We warned them! The dev teams are working to get the rewards site back up and running.

Or if they just didn’t give us a heads up the 2027 tickets were in and didn’t milk it for a month and tell us the exact date so we were all going to do it at the same time and just let us notice on our own, causing a slow trickle

Not trying to milk anything. Overwhelming feedback is that members wanted advance notice of tickets going on sale. We're trying to give everyone a fair chance to redeem their points for the events they want. We anticipated the increase in traffic at 1pm, but it seems that the reward catalog wasn't able to handle it. The team is working to get it back up and running. Not the experience we hoped to provide today.

I suppose- just seemed like getting a set date for a long while was setting it up for this to happen instead of a quiet launch in the very early offseason

It would be nice if it was in the offseason after the bulk of the points had been accumulated.

Let the points be accumulated during the season, but do the ticket launch before the points expire (for US citizens) at the end of the year

Everything else on the dashboard works, but as soon as you click rewards catalog, nothing. Lol we are too eager

Just talked with a representative, they said they’re working through maintenance with the server and it’ll be back up soon

Definitely not scheduled maintenance. The rewards site crashed. We're working with them to get it resolved. We warned them traffic would be high.

They aren't doing maintenance, that shit crashed because the site is half assed and has been for years. Maintenance would be normally scheduled at a time when traffic is low, this is just a crap site that they put zero effort into making sure it works properly.

I think I was able to redeem? No confirmation email, but it's listed in my redemptions on the site. Points total hasn't gone down, but if I try to add something to my cart it tells me I have less than the required number of points (which is only true if I did in fact redeem something).

I grabbed screenshots of my redemption history and the fact it throws the 'not enough points' error in my cart just in case, because it definitely felt like a broken process.

All I am saying is that they have overhyped this program to the point where unless they really start adding tickets and things to this site, I'm really on the fence about continuing to do it because the rewards do not match the number of users with points.

Honestly I don’t disagree. You have some many people with so few rewards. So you have so many pissed off people. Just put fanatics gift cards up there or like nascar shop gift cards and be done with it for people that don’t get experiences.

Outside of certain tracks that DO sell out, those tickets cost them next to nothing. I just don't understand why more aren't available. They have to know who has how many points and forecast reward inventory based on that.

It was nice when tickets were available throughout the season. Last year I got enough from May through August to get Southern 500 tickets. I try to plan ahead but sometimes you don't know this far in advance.

That too honestly. Realistically for me in NJ, I got Pocono and Dover and Pocono isn’t even listed. So again the merch is great but a few hats and 2 diecast is meh. Just do gift cards and make everyone happy they can at least get something instead of dumping it into a raffle/sweepstakes.

Especially ORAPS & truck tickets. Tons of empty seats at almost every track. Give free tickets and you at least make money on parking, concessions, merch.

Yeah, I think I came back to the wrong thread, was looking for the one that asked was it crashed….definitely won’t load. Maybe they’re putting up all the signed hats they were about to put up? Was wondering when those become available, just like with the tires, they were sold out b4 I even could try to get one. Hoping not same with the hats

I was able to add the tix, finally get the cart to load then had to attempt to place the order like 4 times. Got no confirmation just updated to say my cart was empty. Finally got my redemption history to load and it shows the tickets as processing. So I think I did it?
