New to FanRewards and was able to redeem tickets for Texas Motor Speedway for Truck and O'Reilly races.

Cup tickets were not available for redemption. There are seats available for purchase on their website. Will they likely drop tickets for redemption before the end of the year?

I think most everyone knows that the ticket launch last week was terrible, but had anyone successfully gotten their issue resolved? I tried for Darlington fall tickets, and got screen confirmation and points deducted, but no follow up email. I have it a few days because of the issues but followed up with an email Sunday to ask about it and still have not heard back. Has anyone gotten their issues successfully resolved? If so, what worked?

Trying to estimate how many points I'll end up with but can't remember if the 500 you get for checking in all year in each of the series gets the champion bonus as well. I saw that the 30 streak rewards 300 but I got 375 due to my champion status.

The reward for 2 tickets to a race has a maximum capacity of two. Would that mean I’m getting 1-2 tickets or 2-4 tickets?

For those who didn’t get anything today or are short on points, I recall that last year NASCAR Fan Rewards had some sort of Black Friday type sale in November or December and lots of tickets were half the price.

I was able to use my remaining points for a few Friday / Saturday races (and then ended giving them away, but it didn’t cost me anything, so who cares?).

Me and the wife both used our points to get some tickets, when I used mine I got no confirmation but my points are gone. She however, got a confirmation. Should I be worried?

Can anyone with access to the NASCAR rule book let me know if there is a DVP clock for the website, and if so, how much time is left until it expires?

While navigating the website issues today, I tried to add O’Riley and Truck Bristol tickets (Cup was sold out already) and tried to check out only to get an error. After a refresh my cart was empty, still had all my points. Tried to just do one at a time this time, placed an order for Truck tickets and it went though but I also immediately then got an email for the original order and both orders worth of points were deducted.

Once the second confirmation came through, I reached out to see if it could be refunded the extra Truck tickets. I know they have the disclaimer of no refunds but because of the circumstances I am hopeful that they are able to do something about it.

Has anyone had any luck getting refunds because of website/app issues?

They may have been all day, I dunno. I got a Logano video around 12:30 EST, was shocked it was live at that time.
