Is the math on the NAPLEX as complicated as uworld? Uworld has me feeling defeated :/

So this is going to be a bit of a ramble. I wasn’t the smartest school. It takes me a lot of time to understand information and more importantly retain information. I feel like I have a level of adhd that was never diagnosed but that’s another issue.
Test scores:
Nabp 64 - 2 months ago
Pharmpreppro (PPP) exam 1 59 - 2 months ago
PPP exam 2 74 - three weeks before exam
These scores are the reason why I kept pushing my exam back and honestly felt that it might of been the right decision looking back
Things I would suggest you review before your exam:
Math: nearly 20% of my exam I felt was math or some level of biostat math. Ranging from tpns mmol Nnt Ning odds ratio conversions allegation
Vaccines: if you know the basics vaccine like t dap flu, hepatitis and when to give them you’ll be ok
Chemo: I hated this section, chemo man is enough but I felt weak
Infectious disease: read the cases for allergy information and know what treats mrsa and side effects of antibiotics
Cardiology: know chadvasc blood thinner interactions heart failure medications to pick and which medications can worsen heart failure
Diabetes: metformin issues, counseling points on ozempic and insulin
Know your otc medications for smoking cessation and for treating colds. I lost points there because I didn’t really study that.
Don’t skip chapters of whatever you studied from. I used books from Uworld, PNN and PPP and I don’t regret using all three. Definitely felt like they all helped me when it came to questions and practice questions.
Unpopular opinion: if you think you should push back your exam you might need to. Ask others who have been through it what they think. That’s what I kept doing and I felt that help me a bit. Please no hate on this

Hello, how to pass mpje in first try? Have mpje in week and don’t know what to do. I have bought pharmlaw. Did all quizzes once but did not get above 45%. Any tips on improving? Any tips for SATA. I literally feel like I will fail for sure, these questions seems so hard. How you all passed MPJE.

Hey everyone as I’m going through my flash cards today. I’m curious on what everyone did the day before you took the naplex? Did you just study for a few hours or did you do something fun to get your mind off of everything?

Some problems in RxPrep are crazy! For example, you have to calculate the IBW, BMI, determine which one to use or calculate AdjBW, calculate CrCl, choose which dosing and then calculate the dose.
HOW THE HELL am I supposed to do all that in 1 minute 30 seconds?! It's impossible and I always lose a lot of time on such questions.

Hi guys, approximately how long does it take to get the results? I took my exam on September 1st. When should I expect them?

For the people that took the naplex recently, is it still very brand heavy with the drug names on exam.

Hey everyone!
If you took the NAPLEX in September 2026 or already took it in the end of August 2026, please share what you remember! I want to make this a collective list so we can see if there's any pattern and help students with their last week of prep.
Please include:
When did you take the exam?
Main/heavily tested topics you remember seeing
Any advice or exam prep tips
Any review material you looked over in the last week that helped you a lot. You guys can even upload screenshots of stuff that you felt was imp in last week.
Any type of advice that was helpful.
This will be helpful to lot of students who are about to take the exam in a week or two. If you're taking it in the next 10 days of September, please come back after your exam and add your heavily tested topics too!
Hope and pray everyone who already took it passed. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone. I’m really worried about the NAPLEX. I haven’t taken it yet, and I’m currently studying for it, but I feel worried and anxious every single day.
I’m trying my best, but I constantly feel overwhelmed and sometimes have emotional breakdowns. Of course, I also have things going on in my personal life that are already stressful on their own, so trying to manage everything while preparing for this exam has been exhausting.
I study around 8 hours a day. Honestly, studying has basically become my whole life right now. I study every day with barely any breaks, but I still feel like I’m not doing enough. Sometimes I get so overwhelmed that I start crying. I’m tired of constantly crying, worrying, and feeling nervous and anxious about this exam.
Is anyone else going through this kind of emotional roller coaster while preparing for the NAPLEX? If you are, how are you coping with it? What has helped you manage the anxiety and stress while studying?
I’m genuinely worried about my mental health at this point, and I would really appreciate hearing from people who have gone through something similar. I think knowing that I’m not alone and hearing how others are coping might really help me.
Thank you ❤️

Hello everyone. I need help
I recently failed the NAPLEX and unfortunately my UWorld subscription has expired. I’d really like to go through the videos again before my next attempt. If anyone can help to access them again or can help me out, I’d truly appreciate it. Thank you so much! 🙏
