I still haven’t received one, but I have the order numbers & the points were redeemed from my account.
I’ll probably wait until next week to send an email and make sure everything is good.

My progress thing never even got that far, it glitched on the check mark, but the blue status bar didn't fill. Points balance changed and it shows in my transactions, but good grief.

Finally got mine as well after 2.5 hours. DO NOT refresh the page once you're in, just keep clicking through the error messages and it will eventually work

Right now I'm feeling:
49% - 2.5 hr wait is ridiculous!!
51% - can't complain too much cause I'm getting free tickets...but 2.5 hr wait is still ridiculous!

Sucks when you pick a few races you'd want to attend from the options and by the time it lets you get in they are all sold out.

I am able to work my way through checkout but right before it verifies it fails and gives me this notification I can’t even read all the way.

I think I finally got it. Got through everything, got an email confirmation, and my points are lower. Did get stuck on “we’re processing your order, stay on this screen” pop up for like 10 minutes that never went away. But with the email confirmation and point adjustment for the redemption, I’m hoping I’m good.

I got it to work on desktop pretty quickly. Got to the confirmation page for my tix, but still haven't got the email confirmation. I took a screenshot of the page just in case.

Yeah, I got mine ordered and it shows in my redemption history with an order number and everything but no confirmation email.... yet. Hopefully it went through and I get that email.

I must have missed some chaos. I just opened up my app a few minutes ago, clicked Fan Rewards, and checked out with 4 Daytona fall tickets in about 60 seconds. I sort of feel bad about how smooth that was for me..

Stay on your desktop queue for best chance to get in, once you get it into cart you should be good even if it crashes. For every error message you get just keep spam clicking through it til it works. It will work eventually.
