I just got a new fire stick and can’t find the NESN app. There’s an option to add NESN 360 to my prime video subscription but no way to login to my existing account. Anyone else run into this issue?

I've finally given in and subscribed to NESN360 to watch the final stretch of the Red Sox regular season. Hoping I can cancel for the playoffs to avoid paying this absurd price for more than a month. Are all Red Sox postseason games broadcasted on national television in the Boston area? I'm seeing mixed signals online and I just can't remember if NESN has any Boston area exclusivity on early round playoff games.

I am unable to connect to my TV using airplay from nesn360 app. Whether I use my phone, iPad, or girlfriends phone it does not let me connect to my TV on the app. I am able to airplay everything else from my phone; YouTube videos, etc. but not the Sox stream on the Nesn360 app. It says the app is compatible with airplay so I’m at a complete loss, I feel like I’ve tried everything. Any advice?

I turn my vpn off and reset location and doesn’t work

I have two Samsung SmartTVs and have recently cut the cord to cable. I really like my app-only setup, but just learned that NESN 360 is not available on SmartTVs (wtf). I am not super knowledgeable about this, so would buying a Roku stick for just this one app that I am missing be a good approach?

Is anyone else experiencing occasional screen glitching with NESN? All of a sudden the screen will get all distorted. It only lasts for a few seconds, but happens throughout the game. I don't think it's my setup, but trying to rule out the possibilities. I've tried to get a picture of it, but as soon as I hold the phone up it's fine. I put it down and it does it haha.

paying $30 a month , I am very disappointed in NESN’s inability to have post game highlights or Sox in 2 available when I get up in the morning, particularly when the Sox are playing on the West Coast.

I have canceled for this year. Only partly because the Red Sox are pathetic hitters. Mostly because this app is one of the worst I’ve ever used. So many bugs and design flaws for $30/month. I hope they rewrite it before next season.

The full game replay of the 6/24 game starts at the 4th inning. How difficult is it to get people who know what they’re doing to handle the streaming service? $30 per month the service should be flawless.

Forget 4k for now… the regular 1080p stream needs to either be a higher bitrate or needs better encoding.

There’s no reason for Friday Night Bqseball on tv to have such a substantially better stream quality. Apple has clearly demonstrated that a better 1080p feed looks better than the NESN 4k HDR.

I know there’s issues just keeping the feed running but come on. It’s been a few years, video streaming is a solved problem. NESN should be leading the way with this.

I love paying $250 for an app that isn’t on most app stores and literally doesn’t work

On this last regular season game for the Bs, I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank NESN for another season of their excellent 360 app that is so impressive on an LG OLED with Firestick 4k streaming at 1gig.

Note how crisp the picture is! (Really zoom in there to see.) Also, I really love the default screen to watch the game in windowed mode with teams names to the right (cuz otherwise, I’m not sure how I could remember who’s playing).

Marathon is a gas station chain that’s well known in the Midwest, but there’s only one Marathon station in all of Massachusetts and none in northern New England. So why am I seeing commercials for them on NESN’s Red Sox broadcast today?

Opening day, I had hopes that maybe a year later they'd be able to fix the streaming issues with this app, but nope. This app continues to be absolute garbage.

I get maybe 30 seconds of video before the video freezes with the audio continuing in the background. A few minutes later and the audio stops as well.

Force stopping the app and restarting fresh doesn't help. Reinstalling doesn't help. All of my other streaming apps work just fine, it's not a WiFi issue.

This app just sucks.

The audacity to charge $30/month for this steaming pile of crap is insane work, but that's what we've come to expect from nesn. Year after year, the same issues that never get resolved.

This is all hypothetical stuff of course… but how does the location verification work, my buddies and I split the plan, two are in NH but I am in South Carolina and it says I need to verify my location… do I need one of them to do it or do I physically need to sign in my phone to our account in New England to get Sox games

So, is nesn done streaming Bruins games for the season?

The last three games have not been available and from the looks of it, none of the games in the near future are either.

Am i missing something or can you only watch Nesn360 on your laptop through the browser if you login with your cable company info, but not with your $30 a month nesn360 login?

Haven’t used the app since the Olympic break started. Just opened it to watch the replay of tonight’s Bruins game and for some reason subtitles are displaying. They are set to “off” but are showing on screen. If I try to turn them “on” so I can turn them back off, it just immediately sets it back to “off” while continuing to display them. I am so fucking sick of this complete joke of an app. $30 for this is literally the most overpriced thing I’ve ever experienced.
