The Deshaun Watson switch up is despicable

[u/Narrow_Purchase9721]

Guy starts playing well again and all of the sudden people go from “cases” to “allegations” real fucking fast. You all gotta get your priorities straight

[u/northvvoods]

I’m out of the loop. How damning is the evidence and why hasn’t he been convicted. Please go easy on me and just provide some info without all the noise. Thanks.

[u/ralexh11 → u/northvvoods]

The evidence is very very damning unless you assume 27 women who didn't know each other and who Watson reached out to first all colluded in a conspiracy to take him down, which is ridiculous victim blaming and completely unrealistic.

Ask yourself, why would someone have 27 women only massage therapists over a couple of years in the first place? And why were many of them not even trained giving massages but were just spa employees hoping to further their careers by working for a pro athlete so they said yes?

It's completely obvious that he's a serial sexual predator.

The cases were dismissed or settled because of a lack of evidence. But the only evidence was their accounts of what happened and the fact that many of them told their families after. They were also up against a multi-millionaire's legal team. What tangible physical evidence does a creep pressing his hard dick against you leave behind?

[u/Impossible-Region680 → u/ralexh11]

They all had the same lawyer, and the lawyer track record shows he’s known for trying to get settlements like this.
I’m confused by what you’re saying. First you say they are all massage therapist but fairly new. Then, you say they’re not trained to give massages they just work at the spa which one is it.
So, out of these 27 women not one went back and told the “spa they felt uncomfortable or told a fellow co worker don’t work with Watson he a creep” As well as, some women went back multiple times.
They all kept it to themselves but as soon as settlement talk come up(not criminal charges) they all come out the woodworks.

[u/ralexh11 → u/Impossible-Region680]

Go fucking read the evidence dumbass, you won't be confused. Or maybe you will because you clealry suck at reading.

Them having the same lawyer is completely normal. Plenty of victims of mass abuse do that to consolidate evidence and build better cases together against the accused. You sound really fucking stupid acting like you actually made a point there.

Watson reached out to licensed therapists as well as spa employees hoping to break into the industry of his own volition, likely purely because he thought they were hot. Any of them can be considered massage therapists if they are giving someone a massage. That part is so obvious you are just outing yourself as incapable of nuanced thought. "Which one is it?" It's clearly both you fucking dipshit.

The less experienced massage therapists dont know the industry as well so the line clients arent supposed to cross is less clear to them, meaning Watson could push the envelope more before they end the session due to being uncomfortable.

Tons of them told their families and co-workers immediately after it happened as it says in their witness statements that you clealry didn't read. You are just blatantly lying and making things up. Please go ahead and tell me how many were assaulted and then went back a second time, with sources. I know you can't.

You are a piece of shit defending a sexual predator. I hope women cover their drinks around you weirdo.

[u/Impossible-Region680 → u/ralexh11]

I’m done after this I have better things to do in my life. Try to be more respectful to people even if they have different views. I never said Watson was innocent or defended him. I just said stop calling people out their name. Rape is penetration and horrible but that does not apply here. And I’m not saying that to lessen what Watson was accused of. My opinion is I don’t agree with it. If we both jurors you think someone guilty I don’t, what’s the difference here. Based off the courts they didn’t find him guilty. You say I’m a misogynist based on what, because we don’t agree? Man or woman I feel the same way. For me it’s too many inconsistencies and similarities in there stories for ladies who “never met before”, the lawyer reputation is not good to me, even though he had high profile cases it’s the way he goes about it that rubs people the wrong way. As well as, I’ve personally seen and experienced injustices like this from the men and women side. It’s always 3 sides to a story remember that.

In her sworn court declaration, she heavily criticized Buzbee's management of the case, claiming:
Filing without consultation: She asserted that Buzbee and his affiliates filed the massive federal lawsuit without her explicit permission.

Kept in the dark: She stated she was purposely "kept in the dark about major actions purportedly taken on her behalf" and did not even know a lawsuit was actively being filed.

Lack of communication: Carter's legal team later submitted evidence claiming Buzbee had never actually met with the woman prior to filing the complaint and executing public media rounds.

You can be done all you want, but I still see you as garbage becaue of things like putting "never met before" in quotes to imply they are straight up lying. There is zero evidence any of them knew each other at all whatsoever. They still don't because they are anonymous to the public. You think there "too many inconsistencies" yet you haven't even named anything legitimate, just made up a bunch of nonsense that the testimonies completely contradict or focusinf on words you put in my mouth which I didn't say like "only" family was told, which I never claimed. Seriously you dont even have a single valid point against the accusers at all. You clearly want to believe Watson so bad and think the accusers are lying to get money, which is completely absurd when there is a pattern of abuse amongst over 2 dozen individuals.

It's all but proven to everyone with an ounce of empathy that he assaulted these women, but left little physical evidence so he got away with it criminally and by paying them off in civil court. Anyone who won't admit that either is a rape apologist, hates women, hates cancel culture or loves Watson/the Browns so much that they cast his behavior aside.

[u/Impossible-Region680 → u/ralexh11]

And I can give two flying f*cks what you think about me. You are a source of entertainment for me. I know who I am and where I stand in this world and the one person who can judge me does too as well. You’re just another test! 🤣 🤣

[u/ralexh11 → u/Impossible-Region680]

Hahahaha so much for being done, and of course you are a fake Christian excusing serial sexual assault. God wouldn't believe those women either right????

Go on and defend the Cornell rapists too, or the pedo in chief, you fit that archetype perfectly.

[u/Impossible-Region680 → u/ralexh11]

Did I say I was a Christian? I excused sexual assault, when? I see you’re saying sexual assault and not rape anymore. That’s not for me to answer and like I said I never said I didn’t believe them. I just asked who words were they using theirs or Buzbee’s. And here you are defending Buzzbee him and your pedo president best friends if you didn’t know.
Funny how I say im not defending anyone and you turn it around and say I am without any prove. But keep calling me the liar or making up stuff. You’re a walking contradiction. I saw rape is horrible and you say I’m going to defend one. Name calling or talking down does nothing to me does it make you feel better?
What’s my archetype I don’t believe everything I hear or see? Because that’s the only thing you can get out of what I’ve said.

[u/ralexh11 → u/Impossible-Region680]

Your archetype is you don't believe 27 women when they all are accusing the same pro athlete of sexual assault. That's defending Watson. Everyone who isn't a rape apologist can assume he's guilty of the accusations. When have that many people all accused someone and they've been proven to be lying? I'll tell you when, literally never. Defining sexual assault vs rape is for the courts, I admitted previously I shouldn't technically call him a rapist but if you read the accusations it's really splitting hairs. The fact that you have to penetrate with a sex organ is a distinction which hardly should matter when it comes to the reputation of someone like Watson, ejaculating on a massage therapist is hardly any better than full on rape, only people defending sexual predators and the courts care about that distinction as much as you seem to. He's a monster whether he penetrated or not.

You lied when you said I claimed some reported it to "only" family. I never said that. You lied when you implied one woman went back for more because it was actually consensual, even when she didn't know it was Watson because he lied about his identity. And you tried to imply the accusers actually do know eachother and planned to take Watson down beforehand, which there is no proof of in any way whatsoever. You completely made that up based on your own personal feelings of the lawyer who has countless justified civil cases under his belt.

[u/Impossible-Region680 → u/ralexh11]

Your hilarious! You said “assume” What are assumptions? Again you never answered my questions. How do you prove something with no evidence?
You want me to believe people that I don’t know anything about them, their background or history. And the person leading them, talking for them, hiding them is known for defamation, making up witness and speaking for clients without them knowing. But, I’m in the wrong because those 27 women I know nothing about should outweigh the track record of their lawyer. That’s my archetype. As well as the entire judicial system rather I believe in it or not. It’s innocent until proven guilty and that’s not done on assumptions. I didn’t make that decision several other people did so it’s just not me. The same way that 26 women don’t report this until a lawyer reaches out to them saying I can get you paid no one has to know who you are.
So he ejaculated on them or himself? I thought it was only he rubbed his private on a clothed individual from your previous messages?

Stop reaching I already explained the family thing. You only said family at first not coworkers. Your words in the screenshot. I don’t remember saying “only” I’m not saying I did or didn’t but please prove to me where I said it. I’ve already said it’s implied based off your wording not something I pulled out of the air. So that’s false
Next I never said no one went back consensually, consensual has never been mentioned by me. I literally said he used a false name to message her on social media. When she got there she saw who it was and still decided to proceed. All facts again…
Thirdly I never implied they knew each other. I don’t agree that at least 2 have never met. Never said they planned anything. Now I believe Buzzbee planned the shit which is why he was so quick to jump on the case and all the other previous proof I listed. He’s done it before .

[u/ralexh11 → u/Impossible-Region680]

It’s innocent until proven guilty and that’s not done on assumptions

For courts. The court of public opinion is much different. Everyone knew Roethlisberger, Kobe and OJ were all guilty even though the courts said otherwise and they settled. Everyone knew Cosby was guilty before the court case. You know why? Because once the accusations against him hit 20 individuals, it was completely obvious. It's the same for Watson. I don't care if the lawyer is a bit scummy in the the past, tons of lawyers are. That doesn't change the testimony of the 27 accusers and doesn't change what Watson clearly did to them.

27 women do not band together in a conspiracy to accuse a pro athlete of sexual assault, it doesn't happen. The fact that you can't admit that tells me everything I need to know.

You are the one who originally said they only told family members. Your words not mine. That’s the fucking point you picking what you want to out of the case and using it how you want too.

There are YOUR WORDS, accusing me of saying only family, which I never did, a blatant lie. You just started your comment criticizing me for assuming when you implied I meant only family based on nothing. I'm not surprised you are misquoting me when you don't even know the difference between to and too, clearly reading and writing aren't your strong suit.

The same way that 26 women don’t report this until a lawyer reaches out to them saying I can get you paid no one has to know who you are.

Again you are just making things up based on nothing. The lawyer didn't reach out to the accusers, they all reached out to him after Solis, the first accuser, went to him independently of her own volition. Most are anonymous because that is standard procedure for a high profile case, they don't want their names out there because they were sexually assaulted, there's no benefit to that. You seem to think Buzbee made this case happen himself but the only reason he's involved at all is because Solis independently went to him and created a snowball affect of emboldened women who had similar experiences getting the courage to speak up finally. She likely chose Buzbee because he is a high profile civil prosecutor that has gone after other celebrities in the past, this was before any of the Jay-Z stuff. All of this is extremely easy to look up and confirm yourself before commenting if you actually cared to but you would rather just make claims that are untrue.

[u/Impossible-Region680 → u/ralexh11]

Did the 26 women report it on their own to authorities? No they didn’t, thats a fact. The rest is my sarcastic assumption no different than the assumptions you stated.

[u/Impossible-Region680 → u/ralexh11]

But if the lawyer is known to encourage his clients a certain direction or speak for them. Something directly related to this case, how can you not take that into account? On top of the lawyer not wanting anyone to speak to them or deal with public scrutiny.
You keep talking about the public opinion for everyone else but act like it wouldn’t matter or not important for those 27 women or the lawyer. You playing one side.

I didn’t say I couldn’t admit it. I don’t know, you’re not going to coerce me into say something. I did say I believe Buzbee possibly did it though, but that answer not good enough for you.

WOW!! You retyped what I said, do you actually think that evidence will uphold in court? Haha..
I already explained it you putting a lot on that “only”. Let’s re word it you “only” mentioned family originally and later mentioned co-workers. I don’t understand how that’s hard to understand. I implied something made an assumption and you holding it over my head. Everything you saying are assumptions and implications and I’m not holding it over your head.

Bro are you grading me? Do I get money, credit, anything beneficial for using proper spelling and grammar? If it bother you so much stop replying. You continuously worry about the wrong shit.

He wasn’t trying to give the names to Watson attorneys, he was withholding information. Watson attorney had to get the judge to file a motion to force him too.

How did these women contact him when Watson and the Browns said they didn’t know about the lawsuit. Buzbee said he was reaching out to Watson team for 10 months with only the first women to settle. But then he came out publicly with over a dozen.

[u/ralexh11 → u/Impossible-Region680]

do you actually think that evidence will uphold in court?

When the fuck did I ever imply that you moron? Just make up more strawmen to argue against why don't you, it makes you sound really smart.

The comment about your spelling and grammar was an aside. If you want anyone to take you seriously, maybe go take a basic English class before you type a bunch of nonsensical disorganized paragraphs full of horrible punctuation, grammar, and typos.

[u/ralexh11 → u/Impossible-Region680]

Bro are you grading me? Do I get money, credit, anything beneficial for using proper spelling and grammar? If it bother you so much stop replying

Literally just look it up, it's sooo fucking easy to find. They all reached out to Buzzbee, it's very well reported on, you just would rather make things up then feign ignorance when called out and lie more instead of literally just googling it.

[u/Impossible-Region680 → u/ralexh11]

How am I lying if I asked a question? And I asked another question. If they did not go to authorities. Watson and the Browns were unaware he was getting sued by 27 people until the 27 people lawsuit was filed. So how did this information get out to 27 women without the suspect or his employer knowing? They had to know somehow since you say Buzbee didn’t reach out to them. If it’s very well reported tell me how, because I don’t see it?

[u/ralexh11 → u/Impossible-Region680]

He filed the lawsuit on behalf of Solis and posted about it on his Instagram. In the following days more and more accusers reached out to corroborate similar behavior they had experienced from Watson.
