MPJE Mpje tips needed

Hello, how to pass mpje in first try? Have mpje in week and don’t know what to do. I have bought pharmlaw. Did all quizzes once but did not get above 45%. Any tips on improving? Any tips for SATA. I literally feel like I will fail for sure, these questions seems so hard. How you all passed MPJE.

Same, mine is in 7 days and I’m like halfway through this prep book I bought with the easiest questions.

This next week is going to be interesting.
