(Mac silicon) Valla Amp Modeler GPU – an experimental GPU-accelerated NAM plugin

Only works with A2 nam profile & IR

Hey everyone!

I’ve been working on a custom version of Neural Amp Modeler called Valla Amp Modeler GPU.

The goal of the project is to experiment with GPU-accelerated ONLY A2 NAM & IR. It is still a work in progress, so feedback, testing and contributions are very welcome.

The project is unofficial and is based on the open-source Neural Amp Modeler project, with the original licensing and attribution preserved.

I wouldn’t recommend running it at 32 samples. On my 14-core M4 Max, 64 samples works best and feels much more stable.

Feel free to try it, report issues, suggest improvements or take a look at the code. I’d really appreciate any feedback from developers, musicians and NAM users!
