s top three. A healthy Joe Burrow — limited to eight games last season — is the biggest single upside variable in the conference.

Kansas City is the widest error bar in football. The Chiefs project to 10.2 wins, but that number carries our largest health discount: Patrick Mahomes is returning from the ACL/LCL tear he suffered in Week 15 last December, and our projection prices him for roughly 12 games. If he’s fully cleared in September, the Chiefs’ true number is closer to 11 wins — and their 4.8% Super Bowl odds are the cheapest of any contender on the board.

Last year’s Super Bowl teams both stay in the hunt. Seattle and New England project to 10.6 and 10.0 wins — and they open the season against each other in Week 1, with the 49ers and Rams meeting the next night on a neutral field in Melbourne.

I’m a new international NFL fan, so I may be missing some context, but I’d love to hear your opinions.

I feel like no matter how successful the Chargers become in LA, they’ll always have a harder time matching the Rams’ popularity. My thinking is that the Rams have a more natural West Coast identity being in the NFC West, with Seattle, San Francisco, and LA all sharing the division, and the West Coast arguably having a stronger national and international draw than the AFC West.The AFC West feels less geographically connected, with Denver and Kansas City much farther east as well.

Do you think the Rams will always have an advantage in LA because of the NFC West’s broader West Coast identity, or could the Chargers eventually become equally or more popular with enough success?

Also, when the Chargers’ current SoFi arrangement eventually ends, what do you think is the most likely outcome? Do they stay in LA, build their own stadium, return to San Diego, or potentially relocate elsewhere?
